Great experience but beware using red kangaroo socks!!
Great experience as usual at Derby however today my kids were told off for wearing red kangaroo socks (which is the Nottingham oxygen branch) which is just money grabbing to be honest and bad for the environment and leaves a bad taste given all the money we have spent here over the years, including on socks! We had to buy (more) new socks. Not happy.
Expensive
We were very excited for a day trip out here as it looks really fun on the website however it was very much the same as all the other trampolining places. It was very disappointing that we brought our own trampolining socks with the correct rubber bits on the bottom but the lady insisted it had to be the oxygen company socks as it was policy. This bumped the price up by £3 a head!
It was an ok experience but will not return.
Great customer service
Encountered an issue with booking that was resolved very quickly by Warren after I used the contact form on the website.
Thank you Warren for the excellent customer service! 😁
I was very disappointed with our visit…
I was very disappointed with our visit to Oxygen at The O2 Greenwich. I took my two young children (aged 3 and 4) to the soft play area. The tickets cost £11.33, but we were also charged an additional £1.25 booking fee, £0.57 VAT, and £0.25 VAT on the fee, bringing the total to £13.40. These extra charges were not good value for such a basic experience.
Unfortunately, my children became bored within the first 10 minutes. Although the venue has plenty of space, the soft play area offers very little variety to keep young children engaged. There was another play area next to the soft play, but it was restricted and children were not allowed to enter, which made the available play space feel even more limited.
To make matters worse, the lift was out of order on the day of our visit, making access less convenient for families with young children.
Overall, I don't feel the experience justified the cost. With more activities, better value for money, and improved facilities, it could be much better. Sadly, we won't be returning.
Great customer service from Alvina
Great customer service from Alvina at 02 oxygen jumping. She even made a birthday announcement for my daughter. She really made is feel at home making sure all 8 kids were safe while jumping. Thank you for making our visit special. We will definitely be coming back.
Thank you to both Warren and Joyce!
Last month we celebrated my little nephews Matthew’s 10th birthday at Oxygen Activeplay O2, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations.
From the very beginning, Warren was incredibly helpful with organising the booking and emailing us all the information we needed beforehand, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. On the day of the party, Joyce was absolutely amazing, she made sure everything ran smoothly, checked that the children had everything we ordered, and went above and beyond to make the day extra special. Matthew and all his friends had an amazing time!
A huge thank you to both Warren and Joyce for their outstanding customer service and for helping create such a memorable birthday celebration. Apologies for posting the review so late!
Poor service, now ignoring complaint emails
I paid £301 for my son’s birthday party at Oxygen Croydon and the experience was beyond disappointing.
On arrival, I was told my son’s waiver, the birthday boy, hadn’t been completed despite doing it at booking. There was no clear party host, staff were managing multiple groups, and it was difficult to get any assistance — I was even ignored when asking for help. We were asked to arrive 30 mins prior, it’s not clear why. The kids had no safety briefing. It’s clear they ask this so the staff spread across multiple parties can slowly work their way round. Totally inadequate and impersonal customer service.
Some guests were late due to a fire at Croydon train station, but despite staff being allocated to our party, I had to repeatedly chase for socks and wristbands.
A staff member insisted on cutting my son’s birthday cake and completely ruined the presentation; uneven pieces, squashed buttercream, and poorly wrapped. Honestly, it was just awful. Imagine being a business that employs people who cannot cut cake, but insist on cutting the cake?
Key parts of the package weren’t delivered: no drink top-ups despite “unlimited squash”, inadequate food provision (8 chicken tenders for 10 children!), and no free return vouchers provided, which was promised in the package we purchased (Jump Party).
I raised this directly with the venue. They responded to one point only (the wavier) and then ignored all other complaints. I chased, but they then ignored my follow-up, and formal complaint. I’ve now instigated a charge back through my bank.
Very poor experience and even worse customer service afterwards. I would not waste your money here, if you’re considering a birthday party.

Visited today Saturday 28th March which was a last minute plan for my son and his friend both 7. We were greeted by Adam the supervisor who was very friendly and polite and a people person. Held a lovely conversation with him which made a big difference from someone just serving you. Having friendly staff and a positive experience makes all the difference. Will be going back again. Also the young lady who was on the jumping bag was also polite and friendly.
Oxygen o2
We visited oxygen at the o2 today and unfortunately I hadn't booked for the correct day 😆 The manager, Angus, saw my upset and confusion and managed to get us in even with it being busy and half term. He was so helpful and saved the day for us. The team on the bouncing areas were all also helpful and fun. Great experience overall.
Extremely Poor Hygiene Standards at The O2 Location
I recently visited Oxygen Freejumping at The O2 London and was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of the facility.
The women’s toilets were in a very poor condition. There was no toilet tissue available in cubicles, visible dirt and dust on bins, and debris on the floor. Most concerning was the presence of visible faeces and blood in the toilet area. For a venue used primarily by children and families, this is completely unacceptable.
The main jumping and surrounding areas also appeared unclean, with spillages and rubbish on the floor. Cleaning seemed minimal and focused only near reception.
Considering the prices charged, basic hygiene standards should be a priority. I have raised a formal complaint and hope urgent improvements are made.
It was so disappointing as the children had so much fun in the play area upstairs.
After my experience I will never recommend, visit for anyone's social event, or return unless issues have been deep cleaned.
Shocking Customer Service.
Having paid for an hours trampolining and other activities, the pre-activity talk was running 6 minutes late. On entering the park, only the trampolines and the (dirty & smelly) soft foam pit was open. The inflatable slide and the obstacle course opened after 15 minutes, and the dodgeball court was closed throughout the whole time. When I pointed this out to two members of staff, their attitude was dismissive. I suppose the staff just wanted to carry on playing games on their phone. Head Office were just as dismissive when I contacted them later in the day. Very rarely have I come across such poor customer service.
