Oxygen Freejumping Omdömen 

Not a great experience for my 9 year old or by extension me. This place is just another sausage factory of badly planned activities and poor quality over priced food. Out of 1.5 hour ticket band, the first 45 minutes were spent queuing up whilst one person attempted to fit harnesses to dozens of kids. The high ropes is badly thought out with kids having to clamber over one another with little to no guidance from what appear to be disinterested and moody staff. By the time my daughter had got on the edge of panic with no help from staff despite my repeated and polite requests she eventually made her own way back, pulled her own harness off in front of staff that just didn't know what they were doing and declared that she would never try a HR course again we had about 15 minutes left to bounce in an over filled standard run of the mill room with some trampolines in it.
The MD spoke to me, made the usual platitudes, promised action but delivered nothing. Absolutely rubbish place, save your money and go magnet fishing for unexploded ordinance in the ship canal instead, it would be a better experience.

Since the upgrade it’s pretty basic , we had jump socks from the other jump place but we was not allowed to wear them so we had to spend more money on new ones,then I had to pay for myself to sit in the park with the kids, my boys was bored after a short while I still prefer jump extreme and won’t be back to visit here

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today I took my daughter and her friend to Oxygen at the 02 and my daughter and her friend went on the high ropes. When my daughter got off a male worker told my daughter and the female worker next him whilst showing her that my daughter harness wasn’t done up correctly, he then proceeded to tell my daughter “oh my god your harness wasn’t tied up correctly you could of fallen and died” when I approached the manager afterwards to inform him of this he was very flippant and just said “they have just had training, they would have been joking” and told me he cannot drop everything today and look into as he is the only manager in and when he is back on Wednesday he will “look into it” and if then he needs to he will do an incident report. There was no urgency at all. I said “are you going to let me know the outcome?” And I had to offer my details, he was not going to look into it at all or contact me, this would have been brushed under the carpet!! After leaving 10 mins later I got a call from the manager who put the female worker on the phone to tell me my daughter was lying or misheard. Yet every other harness was being taken off with a key and her was just flicked off gently. At any point she could have fallen and seriously hurt herself. I questioned the incident report and investigation should
Be being done today not on Wednesday and he was very reluctant to start the investigation today.

Never book a birthday party at Oxygen Acton. I organised my son’s party and it was a nightmare. Poorly managed and complete chaos. The problems which seemed never ending are as below

1) We were asked to reach there half an hour before the party start time for a safety briefing. No safety briefing was provided.

2) We were waiting till after the party start time in the waiting area wondering what to do. It’s when I went back to the reception to enquire and tell them that we were past our party time the lady at the reception simply ‘ok go in’. I mean really? Were they not supposed to have organised anything at all? If we could just walk in i needn’t have bothered booking the party.

3) They asked me to give them the cake and party bags at the reception and they would take it upto our party room. We reach the party room an hour later to find out that our stuff was not there. I went back to the reception to enquire once again only to see that my stuff was still lying there. I asked them why it was not taken up to the room. They started giggling and said oh i’ll ask someone to take it now. I told them i have 2 hands and legs in working condition and i can carry it myself.

4) At the time of booking I was told that there will be a dedicated person managing my party. There was none! I was told there would be magic tricks to entertain the children. There was none. I was told there will be enough food and the food gets wasted in every party. We fell short of food!

5) When the time on the trampolines was over the children were supposed to be brought up to the party room. They brought 7 out of 16 children up to the party room. I asked them where the rest were and they had no clue!!! Eventually after 20 mins I managed to get all the children back to the party room. I was so stressed!

6)When we reached the venue there parking was full. We were asked to park in another area. This area had signs to pay and park. So we paid. When i enquired at the reception i was told the parking in the area where we parked is free. I asked them why was there a pay and park board and that they need to refund my parking charges.

7) I spoke to the manager on the day and complained about everything. She agreed to refund my parking charges and also offered to refund the cost of 1 child who had to cancel last minute. It has been 2 weeks since my party and I haven’t received any refund. I have since then called the customer service twice only to hear that they are sorry and they will get back to me. I’ve not heard anything from them.
IF YOU WANT AN OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE then go ahead and book your party with Oxygen Trampolining @oxygen acton.

