Loved the new decor, however the music let it down. For the whole of the time we was there the music was dancehall and more like something you would hear in a club not in a children soft play.

I had my son's birthday party booked on Oxygen Rayleigh and it was amazing.I had a problem with my booking but the stuff was very helpful in solving my problem and I was very happy with the service they provided.All tha stuff was very friendly and helpful I do recommend and definitely I will come back again thank you very much for making Noah s birthday party special

We came to the Rayleigh park for the Neon night Christmas party. I cannot praise the staff highly enough! They are fantastic with the children so interactive and playing with them, all were polite and smiling! The staff completely lifted this experience to another level my son has not stopped talking about it! My son has ADHD and they interacted with him so amazingly especially the staff dressed up as Santas and the Grinch (who was hilarious). Can’t wait to come back to another Neon party in the new year!

Hey there I recently went to a trampoline park that had football and air bags and bouncy castles, and it was an absolute blast! The football and air bags were so much fun to jump onto and practice my fancy footwork. It felt like I was a pro player scoring goals! And the bouncy castles were a total hit too! I bounced around like a kid again, feeling the pure joy of being weightless in the air. The staff at the park were super friendly and made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable time. It's the perfect place to let loose, have a great workout, and make amazing memories with friends. I highly recommend checking oxegen if you're up for a fun-filled adventure!

We recently attended a party at oxygen Rayleigh on the 2nd of December and what an incredible time the children had and the parents also had the chance too sit back and enjoy ourselves too and also other party parents we spoke too said how it was stress free they was made too feel at ease straight away… our party host never left our party and engaged with the kids and us to the whole time… I also want too thank the manager who come and introduced herself to us all she had dark hair and a fringe (sorry we can’t remember the ladies name) but she was so attentive and also seen her making sure her staff are okay and need anything and asking how it’s going… we felt stress free as parents so on behalf of our party parents thank you

Do NOT book a party at Oxygen Croydon, it was a nightmare from start to finish and, to top it off, the pizza was cold and the chips were hard. I was spoken to rudely by a member of staff. I was accused of stealing slushies despite me having paid £4.95 per cup! A cup of water was grabbed from one of the children whilst he was drinking it as they thought it was a slushie, despite me having just asked for a cup of water for the child in question. One of the party guests was assaulted by another child attending the centre resulting in a fat lip and, when the staff were questioned, they admitted seeing the fight but didn’t try to stop it. The wrong name was showing on the birthday board and when a member of staff finally showed up when the children had eaten their food I mentioned it and they laughed and said they’d change it, to which I replied it was a bit late! The staff may not be bothered in what their job role is (a lot were standing around laughing and joking instead of looking after guests) but a party means a lot to the child in question and things like this just ruin the occasion for them and their parents.

Super activity. Really enjoyed it. Would visit again.

we had a party at oxygen acton everything was bad organised.No one showed us where to go there was no host for us no one could help us when we went upstairs to the room there was no enough plates and cutlery for food and there was no plates for a cake at all(i could bring my own if someone told me about it)they said they run out other person told me they dont provide them so i dont know they not organised at all staff should have training how to deal with birthday parties they all seem to be clueless whats going on.im Very dissapointed

Hello, 04/11/2023 I celebrated my daughter's birthday at Oxygen Park Croydon. We are disappointed with how the birthday was organized. We were disappointed with the service. From the beginning, from the entrance, nothing was prepared. I paid for 11 children and received 10 pairs of socks. Everything was late from the beginning. Then the party in the room was just some ridiculous joke. Our party room was room number 2. Our host and her face from the very beginning said she was there as a punishment. My daughter's name was spelled wrong. Her daughter's name is LENA, NOT LENI. She was sad and crying because she said mom it's not my birthday. Drinking campaign, we received drinking jugs, children did not receive cups, when I asked for cups, I received 3, not 10. I paid for 11 children, I physically received 10 pairs of socks and I was promised that the money would be refunded, unfortunately this has not happened to this day. The adventure with the lack of security cake was a shock for us parents. Dirty plates with leftover pizza were still on the table, and the girl who was responsible for serving our party wanted to bring the cake while the kids were still eating pizza, and dirty plates were still on the table. I asked her to clean the table first. She was very dissatisfied and made it a problem. The cake was brought, the knife was left on the table in front of the children twice. This girl left the sharp knife and left the room. The cake was cut in a hurry, our entire party was rushed. The cake was served in tissues. I asked for plates, but I received tissues instead. Music that no one explained how to turn it on when someone was playing it in another room. I understand that it was busy, I work in a restaurant and I am aware of that. But the way our event took place was a nightmare and I'm sure every parent wants the best for their child. For me it was a shame in front of our guests, we will never decide to have a birthday party with you again. We are disappointed.I wrote you an e-mail and have been ignored until now

I had my son's party at Oxygen Acton today, and all I can say is it was simply the best party he's ever had! It was amazing! The staff are probably the most polite, helpful and empathetic staff I have come across in a long long time.

