I love how fast ONErpm replies to their users which I am one of them. Submit a ticket and in just 2 days maximum you get a reply fixing up the problem already even before you reply back to them which is awesome.

I moved my whole catalog to onerpm because i can easily manage my Metadata at any time, they are the best when comes to customer service and that is very important to me when working with a music distributor!

I requested creating an account for my music distribution. I got response in 5 days. They rejected my request without explaining reasons and suggested using services with an annual fee.

They don't pay your money. As simple as that. They decide themselves when they want to pay, and when they don't, and how long you wait - for any imaginary reason. Any their financial issue will become yours.
In other aspects, the platform is nice, dashboard is good, software works as long as your music earns money to their account.

Tive a minha conta de hotmail hackeada e contactei a microsoft para tentar recuperar o meu email, porem eles desativaram o email por questoes de segurança e esse era o meu email de acesso à ONErpm e desde então estou há mais de 4 meses tentando entrar em contacto com a ONErpm para troca de email para eu voltar a ter acesso à minha conta, e até hoje não obtive resposta, tive que usar outra distribuidora para distribuir os meu novos lançamentos. No entanto continuo com as minhas musicas na ONErpm e sem acesso aos pagamentos e sem acesso à conta.

I wish i would have a better experience with this company. However I submitted an album re-release titled "Survival of the Fittest (Director's Cut)" under my verified artist account. Due to an automated scanner it rejected the release entirely ignoring the fact that I am the sole copyright holder of both projects that is on my ONErpm account.

Support has been slow I filed a dispute on 24th June , and on 29th June i received and update that the release is being manually reviewed, Ever since there has been nothing but silence which has been jeopardising my release that was meant to be released on 17th July as July as also need to update some files.

I am asking an internal compliance supervisor to read this review, look up my releases under my artist name "Orochimaru and Kabuto beats" manually override this automated duplicate error, and approve the release please.

My release is finally approved and sorted after waiting. My rollout is back on track, I appreciate the team for their technical support

I’ve been using ONErpm since 2022 and am fully satisfied with their distribution reliability, financial transparency, and customer service responsiveness. There may be bigger players out there but, for an independent artist like me, ONErpm’s fee structure and service are ideal.
