When sometimes things happens and doesn't go well , after contacting customer service specially Julia and Emma you will get the quick respond and the best way to resolve your issues. I am a Canadian crafters who is new to card making. I stumbled onto the Crafter’s Companion site on YouTube a few months ago and was very interested in all the information it had on card and paper crafts. However I was sad to learn that you don’t ship to Canada and the site you directed me to here, Ecstacy Crafts, had very limited supplies. What I did buy there was of the excellent quality that I saw in the shows but not of the current stock shown on the Crafter’s website. My request is to be able to purchase from the website to take advantage of the new releases of beautiful papers, dies and stamps. Your customer service regarding providing information was good and they sent a quick reply when I emailed Crafter’s. Thank you.

The customer service team has been a refreshing positive to ordering online. The few times that I've had issues with my order, shipping and delivery, the team at Crafters Companion has been the utmost teriffic team to work with. We have a 7 hour time difference but yet, I always get a response within 24 hours of requesting help on an issue. I know the team is small which makes everything they do even more spectacular.. I really wish other customer service teams would take CC's values to heart and treat their customers with respect. Thank you to the CC Customer Service Team, can't say enough GREAT things about you..

The product is exactly as advertised. Great quality. My delivery was taking longer than expected, so I emailed customer service and they got back to me within a short time. Julia was excellent in communication with me and found out where my product was and kept me in the loop as to delivery day.

I have a hobby which needs the use of a glue gun. As I’ve used crafters companion before I purchased their gun via Amazon so I had a quicker delivery. After 3 weeks of used the glue gun stated leaking through joints and then blew out all my electrics in the house. I called crafters companion to advise of the problem but they were not interested and told me to go to Amazon. I would have thought they would have wanted to know about any possible fault with the product. Well Amazon replaced it for me like for like. The replacement lasted a bit longer but sadly has started to develop the same issues. I haven’t waited this time for it to go bang. I won’t be buying it again

Crafter’s Companion was an excellent company to deal with. I ordered a Gemini Mini die cutter & received it quickly. I sent a few emails to them & they responded quickly, even though there was a time difference! I highly recommend Crafter’s Companion!

Julia is very helpful and always e-mails me back when ever I have a question or concern. I was looking for a specific item that was not avaiable and Julia kindly added me to the waiting list.

Unfortunately, my original order was delayed even though I'd received notification it was going to be delivered on a specific day. Therefore, I contacted the Customer Service Team via email. This was really easy and they contacted me well within the time stated for a response. Julia was so helpful, she organised for the order to be resent and a refund on some items which were then out of stock! However, typically, the original parcel then arrived prior to the resend! Having contacted Julia, who was extremely helpful again, she advised for me to keep the original as this contained all of the items I'd expected and once I'd received the second parcel, she would arrange for this to be collected. This happened like clock work so I was very grateful. I couldn't fault the Customer Service I received, nothing was too much trouble and as always Crafters Companion will continue to be my go to for all my crafting needs, and there are many! Thank you again Julia.

First of all Julia was a top notch professional customer service agent! She told me what they couldn't do but she followed up with options. She went further by telling me how each option would affect my purchase. She was also prompt with her responses despite the time difference. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I had an issue with a product I received that was damaged by the packer and I contacted CC customer service and Julia responded and made a resolution quickly and went over and beyond my expectations. I have always had great customer service from CC.

Wanting a set of Gemini plates first time I've had a Gemini machine and was finding it hard to get replacement plates as I really wasn't sure what I should order .I've contacted crafters companion by email and the response I received back has been excellent.they are waiting on delivery and put me on a list and inform me when I can order ,hopefully soon. So the service I received has been excellent .you ask for date it was last week trust pilot.

Crafters companion products are always the best quality and the customer service is second to none they are always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

One of our (many) purchases from Crafter’s Companion got stuck in shipping. When I contacted them I got a very apologetic response right away, and a replacement shipment that arrived promptly. Very satisfied!
