For any releases that have not been approved and distributed, you can upload them on any distribution platform you wish.

For a release that has been approved and distributed, then you'd have to request us to take it down, which allows you to distribute it on other platforms.

Regarding our new platform, OFFstep, you are currently recommended to use it.

Accounts are suggested for migration to OFFstep based on a variety of factors, such as our internal policies, business strategies, and specific criteria we’ve established for digital music distribution.

It was cool to use at first, but then they just decided to make the distributor an invitation-only one for bigger artists. This is really annoying, I really liked distributing my music through the platform, even with the limitations on the styling of album titles.

Experiência horrorosa, desde o ano passado, quando comecei a lançar músicas para o spotify e outras plataformas digitais, acumulei mais problemas do que soluções.

Primeiramente, eu só consegui lançar 5 singles sem maiores problemas. Na primeira ocorrência que eu tive com o barramento de música sem motivo aparente, fui aconselhado a refazer o upload, pois eles colocaram um gênero que de acordo com eles mesmos na época era algo que não era permitido. Algum tempo depois, eu tentei lançar essa música e mais outra (que tive um problema que eu achava que era com nome e capa do single) 3 vezes cada uma.

O suporte é ineficiente, a qualidade do trabalho do setor é péssima. Pode-se ver uma grande quantidade de respostas prontas, e consigo exemplificar isso com a vez que eu escrevi meu nome no ticket de suporte, e botei o nome do meu projeto, para no fim receber um "olá, [nome do projeto]" ao invés de ter meu nome usado. Isso demonstra falta de consideração com o usuário, pois estão enviando respostas prontas para "resolver um problema", e acabam por falarem muita coisa que eu já fui advertido via email e vendo o próprio site.

Continuando a falar sobre o suporte, quero ressaltar novamente a vez que eu tive um problema com um gênero musical que segundo a OneRPM não era permitido na plataforma. Fui sinalizar isso em um ticket de ajuda e essa pauta foi completamente ignorada, mostrando mais uma vez uma deficiência na prestação de serviços por parte deles. Pode-se perceber com isso que o suporte da OneRPM não é um ponto forte, e algo precisa ser feito a respeito.

Além disso, quero ressaltar que me senti lesado ao mandar um ticket de suporte e eles me responderem com um texto que eu pude ver no email que mandaram dizendo que a música não foi enviada, bem como no próprio site deles quando eu fui acessar a aba que continha minha música, e eles, somado a isso, sem justificativa, disseram que minha música é genérica. Total ausência de profissionalismo por parte deles, tendo em vista que isso tudo veio acompanhado de um texto verborrágico em uma resposta completamente vaga, que me deixou muito confuso a respeito do mau funcionamento no que tange à distribuição de músicas.

Entendo que tem pessoas que não tenham problemas com a distribuidora, mas ao que parece, elas são a exceção da regra, pois vi muita gente tendo problema com suporte. E por conta disso, digo para que músicos novos não vão atrás dessa plataforma. De 6 tickets que eu enviei antes do pedido da remoção de minhas músicas daquela plataforma, 4 me demonstraram serem nenhum profissionalismo. Sugiro procurarem outra distribuidora melhor, que tenha um suporte responsável e confiável.

OneRPM deleted my song because of artificial streams which I was a victim of. They didn't show any support in helping to solve the issue. Stay away from them.

Tienen un modo operandi que ellos mismos te botean las canciones para despues echarte la culpa y te quieren cobrar multas de mas de 10 euros a artistas emergentes que cobran mucho menos que eso porque los pagos de la plataforma son horrendos, CHUPENME LA P1JA, esta les voy a pagar, garcas de mrd giles

No se por que hay tantas criticas negativas en contra de One RPM, llevo 5 años usandola y todo bien, es cierto que su servicio al cliente es un poco lento, pero nada fuera de lo normal

I've been trying to upload my music for over 2 months and I'm sick of being denied every week for some nonsense that doesn't affect the platform or the people who enjoy listening to music in any way. I feel like I've just been wasting time because of the work I already had planned months ago. I do not recommend this music distributor at all, if you ask me I will definitely say to NEVER use offstep, because of the terrible support service they provide and the enormous amount of restrictions it has for uploading music.