Sadie was the best host she deserves a raise she made the experience fun and remarkably

I recently had a dreadful experience at Oxygen Croydon, and I feel compelled to warn others about their shocking policies and customer service.

We went there to watch our kids enjoy some time on the trampolines, only to be told that we had to pay just to watch them. This was not communicated clearly beforehand, and it came as a complete surprise since we’ve stood on the sidelines to watch during previous visits without any issue. When we questioned this, we were treated rudely and even kicked out, despite explaining that this had never been required before.

To make matters worse, when we attempted to purchase a ticket as they suggested, we were told they were at full capacity. The staff tried to pin the blame on us for not buying tickets initially, but how could we when the option wasn’t available?

It’s infuriating that they make you sign a waiver stating they are not responsible for any accidents, yet they refuse to allow parents to stand by and watch their own children for safety and reassurance. Instead, we were pushed aside, discriminated against, and humiliated.

The lack of clear communication, the unprofessional behavior of the staff, and the rigid enforcement of illogical policies made this visit a complete disaster. It felt like profit was prioritized over basic customer service or consideration for parents.

We will never be going back, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting Oxygen Croydon. Disorganized, disrespectful, and downright disappointing.

Booked Exclusive Venue Hire, turned up and manager Sean said he wouldnt honour agreement and public were inside. This was for my son who has a special needs disability - autism, for his birthday. i felt discriminated against as a scarf wearing woman of colour with a disabled child, embarrassed in front of 30 family members, and it totally ruined our experience. No one gets back to me via complaints - the manager Arun Bhardwaj lies and never calls me back and the CEO Stephen Wilson is unavailable. I have email evidence of all interactions.

This place is a rip off in all ways

The socks are £4 each which you HAVE to buy and are terrible. Constantly slide off your feet and slip which is a hazard itself. Other socks bought from similar places are much more sturdier and yet you aren’t allowed to use them.

When we went the whole inflatable area was closed off so that was half the place out of use already, they did display this on the door as you walked in but no offer of a discount at all.

Also apparently on a Friday night the airbag jump area is also closed and is displayed on their website as I was told which was another section of the park closed. Only part open was the small trampoline area as you walked in and the small football area at the back. Rip off for £20 each plus £4 for socks each.
I said to the lady on way out about it all being closed and she pointed to the paper saying about how the inflatable had a “hole” in it but they inflated it for 10mins and let kids on it then closed it again ?? I also said about the airbag area but she said it was displayed online on the website however no where in the booking process am I told it would be closed ??.
Was offered a return voucher for one person initially but said there are 4 of us so she gave us more but I will not be using them even if it was all up and running it’s terrible!!

Defo going to chase a refund, please don’t waste your money at oxygen Rayleigh

booked online 2 kids for an hour £31 (£15.50 each) fair enough
when we checked in we were told, even though our kids had basejump socks ( which we bought from them a month ago), we had to buy oxygen socks or they couldn't go in and that they don't give refunds if we refused ?
The place was very crowded, approximately 60 kids with only 3 staff who were more interested in bouncing about instead of keeping an eye,
we saw 3 kids wandering around limping because they hurt themselves but where were the staff ?
The bigger picture is what a scam
60 kids an hour without socks with the new logo at £3 a pair that's £180 an hour for 8 hours a day that's £1440 a day just on socks let alone the rip off amount they charge to go in and to top it all when the payment comes from your account it says basejump.

Just held a birthday party at oxygen Rayleigh and the customer service from booking through to party night has been awful.
Our party there last year was amazing which is why we rebooked.

I have spent 2 weeks chasing customer service to confirm numbers and food order. Had to attend the centre eventually to speak to someone in person. Empty promise after Empty promise to return calls.

On the night we were abandoned. The children all had fun bouncing of course. But ..have had to beg for drinks and food we had paid for to come. Party room music system broken . Staff no where to be seen .

Really really poor and sad somewhere we previously loved was so awful.

The site in Wilmslow has gone downhill since Oxygen took over. Staff are all kids who don’t care and look bored. Safety is ignored eg kids jumping onto the pillow when other kids are on the pillow potential accident waiting to happen.

