Wimslow oxygen. Easy to book online last minute. Good jump areas. What let this down was the dirty uncleared tables I'm currently sat here and have been for 30mins with other people's left over food and mess in front of me and it's not the only table 1 customer has even been and got the cleaner and cleaned their table herself. Staff have walked past and no-ones bothered. Also taking a long time for food to arrive. Such a shame as everything else was great.

I've been trying to get into touch for two weeks now. I have made that many calls, I know the number off by heart. Once I got an answer and was given an email to make a group booking. No reply to my email and no reply to my online booking. I then travelled to the venue hoping to speak to someone in person. They asked for my contact details so the manager could get in touch with me and still no word. I'm trying to make a group booking for 30 children and I'm now running out of time. Really disappointed as the venue itself looks great.

Have been a visitor at Croydon oxygen for quite a few years. Always had a good experience, although the WiFi there is minimal (important if you are trying to work whilst kids are playing). They have recently refurbished and unfortunately some of the items luring bigger kids, such as the extra high trampolines, have disappeared to provide a climbing wall meaning mine have lost interest (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). However, still very suitable for younger kids (below 11/12).

Amira and gresa were amazing at serving us at the till they were so nice and made us feel welcome here at oxygen, especially amira she should deserve a raise or promotion could not believe she was not a manager!!

Absolutely disappointed!
Completely upset my niece a wheelchair use was unable to go into the arena and play, the lift was unfortunately broken (which I know happens) but we were not informed of this until we arrived! I rang the evening before to ensure everything was OK and was not I formed that the lift was broken even though it was broken since that morning! I come from Dover to meet family and have a laugh but we all had to spilt up.
When we arrived we were helped to get my niece up the stairs into the seating area but then it was obvious that they had no way of getting her into the arena and both lifts were broken! She was invited to play in the baby soft play which was not very enjoyable for a 13 year old!
I can not believe there is no way to access the arena without the lifts? If we had got my niece down the steap metal stairs it would have been a health and safety risk!
The baby area is really small and the park does not cater to children jumping under the age of 3!

Let's begin that till last minute already in party room I didn't know who is my party host (even now I don't as she run away when understood what she have done) , as she assumed that someone else booked birthday party. Package states that birthday child get personalised video? Well I still wonder how that video looks like, as still haven't seen one. Plus jumptastic birthday include Ice-cream, which kids never received so what is the point to pay extra? After party I had to look for reception and ask or anyone planing to give birthday child a 30 days pass, as no one even bothered about it ( and now with free pass they replaced my daughters paid pass into birthday boys, so most probably I lost another £45). And food that it is top of the edge when I asked about food just I didn't know to cry or what, I paid for 10 kids food and I said that two kids wanted a hotdogs and rest 4 pizzas two share I was told that I need to pay for extra hotdogs, so them unbelievable team expects that two children would share a hotdogs? How do they imagine it to share sausage for one child and bun for another? To solve that they wasted mine 20 mins, and till end they were arguing that they are right untill I showed an email where clearly states that only pizza are to be shared for two kids.. and after one hour I had to look myself for partyroom, as no one knew where is it, one staff member said that it should be room 3, and another that room 5, and after trying to enter someone's birthday, and again running around like an idiot finally was taken to the room(lost around 10 mins from party room), where no one even bothered to swith on air conditioning, parents started to feel dizzy as it was way to hot. Water unaccessible, as no one even bothered to give one. Luckily we bought bottles of water on the way, because we haven't received neither glasses neither anything to drink for kids while they jump, the water was brought only in party room after food.. and no refill unless you willing to wait in main queue of cafe(my daughter tried to wait and I told that it is only waste of time), so what is the point in paying extra? And while it is says unlimited water....

Absolutely appalling experience at their Wilmslow/ Handforth centre. Booked for a ‘toddler’ session but the place was overbooked and full of much older children which was a safety risk for the little ones. There were also adults (dads of babies) doing somersaults and back flips on the trampolines right next to babies and toddlers. Cafe was completely chaotic and very slow service. Staff just stood around the edge chatting doing nothing. There was even a play parachute left on one of the trampolines in a tangled mess which is a strangulation hazard for such little children. Worst indoor play experience we’ve had, will not be returning.

Probably the worst soft-play experience for parents. Chaos with no seats upstairs even though we'd paid a fortune. Absolutely no attention to cleanliness with food and drink spills left. Staff who would much rather be doing anything else. I won't be back.

