This was my first order from Omegawalk. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff was very helpful. The size I ordered turned out to be quite small, and after contacting Omegawalk, they offered to send me another pair for free. If you wear a size 6.5, order a size 8.
The shoes are beautiful, and the color matches the description. I have a bunion on my right foot, and these shoes are wide and comfortable. I highly recommend them!!

When trainers finally arrived they were cheap and poor sizing. I bought these to help my feet but these will make them worse due to bad fit.
Forget trying to return them because it’s too difficult so they offered me £10 back out of the £40

Customer Service is prompt and precise. Shipping was accurate and the footwear is light and comfortable once you bought the correct size. I would buy from them again.

In terms of customer service very poorly, communication is awful, there’s no reply unless you keep emailing all the time.
The trainers I ordered in terms of quality : glue visible. The first time I had a problem with a pair of trainers was with this company, one foot was smaller than the other . Constantly telling me that I had to pay extra £10 to get another pair when the my didn’t even bother about customer satisfaction.
Will never order from this company again.

Brilliant customer service
Very helpful and prompt in getting back to my questions and worries about delivery and shipping etc, I bought these trainers as I work long hours so wanted something comfortable and flexible to support my feet at work on the hard flat floors and also to support me in recovery from my broken heel that I incure a few weeks ago however I got the wrong colour wanted black but got yellow however the company have said I can keep the yellow ones and they will just send a replacement of the black ones which is great if you would like to buy these trainers for work or long hours or both I'd advise to try this company and shipping was also quite quick for me and the shipping times the company set out are completely correct unless stated other wise like a delay or they haven't got them in stock or what not but honestly no problems with this company whilst ordering from them thank you

I ordered the wrong size shoe. I immediately contacted Susan (customer service) and she politely understood that l requested a refund. Susan replied immediately.
Though I haven't received my shoes yet, communication was straight for and done in a very professional manner

Sizes are small but correct shoe size results in the sock part of the shoe being loose on the foot. Be wary of the 5 stars, as they use this as a bargaining chip in exchange for sending the correct size shoe free of charge.

These are the cheapest nastiest shoes ever. To claim they are orthopaedic is a blatant lie. And to return them, you have to pay to ship them back to their main warehouse in China and pay a restocking fee. So basically you get no refund! Absolute thievery at its finest. Steer well clear people, and don't waste your money!!

The pair I ordered was too small contacted customer service they responded quick that I should choose the right size and keep the pair I will be paying a fee of £10 for packaging and postage

I have found omega walk very kind and helpful i ordered 2 pair of shoes 1 pair fits perfect the second pair were to tight.
I contacted them they arrange a free replacement.
I did not need to return the pair that were to small i will donate them to charity and my replacement shoes are on the way thank-you omega walk for being so helpful and providing with shoes that are comfortable and do not hurt my feet

The shoes I ordered are VERY comfortable. The color is very stylish! Would definitely order more products from them!

Do not bother cheap rubbish
They come in too small and you get a small amount back and keep the stupid trainers so they make returning so complicated so they win win basically

The shoes I ordered were extremely tight and I didn't get the insoles I was supposed to get with them. I wanted a refund and was told the best they can do is 30% back and keep the shoes that don't fit. Waste of money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM!!! The shoes smelled strongly of plastic when they arrived in a plastic bag delivered by Evri. The shoes were too small and I asked to return them - I was informed that I would be only reimbursed by 30%. Whoever thought of this scam must be making a lot of money from people who just want comfortable orthopaedic shoes. Keeping 70% of people's money whilst having a useless item in your hands that they say will have high costs to return (yet it was posted in the UK for Evri) is a good way to make an income - definitely one for Trading Standards to investigate!

I order shoes from omegawalk but unfortunately I didn't realise the sizes were coming up short so I contacted them and they sorted the problem out quickly and came up with a solution which I was very grateful for.
I also order socks from there to which have really helped my foot pain.

not true to size, very small. Tried to return and was told i need to pay 15 per cent restocking charge as well as returning to hong kong. The quality does not reflect the cost, don’t buy, use a reputable company if you want a quality product. I feel like i’ve been had yet again buying off facebook!!!

The shoes were advertised as slip-ons, but they came with laces. We checked the website for the return policy, but it's impossible to process a return there. You have to email them, and then they offer you a 30% discount. Policies like this contribute to landfill issues.

Never buying from a random company like this. The website seemed shady with 5 star reviews but I've got a toe injury and had bought so many trainers this was my last resort to find something that didn't hurt my toe. The trainers arrived so late although I paid for 1st class shipping. The trainers measure very small like I'm a size 5 but felt like a size 4. The trainers looked cheap. I wanted a refund but they said they'll give me 50% refund and I can keep the trainers, but I have no use for small trainers uncomfortable trainers. They said they don't want to cause me in any inconvenience when really they don't want to handle the refund processing. They said if I wanted a refund I'd have to pay for the postage and they'd deduct 15% which is absurd

I ordered these nursing shoes for work, and although the size 5 was a little too tight for me, I was very pleased with the customer service I received. The team responded quickly to my email and were very helpful in arranging a replacement size.

The shoes themselves look lovely and feel well made, which is especially important for someone like me who works long nursing shifts and spends many hours on my feet. I’m looking forward to receiving the correct size and wearing them at work.