We celebrated my son’s birthday…
We celebrated my son’s birthday yesterday at the O2 Arena (#147429397 – Nojus 9th) and had a Jump Up party. I do not recommend it at all!
We ordered a fruit platter, which we never received, and we still have not been refunded for it. Out of 17 children, only 12 received free jump vouchers, because the party host gave the rest to children who were not even part of our party.
We bought a cake according to their requirements — Salsa approved, without eggs and nuts, exactly as they requested. We were told that if we brought such a cake, it would be allowed to be eaten inside. However, the cake was wrapped in foil and not allowed to be eaten, and my son was very upset because he wanted to enjoy the cake with his friends at the table.
I emailed them and requested a partial refund, but so far I have received no response.
I truly do not recommend this place to anyone!!!
No afford from stuff or party setting for the birthday party
My son had his 10th birthday there and it was most poorly organised party and rude stuff even towards children was not acceptable. There were no guidence when you walked in, birthday table was included a cup and a plate for each child there were no afford put into make it birthday other than a electronic sign of birthday wish to the child ! That was your birthday party setting there (bear in mind you pay 29.99 per a child !!! )
and when we try to put our paper canfetti on the table to make it look birthday party we got told off it’s too much mess ! It’s really was not worth the money at all , you better off book jumps for group and have a table your own after saves dealing with stuff and save money
Very disappointing birthday party experience
I booked a birthday party for my son at Oxygen O2 and sadly the whole experience was very disappointing, especially compared to my daughter’s party here five years ago.
We had a party for 12 children but were given a small, very hot room with air conditioning that didn’t work. Management couldn’t offer us a suitable alternative, yet I noticed smaller parties being given bigger, more comfortable rooms.
While the kids were on the trampolines, the parents of 12 children were provided with only one table and four seats, meaning most had to stand for about an hour. The same problem happened in the party room, with completely inadequate seating.
The food and extras were also poor: pizzas were basically medium not large, nachos came with no dips, and the party bags contained very little. To make things worse, the cake was sliced into pieces so large they tore through the party bags.
After all this, we were offered extra 15 mins for inconvenience and we were rushed out quickly after to make way for the next party, which felt extremely unfair after such poor service, just in and out like a conveyor belt.
Overall, the whole experience fell far short of expectations, Considering the high cost, this was appalling, I felt I paid too much for too little.. . Oxygen O2 is clearly cutting corners everywhere, and families are paying the price. If you’re thinking of booking a party here, don’t. There are far better venues that actually care about their customers.
Impressed
I recommend parents to take their children to Oxygen at the o2 arena. Generally it's big and spacey which is what the kids need right? My child loves this place and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. It's easy to get to, I have no troubles accessing. The lockers are great and safe, toilets are good, cafe is a tad bit pricey but in the end, my child sleeps well from all the jumping and running around, ta! ;)
I do not recommend Oxygen at O2 Arena
I do not recommend Oxygen at O2 Arena. I wasn’t allow downstairs without paying full ticket price, to supervise my child who is not English speaker and who didn’t want to stay on her own whilst there are just 2-3 supervisors for all kids. The staff are nice but very unkind manager
CROYDON - THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY
OXYGEN CROYDON - I paid £500 for my daughter's party for 14 kids and unfortunately 5 kids didn't turn up. I understand the minimum is for 10 kids, so after asking for a refund for 4 children, I was told that all I could get was a gift card. Not good enough. The cake that I was basically forced to buy, (because who has a birthday party without a cake?) was not even nice and even the guests complained. They didn't cater for 14 kids, so why am I still paying for 14 kids? Daylight robbery if you ask me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
DO NOT USE
Anybody that uses OXYGEN WILMSLOW needs to be very careful. I received a threatening letter from their debt collection agency TRACE yesterday despite never hearing from them before about a "unauthorized parking" for a whooping £170 pounds. Looking back I have been to the park on the day they mentioned and I've got a order confirmation email and pics/videos of children bouncing on that date. After contacting Oxygen they said they can "offer" £20 discount which is absolutely disgusting and apparently that's the only thing they can do. They moved their iPads where you put your reg number in behind the wall where you can't see it unless you remember so that's how they get you. I spent lots of time and money there but won't be doing anymore. Absolutely livid.
This place is terrible
This place is terrible.
It was my first time here with my Niece and Nephew and I was asked at reception if I have socks, I said yes we’ve got our own but I would need to buy one more for my niece.
We was not given a safety briefing video or demonstration which was terrible!
Once we started jumping we was then told we are not allowed to jump if we do not have oxygen branded socks, bare in mind this is my first time here, first time experience. I spoke with the manager and he said it’s a no refund policy regarding socks which is a scam considering reception failed to tell me.
I will be emailing head office regarding this matter.
Please don’t waste your time here. They do not have good customer service.
Over subscribed, expensive long queues
My Daughter and I normally enjoy going to oxygen, and although it’s expensive we go every half term together. Today there was a 15 minute wait despite having pre-booked. We were then informed that we couldn’t pay for our socks and would need to come back at the end, we were also informed that if we didn’t pay our names were on a list and we would be contacted at home.
Many of the lockers were faulty or taken so we couldn’t store our belongings safely, and once we got in, the area was absolutely packed. We had a total time or 35 minutes after queuing and trying to find a locker . This cost us around 35 pound + the sock fee. This isn’t acceptable and we will no longer return to oxygen together.
