Unauthorised over supply of useless product
Ordered product from company but due to their ultra confusing check out system was charged for 7 items instead of 4. Instantly contacted them to cancel unordered items but was told it was too late. They did offer a small refund which I accepted as I had no choice. Goods received weeks later but found to be useless. Then just now I have been charged a further unauthorised £29.95 to join their VIP club. I wouldn't join anything that had their name on it. They are very devious with their selling practices and deliberately make the process confusing taking the opportunity to scam more money out of you.

I ordered a fuel saving device from…
I ordered a fuel saving device from Ozzie Mozzie. When I received my order, there were items that I had not ordered and that Ozzie Mozzie had charged me for.
When I contacted them to return the items, they initially responded but then ceased responding when I told them why I was returning my items.
I am extremely frustrated by this! Further, this seems to be a common complaint against them. So very disappointing!!

DO N O T order from this company, they are bigtime SCAMMERS. I ordered a hearing aid, they offered an update which I accepted, they charged me for both regular and update. My bank reversed the charge. Now I have received the updated one, which I told them repeatedly that I did NOT want. No info anywhere on how to return it, even tho they offered me a 50% discount, I don't trust them. I tried to cancel couldnt cancel once order was placed,was told my order had been processed and would be shipped the day they received the order. It was shipped a month later.

I agree with the other reviewers, i bought 2 items to get 2 items free. As you go through the checkout there are multiply pop ups and you then get charged nearly 3 times more than the order you placed.
Despite clicking no to every pop up the next screen goes straight to payment without a review screen i suspect they have always done that to con people into saying you have order the items.
I messaged them within 5 minutes of the order being placed so under the hour they are saying it moves to shipping was advised they cannot do anything as it’s in shipping. They even take the money as 2 payments so you see what they are doing.
This is the response “ As my colleague mentioned, your order has already entered the shipping process. Once an order is confirmed in our system, it typically moves into the shipping stage within an hour to ensure prompt delivery
This is the rest of their email response which i suspect others have had-
That being said, we absolutely respect your decision and want to support you in any way we can. If you'd prefer, you can return any unopened and unused items to our official returns warehouse in China

Terrible company with an intentionally misleading website
I would have given a 0 stars if I could.
This company uses a website which is designed to intentionally mislead you when you are ordering and then they deny any wrong doing and say you must have been confused!
I tried to order an offer which was 3 items at 10.99 each and then you got 3 free i.e I should have been charged 32.97. However once I had selected this offer they kept throwing up pop up windows at me trying to confuse me offering all sorts of random things. Despite me clicking on not interested on all of these this was not sufficient apparently?
Then after inputting payment details it goes straight to confirm payment without first showing a summary of what you are being charged. Before I knew it i had been charged 65.97 instead of 32.97 for the offer i wanted. And then they had also charged me another 35.97 for something i didnt order so totalling
over 100.00 altogether!
And no matter how quickly you contact them to dispute this they will tell you it has already been shipped so there is nothing they can do and it is non refundable.
These are disgraceful, anti-consumer business practices and they are knowingly overcharging customers.
I wish I had checked this site first as it is very obviously a well known scam and plenty of people have been victims.

Ozzie Mozie are terrible
This is the worst company i have encounted. My ozzie mozie lasted about 2 weeks & even then didn't catch 1 single mosquito. I sent them an email, which they did reply to explaining that i couldn't get a full refund, even though it didn't do as described. I comunicated with them many tumes & they kept saying thwy would give me a partial refund. I haven't received any refund at all & they just keep making excuses. Please don't waste your money on any of the companies products. They are liars. This is my 1st ever negative review about anything but please don't buy from them.

Then they inform you that the 90 day RISK FREE trial was just misleading advertising and that you only get a refund if you return the product unopened in original sealed packaging. Then boom – you've ordered (and paid for) twice as many as you wanted.
And no matter how quickly you contact support to cancel or modify the transaction, they'll tell you it's already been shipped, and the sale's non-refundable.
These are disgraceful, anti-consumer business practices, made all the more worse by how ridiculously overpriced their products are.
And I know it's not just me, as there are many other commenters here saying the exact same thing.

A total scam - do not buy!!!
I am extremely unhappy with the product. I ordered 3 x Mozz Guard (Funnelish) and while confirming payment with my credit card, the website made it extremely confusing and redirected me with a pop-up window that made it look like I had not paid for it. So I accidentally bought 3 x Mosquito Zappers a SECOND time.
After I realized my mistake, I immediately emailed them and asked for a refund, as there is a timestamp on the invoice. The website says that they will process refunds within 1 hour time frame. I emailed within 5minutes of the accidental purchase.
I had received replies from them saying that it has already "entered the shipping process", which I think is highly unlikely. Eventually I agreed on 50% off the second order, even though I have no intention of keeping 6 mozzie zappers.
It has now been almost 8 weeks, and I still have not received my refund back into my credit card. I have exchanged multiple emails back and forth from them, with their constant reassurance and apologies regarding the processing of the refund, escalations to the manager etc etc and still no word.
Unless I see the refund into my credit card, I believe they are just a scam, and I urge people to avoid using their products as they do not keep to their refund policy. I will also be writing a google review about them being a scam, and will not take it down unless I see signs of a refund.
Furthermore, I tried the product a few times and it does not even work. Unless outside is pitch black, it will get some bugs, but otherwise I was still being bitten in my backyard.

The heaters we tried to order was a "special" that was advertised "buy 3 for $29.00 each" (not over $150) each. They declined the card at the time we tried to take advantage of the special, so we did not expect to see charges. Since we were in San Francisco for my husband's heart transplant, we did not know the heaters were shipped. We only found out by seeing the charges on our bank's website. We have now been charged over $531.00 for heaters and a "VIP Membership" we did not want. We asked for a phone number to talk to someone, however, there is NO Customer Support. We have tried to resolve this issue via email. We get emails saying how much they understand and want to help us resolve this issue....but obviously they don't. This is a hardship as we are not spring chickens and dealing with a severe medical issue!! We NEED a REFUND!~

Do not use this company under any circumstances unless you want to be ripped off. I ordered one heater but they sent 4 into total charging an additional £74. Keep saying I opted in for the additional heaters that I definitely did not. They blamed it on a blip in the system in the end and offered 50% discount that I refused. They said I could not return to depo in uk and give me a shipping address in some far away country.You have been warned DO NOT USE. The heaters are not that good either. Learning curve for myself
