As I write in the title, when you start to earn money, from the 300-400 dollars of royalties on average they will come to ask you for papers, permits, your ID, signed sheets, even if you are the author and sole composer of everything, you they are going to bother you at all.

Of course, they block your account and they will keep the royalties for at least 2 months, in my almost I estimate that about 800 dollars.

Do not upload any content here, they make false claims and keep your money.

Ive released my first EP with them, so far it was okay. Then I used another distributor, when i try to open my account on ONERPM to takedown my previous EP, they just wouldnt let me in, I even tried contacting them but they are of no help. I don't know maybe they have a problem with their website or they just blocked me and deleted my account.

@ONErpm has fraud with me, He stolen my royalty and block my account without any reason. We try to talk with onerpm team but he reply me I have right to terminate your account anytime without any reason you signed agreement with us. #fraudOneRPM

I have been to their offices in Brazil. It's a shoe box. No wonder I had not received royalties (almost a year) for song that I cowrote that became rather well known. Yet I as never on the credits as a co writer. The customer service associates will reply eventually to your email enquiries but never fully answers your questions and also subtly berate you in the process Not sure what to make of this place. I know I made more money from Tunecore and that ain't saying much.

Any distributor that would rather keep 15% of your work, while not offering anything in return is a waste of time.
Also, since there's no paid option, their support behaves as if they're not getting paid by your.

It is not the worst option, but they don't even care to answer on Trustpilot, so what do you expect? Feel free to try and upload with them, but committing is not a good idea.

ONErpm was the first distributor I tried and it was a horrible experience. Shortly after releasing my first albums, they took them off digital platforms, and when I asked them they told me that I needed ISRC and UPC codes for it. Shouldn't they provide me with those codes?

I'm using for almost a year and had only one issue: they're not specifying why they can't distribute my music.
Other than - it's pretty decent. Wish they would fasten up their consideration of music

No reason for rejecting my Album or Artwork cover? the Album cover was a Photoshop graphic photo of myself so why that was rejected is anyone's guess... my music production is 100% original and that has been rejected also. A useless service and a total waste of time... I wish I had read reviews before using

Terribly hard to contact and work with, seem to create claimes on any original music you make yet use them to promote.

You can never exclude a partner you don't need (like YouTube music).
They attribute it to copyright policy, but for an indie artist it can be a disaster.

I can agree that there are necessary procedures and principles that cannot be violated in the design of covers or audio files.

But their moderation will be long and meticulous. (about a month for release, regardless of what date you set).

Do you want an answer from support? Wait, no exaggeration, a month. You can even write repeated letters. This Company has zero tolerance for music that they can't understand. You can never make your release specific. You'll never be allowed to be called BANKS - flymetomoon; you won't even be allowed to write the acronym UQQD. They will explain this by the integration of the sites themselves. The only thing that's genuine about this company is its payments. Compared to many organizations, they pay like hours. Yes onerpm is free, but it would be better if it was worth the money, or some paid tariffs. Since 2015, in addition to the interface, this company has not been developing.

There is a firm belief that the Company will receive more bonuses than an artist from your stay with them. Marketing ways to promote? Nothing like that. Detailed analytics are really good, but which company doesn't have one?

i've used 10 music distribution platform....
indiefy is utter fake....but onerpm and sparemusic are the 2 genuine and they paid royalty on time without any delay and accurately

If this had negative I would give that, They suck big time. They dont understand the importance of release in our life as an indi artist. They want docs I get that they F*in need 1 month to verify it noo F* they need 1 million years to verify it. There customer support system is also S#!* they reply in ages my 90 year old grandpa pie faster then your reply, Trust me stay away from them. And this bulls of legal team WE SIGNED WITH YOU THE TIME YOU MADE US SIGN UP WE KNOW THE RISK OF AUTHENTICATION WE ARE NOT KIDS! Screw you big time

It was all useless! I tried to upload a song which i completely made myself,they are still asking for verification!🙄

I recently submitted at Album for distribution. They rejected the album because a portion of the cover wasn’t “100% original” I.e. I used a royalty-free image as a part of the cover. I replaced this image with one that I made COMPLETELY FROM SCRATCH in photoshop. I resubmitted the cover and assumed this was all well and good.
I didn’t realize until a week before the release date that they had rejected the album cover AGAIN. I sent them a message specifying what was wrong previously and how I had corrected it/asked what I needed to do to remedy this. FOUR DAYS LATER they respond basically ignoring what I said and saying that the cover still needs to be fixed (2 days before the release date I had planned and promoted for). Thankfully Songtradr gave me no such issue and I was able to use a priority release tool via Songtradr or I would have been SOL still. First experience with these guys and a huge waste of time.
I am sure their other services and features are fine, but this was a very disappointing experience.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I released a track 3-4 months ago and only received payment now, BUT THERE'S MORE! The payment I received was $14,23 lol, where I was supposed to receive around $100 as I calculated it. I have nearly 30k streams. As I proceed to withdraw funds (the little they gave me yes), a screen pops up with 1000s of words and it gets stuck there, there's no way to receive funds as well. Please don't use this service.

They used to be very nice to me at first but now they're completely ignoring me, I was paid 110$ as my first payment and it was so quick. Since I am living in a country where PayPal doesn't support so I was using Payoneer to receive my revenue and this is my second time I am trying to withdraw my revenue using Payoneer and I asked them to release it and after a week they sent me a mail stating that I will get my revenue within 7 days and it's been 2 weeks I haven't received any emails from them. They are holding my 1500$ which I have to pay for my artist and crew members.

Does not accept "beat makers" they make it sound like its a derogatory term. Wasted my time, feel insulted. Thanks for nothing

They have ignored my emails asking them to remove content ID from my composition. Content ID was applied to it without my permission when it was uploaded via a third party. They are therefore illegally profiting from my composition and breaching copyright laws.