Booked a ‘toddler soft play session’ for our three-year-old grandson at Oxygen, Wilmslow. The Wilmslow website booking form shows a photograph with a soft play layout that looks perfect for a younger child (even has an entry gate signed with ‘Toddler play area’); however, upon arrival, the actual soft play area at Wilmslow is a completely different layout (and considerably smaller) and totally unsuitable for a three-year-old, even with an adult assisting. There is only one very high spiral slide and the climbing platforms are far too widely spaced for a toddler. Our main gripe is that the photograph misrepresents what you are buying. Stayed 5 minutes and then popped round the corner to Head Over Heels, which suited our purpose much better. Completed a feedback form which indicated a call back from Oxygen would be forthcoming – but have heard nothing!

We went to the Handforth Oxygen, The place is far to busy, a real lack of supervision, kids running all over the place at full pelt, including going across the trampolines whilst people jumping, when being supervised they watched kids running and multiple jumpers on trampolines, in the safety brief and screens around the place saying not to run or multiple jumpers on one trampoline, this was just ignored by supervisors, I will be very surprised if there isn't a nasty accident very soon.

Visited the handforth branch and my son was disappointed that it wasn't ready for Christmas however the lady behind the counter (Bev) was an absolute delight. She made us very welcome, offered various packages including birthdays as my son wants to have his 13th birthday there. She was so helpful and said she would take my email to send me options. Well done Oxygen, despite poor decorations given its Christmas, you clearly know how to pick great staff

Booked our daughters 5th birthday, communication was poor, was advised we would get a call back didn't get it. When we arrived we gave £50 of balloons, cake, party bags to them to put in the room. The balloons never appeared in the room and several of the party bags had disappeared. No music in the room and when asking why, was told oh it's not working. Staff weren't and haven't been trained properly and coordination wasn't there. Asked to speak with the manager and was told she busy. Won't be having a party here again.

Birthday for my 7 year old son at Wilmslow branch. Concept of the birthday package is good and kids enjoyed the trampolines . The website explains that there will be a party host but that isn’t what you get. We were not told about the video of the jump at the end onto the airbag , and so when we heard our sons name called out , we assumed they were calling his party into the private area for food. The tannoy announcement wasn’t coherent as it’s a loud place. The tannoy announcement was apparently to call us to the airbag area to film the video that would be played back on the TV in the private area while the kids ate. We were not told about the video and by the time they explained this, the kids were already tucking into their pizzas so it would have been risky to have them jumping after that (choking / sick).
To Oxygen, it’s supposed to be a great experience, we should have been told what the itinerary was so we could get the video and therefore the full value for money and experience. We asked for a partial discount or vouchers but
the manager didn’t want to know.
10 kids cost £220 , it’s a lot of money not to get the full experience .

They don’t reschedule or give refunds. Called and emailed no response.

We have booked a b day party for our little one at the O2 location and have a few questions, I have been calling for 2 weeks now and no one has answered or replied to my messages. On the 3 occasions someone did answer they hung up the phone straight away! Such a waste of time and now I have to go to the venue for my inquiries!

We had a fantastic afternoon at the newly refurbished Oxygen park at Wilmslow (previously Jump Capital). Lots to do to tire out the kids and big kids!
It all started with the brightly coloured entrance tunnel, where the Oxygen team got us all excited, kids were singing and shouting, with a big count down, once unleashed into the park we enjoyed all sorts of activities in a nice and bright environment. And the big shock for us, it's not just trampolines! Inflatables activities (watch out parents as the slide are higher than you think!), Dodge ball (which my son loved!) and the new clip and climb walls (extra £5 on entry fee, great value as we pay £15 just to climb at the likes of Rock Up). We had a lovely warm welcome from Bev on reception and Ellie was a great help on the clip and climb - even borrowing my little girl a bobble to tie her hair back! Other members of the team were engaged with all the kids, showing them how to bounce or take part in the activities.
It was finished off with a refreshing (free) slushy - Son won a competition and well deserved coffee for the adults. Didn't try the food, but it looked yummy.. so we'll be back for pizza and tacos.
Would highly recommend - we all enjoyed it and burned off lots of energy.

One of the worst managed places i have been with the worse ever, slowest and most unfriendly customer care ( guys at the reception). the guys in the cafe and the actual jumping area are lot better than what we saw at the reception. if you need to ask a question you need to find a person in this venue ( which is not easy to find)

After being unable to attend the jumping session planned due to the storms (which was completely understandable), we waited to hear back from the company about a refund or reschedule. We heard nothing. Filled in forms on the website multiple times. Emailed them. Called them. No response. Still waiting and there's no sign of rescheduling our session or a refund.

Not a good one awaiting refund for over 3 weeks now was told it would take 1/3 day I have also sent four emails which have also been ignored.I have followed the complaints procedure via the ombudsman and the case will now be passsed over to them to recover what is owed to me. Ref Bkn0000381704