Perfect destination for parents to let their children blow off some steam. The Wilmslow site is huge and I understand the Birthday Parties are great! Enjoy

I booked the ‘activity play’ for my grandson at Oxygen Croydon, which lasts from 9.30am until 12pm, received emails counting down the ‘fun’. When we got there we were told, rudely, that it was cancelled. That it was a mistake with the online booking site. There was a family in front of us with the same issue. This was not the fault of the customers. The staff should have been supportive. We were not offered an apology, a refund or even a complimentary drink. We were also told that we could only have one hour of soft play, even though we had paid for more. It is absolutely disgusting to treat people, and especially children, this way. My grandson was upset, this was supposed to be a treat for him, and the Oxygen staff made it worse with their terrible attitude. They need to have some customer service training. I booked this a week before, so there was plenty of time for them to inform us of the changes. Without the activity play the soft play area is quite small and does not offer enough diversity to keep children entertained or active. A complete waste of money. When a company makes a mistake the staff should be polite, professional and helpful. Not rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I was sent a request for feedback and explained this to them, I had a reply saying that they would contact me to discuss the issue but no one has made any attempt to sort this out. Wish I had checked Trustpilot before I booked. We will not be going back.

My daughter had her 10th birthday party here today a jumptastic party costing £28 per head. We had 16 heads. We were that disappointed that we will avoid in future this isn’t the first time we have had a bad experience but for my daughter it ruined her party.
The food for 16 children was 3 rather small pizzas, a few plates of fries and 1 bowl of chicken.half of the children had not been rounded up for food, myself and my partner were like headless chickens trying to find all of these children( this should have been the party hosts job) I had to buy an additional 2 pizzas at the cost of £25 as 5 of the children still had not eaten.

We paid £432.00 for this party which is an awful lot of money given the fact at 4.20pm half of the children had left the party before even getting ice cream which was included in the party price, the cake was left to myself to do at 4.30pm 15 minutes after the party was finished. so by this time there were about 4 children left to see her do her birthday cake . We feel the party was just so disorganised , it was down to myself and my partner to gather up all 16 children as the host was nowhere to be seen, she did not seem interested in the party , absolutely no enthusiasm, no smiles and we got the vibe she just didn’t want to be there. not once did she interact with any of the children, I could have done a better job at home.

I complained to the manager on site to which although she was a lovely Lady who refunded just £80 of the £432.00, we were given 2 free jump passes for 2 of my 4 children ( in which we would have got one anyway with her party package) an oxygen bag and bottle, I still left feeling rather conned of our hard earned money.

Please please do your research first and find somewhere that has a host that can actually be bothered.
I could literally cry with anger for my daughter, we couldn’t afford a party the previous 2 years but she had a promise for her 10th we would save and do it.

Customer service by receptionist Empress was excellent!! I came with my 5 year old and 4 year old and she was very attentive to them even getting to their height to explain things which is rare , cafe service was great even got us some dinner there and was fresh! 10/10

Absolutely amazing experience at Oxygen Romford thanks to our fantastic party host, Kemal! The party was jumping from start to finish, with non-stop fun and excitement. Kemal kept the energy high and the kids entertained throughout. The premises were excellent, clean, and perfectly set up for a lively party atmosphere. The organization was top-notch, making everything hassle-free for the parents. We could relax and enjoy while Kemal and the team took care of every detail. Highly recommend Kemal and Oxygen Romford for anyone looking to throw a memorable and stress-free party!

I am extremely disappointed with Oxygen Romford's blatant disregard for health and safety standards. We visited yesterday. Staff seem indifferent to enforcing basic safety rules (the ones you sign up to when you sign the waiver) leading to chaotic and dangerous conditions. Kids the size of grown men were running around 4 and 5 year olds somersaulting and throwing themselves around in front of Staff and were not told to be careful. My daughter twisted her ankle badly and I asked for an ice pack but was told 'yeah, but can she walk on it?' Overall, the lack of attention to health and safety at Oxygen Romford is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to small children. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has young children. This place is a disaster waiting to happen.

Not allowed to supervise my just turned 6 year old daughter on her own without paying £17 extra for me. Ridiculous attitude. Won't be returning.
