Sizing runs small and allow plenty of time for shipping but customer service was great when I asked for an exchange for sizing.

The trainers I ordered were too small and the customer service was amazing. The trainers look amazing and feel so comfy when I’m on my feet all day.

Brilliant customer service, easy process if your shoes aren’t the right size. Shoe quality looks great!

These shoes are small, much smaller than the UK size.

They have obstructed giving a refund and after several emails they have still not provided the return address and they are saying I have to pay international return postage fees, they haven't clarified what those are either.

Have been asked to provide photographs and prove the reasons I have stated for wanting a return - which is against legislation as legally I have a right to return and request a refund simply if I don't like the item! Have done this and still no refund just more emails, I feel this is to cause inconvenience in the hope I will stop trying to get a refund. I have been clear they need to refund it or I will be taking further action.

Latest update 30th July: they have finally refunded £30 of the £35.65 cost. So a refund has been given but only after a lot of hassle. I won’t be buying anything from them again.

The size I ordered was too small, this company responded immediately to say they would ship another pair in a bigger size. The shoes were comfortable and the insert gave good support to my fallen arches. Looking forward to receiving my correct size soon.

My Noveras feel so comfy and have a cool retro look. I had some order difficulties but their customer service was quick to make things right.

I ordered the Ortho Balance shoes and I am very happy with my purchase. The shoes are lightweight and comfortable. On top of that, the shoes came within a week of ordering. When I had sizing issues, customer service was quick and easy to communicate with. I would buy from them again

Don’t waste your money! I’ve ordered the trainers and it’s pure plastic. Not comfortable at all for 12hours shifts on your feet all day! Miss representing as a company based in the UK. They are based in China. False advertising. I can’t seem to return them for a refund as no emails gets answered.

I was very pleased with the shoes I bought. Will purchase again and try other selections. I can take longer walks now and stand for hours feeling great comfort.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered two pairs of shoes from their site. I waited almost a month before getting any notification about my shoes. When I finally did, I tracked my order and it was still in Texas at that moment. I emailed omegawalk about why my order is taking so long. That it’s been about a month and I still haven’t received my order. After two days I finally got a reply stating that my order was delivered to my mailbox a few days prior. When I looked at the tracking on my order, the whole tracking information had changed. Now it showed that it was never in Texas and had apparently went through California and was “delivered to my mailbox”. I emailed them again stating that I had never received my order and asked why the shipping and tracking information had changed? I never got an answer to that but they emailed me to contact my post office because on their end now it showed it was delivered. I did just that and called my post office. They told me that the tracking and order numbers were invalid and did not exist, that it was possible the order wasn’t sent yet. I then emailed omega walk back about this and have yet to receive any information as to what actually happed to my order. I have asked for a refund multiple times and have been ignored by them. Mind you, I even bought shipping protection on my order to guarantee that I would receive my order. This company is a complete scam. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy!

I love the product that I received, my wife is so happy.
Just the sizing chart was a bit confusing but other than that 10/10 will recommend.

Shoes are fake make and not close to any mentioned brand. They will send it to you and offer 30% return if u keep it. I have ended with bad ankle and back pain after 2 occasions of wearing. AVOID AT ANY COSTS !