Everyone was so helpful and the kids had a wonderful, wonderful time. Yes, there were a few tricky moments, handling a party of almost 30 kids can be quite the challenge, but everyone I spoke to was understanding and very kind.

I have taken the time to write this because there has been some negative reviews about Oxygen Acton and I truly empathise with those affected.

From the minute I arrived, the staff in charge of parking were excellent, the staff at the party check-in were friendly and patient, our host was amazing and the food was excellent. The kids had such an amazing time and all I can say is thank you! A big shout out to Nathan, Saro, the amazing kitchen staff on the last floor, the amazing staff at the canteen, the staff at the party check-in, every single one of you contributed to the success of this party.
You all made my child's 11th birthday so much more amazing and memorable. Thank you xx

Lily was amazing looking after my children and making sure they were safe. We were apprehensive when going based on past reviews and we loved it. The place was clean and well managed and Chloe the manager was attentive and really helpful.

Attended oxygen in Rayleigh (we had visited before when it was base jump and the kids lived it).

First impressions where OK, we had sometime to kill as we arrived 30 mins early as requested but told to come down 10 mins before our allocated time that's ok.

Went up to the cafe to grab a drink , that's when it went south, ordered a cup of tea and hot chocolate and slushes foer kids very over priced but OK.

While.making the tea the girl Mon the counter started sniffing the milk to check its OK not a great look,

We also order a bacon roll which was a health hazard , I'm pretty sure if I started chest compression I could of brought it back to life as it was that under cooked, it was plain cold and came out 5 mins after we ordered so hadn't been sat for a while.

The cafe floor is sticky (we was there in the morning so not had a clean from the day before.

Not a great experience and one we will not repeat, sticky floors, over price I could accept but risks of under cooked pork is just plain dangerous and clearly shows a look of knowledge and food and hygiene certificate

Absolutely terrible and total waste of money! Oxygen free jump Park Royal I had my daughters 6th birthday party booked there on a Saturday. Firstly, the parents could not go in with their children (was not told when I booked the party) and they had to wait at the cafe area. Then it was the party time and the host did not wait to gather all the children and took only half upstairs (I had to run around and gather the other ten). By the time we got to the party room there was hardly any food and it was stone cold, I had to plead for them to get drinks for 20 thirsty children that should have ready when we came to the room, then I had to ask again and again for cups, as children cant drink straight out of jugs!!
it was awful!

We had my daughter's birthday party here this past weekend and it was absolutely terrible. We had no party host, we lost 20 minutes jump time just waiting around for them to sort things out, we didn't get the hot drinks, table service or t-shirt included, they sent all our things to the wrong place, they lost gifts, they left our cake out to melt after promising to refrigerate it, we lost time in the party room due to them taking us to one room and it being elsewhere, I had to round up guests myself due to the tannoy being impossible to hear, I has to go around looking for someone to get us our ice creams and sweets and the children with allergies weren't catered for, we had to clear up plates and dishes ourselves to do the cake ourselves when we were told that our host would sort this, the young female manager is rude and argumentative so nobody helped us through any of this... the list just goes on. It cost over £1,000 and they completely ruined my daughter's day, she spent the whole time in floods of tears. Avoid avoid avoid.

Honestly an absolute shambles, the worst place to have a party the lack of communication with staff being there, loosing our belongings forgetting to get our cake having to constantly ask for them to get things sorted. It was appalling honestly what a waste of money. We certainly won’t ever put ourselves through that ever again. Kidspace or flip out only.
Just a shocker of no communication and organisational skills lacking.

So I usually come to this place the staff are ok not the nicest but I have seen the manager do not nnow his name he is amazing.
I am extremely irritated and annoyed. I went upstairs to the cafe the cafe manager called Jamie, was so rude. I was expressing concerns about my previous experience as to how smelly the chips were that I was feeding my 2 year old and how concerned i was about the oil used and i asked how often it is changed. She was beyond rude and replied saying i have no clue. Let alone her facial expression like she was shocked that a parent was concerned about their child! Please fire someone like this from a childrens play centre where utmost care and sensitivity is needed!

I feel the promo video really oversold the size and experience. Kids were unfortunately pretty underwhelmed. Nowhere near the size of jump street. Climbing wall area is tiny in comparison. Didn’t live up to expectations.