Honestly, they don't even deserve a star. They treat their artists horribly and abuse the art placed in their hands. Don't investigate cases and quick to conclusions. Anything to protect them from paying royalties to artists. Worst distribution service. I don't recommend having used it for 3 years. I've had enough.

The guys have removed my album from all the platforms bacause of unorganic Spotify plays without any warning and investigation. Don't publish your content with them: anyone in the Internet can easily attack your tracks on Spotify to remove them from all over the platforms

You even can't do your legal promotion. They just said that even if your track has been added to some playlist they considers that as unorganic traffic too and it will be removed

If you would like to become big artist don't stay with Onerpm, they are just insane

I was very content with ONErpm, only the support was a little bad. But now with the OFFstep (12 dollars a year) is it only going downhills.... please fix this.

Me cambié de plataforma y no me dejó mudar el álbum, además como cancelé la cuenta, se quedaron con mis regalías y los derechos de autor. Pedí que me tumbaran el álbum, para al menos, poder subirlo nuevamente. Pero nunca hubo respuesta.

He solicitado un pago y como no lo habían procesado en mas de 10 dias decidí abrir un ticket, un agente me confirmó que ahora si habían procesado el pago pero extrañamente a los pocos minutos recibi una notificación diciendo que mi cuenta había sido supendida por infringir los derechos de un tercero y que mis proximas regalías serían retenidas para pagarles, cosa que es totalmente FALSO, porque la canción por la cuál mi cuenta fue suspendida fue removida hace mucho porqué yo así lo solicite porque al final no estaba conforme con el resultado y pedí que la eliminarán, la canción solo estuvo en plataformas menos de una semana y yo pedí que la eliminarán por lo que se me hace ilógico que mi cuenta fuera suspendida por eso, ahora tengo $872.65 dolares que no me permiten cobrar porqué según se lo darán a la persona dueña de la canción cosa que sabemos que ustedes se lo quedarán, he abierto multiples tickets con explicaciones detalladas y también solicite la información de quién esta reclamando mi canción para ponerme en contacto con la persona pero solo me responden con el mismo script, se me hace injusto que hagan esto con artistas independientes y roben sus regalías sin dar explicaciones, he conocido el caso de muchas personas a las que le han hecho lo mismo así que ya es conocido que ese es el método que usan para robar las regalías.

I have been working with ONErpm since 2015. Almost 10 years. They helped me with distribution during this time specially because they don't ask for upfront fees, but i lost how many times they gave me troubles and headache. I never felt i was important for them. And the support sucks. I have to open 1,2,3, sometimes 5 tickets to resolve one simple request. You have to wait almots 20 days to have a withdrawal completed. Come on! In 2016 this could be accepted but we are in 2024! And they still work only with paypal that have the worst fees. And they ask for 30% for Youtube and Facebook streams which i think is an absurd. They are not accepting instrumental songs anymore. I'm giving up.

This company is not very transparent. Before I released my album, I checked everywhere to make sure that I knew of all the places it was going to be distributed too, specifically Pandora. Everything I read, including the site itself said that your music goes to Pandora. Well after distributing, it did not go to Pandora. After waiting a week or so for support, I was told that Pandora was only available to certain users. Nowhere on the entire visible internet did it say anything like that. So many other issues also like making you enter a verification number everytime you log in (maybe develop an app). I wish I could pull all my tracks and go through someone else. They lured me in with an empty promise. Bad business, and now they forever get paid from my stuff. Too bad, I was really excited about this company.

I can't believe what am seeing in this review... ONErpm have be there for me for over a month and I don't have any issues with them... Why so mush bad reviewed am confused.... Even the most scammed company @Indiefy don't have a bad reviews like this..... The most scammed company on Distribution is @Indiefy run for the company
