One RPM takes my calls, gave me a product manager, and has resolved EVERY ISSUE I ever had immediately, AND those issues were caused by me or the band trying to upload stuff. At which point our product manager sorted it out or at times just entered it himself with me on the line. I speak to him (our product manager) weekly at the LEAST. I MET with him last week, he MEETS with my band in Nashville, and did a whole personal seminar with us on how to be better at social media. They are VERY hands on. In fact, my artist got play listed DAY ONE with NO prior streams. I’m also certain that MOST artists don’t get anything because if they are just part of the general artist population they probably get what any street level artist should expect to get, straight distribution. As you know, the distribution company’s GENERAL services allow anyone to sign up. It’s the people that have a sales history and are generating income for themselves and their distributor, that they actually give a product manager to and that makes ALL the difference in the world.I have another artists that is a VP at CD Baby and they NEVER got a playlist in 8 years, or a placement, and HE works there! That’s just the way these companies work as it relates to the novice artists.I have another artist the recommended them that was on a major label and told me they did more at One RPM than the major did for them! In summary, I think there are levels of service you should expect, you get help when you are generating enough income help pay for that help, if you have low numbers, you you simply get the very basics. You have to do alot the work yourslf. That's why Apple, Spotify, and Amazon for Artists exist for each platform. One more thing, happy people don’t go to Trust Pilot, disgruntled people do, and I’m SURE there are loads MORE disgruntled people at every service.

Scam, Not paid about 1500$

While I don't think ONErpm is a scam, I think you get what you pay for. And you don't pay anything so you can't expect the customer service to be awesome. They also take a cut which means they'll prioritise big artists over you.

I'm glad to be able to get my music out and don't care much about the fact that they take a cut of your money. Once I start making more money I'll deffo switch.

The customer service is often hard to get to. It's frustrating when you clearly word your ticket (You contact ONErpm though tickets) perfectly and concisely, you ask for a specific thing. And then they don't adress that at all or give a vague BS answer.

The most annoying thing is that if you album gets rejected you can get stuck in a loop, even though you fix the problem. If you create a new album on their site and fill out the corrected information it will go through fine. It's as if there's some connection with the metadata of the specific album that got rejected first.

It's nice to see they've made improvements to their site. It used to be A LOT worse, but it doesn't fix everything

First I released an EP with a few issues. It never got on Apple, and the lyrics were not distributed (at least not to Spotify). The bigger problems came when I tried to distribute my next album. This time they kept asking me for "authorization" to prove that I was the song-writer. I don't know why this suddenly became an issue a month after my other release. Anyway, I wrote my own, signed authorization letter which they didn't accept. They just kept asking for the same thing over and over again, but wouldn't elaborate on what exactly they needed that I hadn't already provided. They just copy and paste the briefest responses. They also ignored all my other questions and complaints. I've wasted months and many upload hours on this company.

The shi*tiest experience ever

Slow as f**ck, super crappy support, seem to be unable to fulfil even the smallest parts of their agreement.... Total and utter sh**t. I'm so frustrated that it's killing me. I'll leave them as soon as the rest of the services begin delivering to Russia again.

Is there a way I can give zero review, they will update your monthly payment with 0.01when you're not getting streams, then boom, you promote your single on playlist and streams started falling in, they will stop report revenue from the platform your song is getting streamed, happened to me when my song went viral on Spotify, most of my streams comes from Spotify algorithm playlist , they stop reporting revenue from Spotify, then I hit 500k TikTok views, boom, they stop reporting revenue from TikTok, this people are criminals. Now their analysis is showing am getting streams on Tidal, they stop reporting revenue from Tidal, reach out to their support team, they copied and pasted for me, answers different from what I asked. Stay away from them

We tried to distribute an original grunge rock song with vocals (not beat based type music) with oneRPM.

They failed to get it on apple music, and kept saying that our song failed to get pass their auto-detection system.

I have opened at least 4 tickets with them, each time they gave us a copy and paste reply that basically didnt answer my question or helped us to appeal.

In short, they are absolute scammers, their customer support is non-existent. Also, there seems to be no way which you can take your music to another distributor. There's literally no-one from the company you can talk to about anything.

Strongly recommend to avoid using their service.

I really don’t know what kind of people are there they sent me my own YouTube video links to proof that the music i uploaded on their server is not mine that was the reason why my music is rejected oh my oh my😂🙃
I think behind 1rpm is bunch of kids who wants to have fun))

Когда вы начнёте зарабатывать более 200$ ваш аккаунт заблокируют за якобы нарушение правил , деньги со своего счета вы также не получите. Onerpm мошенники не связывайтесь с ними

A total fraud, instead of paying me my royalties, said account was hacked. No accountability. I would advise any musician who works hard for their music to avoid them, & illegal activity will be reported!

This is a “throw you a bone” distribution operation. Give you a couple of dollars and collect hidden royalties. Scam artists. saw it when I had a viral hit and saw nothing.

Everything in their web site from signing-up to album upload and editing is extremely poor and annoying. Their customer support is disrespective and not helpful at all. I regret time spent on dealing with them. Better to pay for release rather than experience that.

Don't recommend.
They suddenly blocked my account and deleted all the releases without any reason, any warning and any discussing.
They don't answer in support service.
Not possible to withdraw money.

Awesome Distribution Site. They are taking 4-5 months to send our revenue. But good Distribution service.

SCAMM! I UPLOADED MY MUSIC THEN IN 2 MONTHS THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY REASON KEEPING MY MONEY! AVOID THEM!!!!! ALSO THEY TOOK ALL MY MUSICS DOWN!

Totally Worst Experience!
After uploading my first song, they asked for Artist Distribution Authorization. I asked for more information or template but they keep sending same copy paste response. so i created a document my self with my information and to prove that i am the same artist. i got no response from them for 6 months and after that all they said is "This is not what we want". bruh that's why i asked for template. My song and revenue is trapped in there, that's how this company makes profit.

We get know to this side of a family member and we released out first EP with a Band with ONErpm.
In the beginning it was not easy, because we dont know all the Destribution Preferences of all networks. so it Took some tryings to upload the Ep, but in the End with help from the great Support we menaged it !
Shure the first release is always not easy and kind of confusing. But Never give Up.
