My name is Deatrice I had a great experience with omega walk the shoes are comfortable and affordable as a CNA who work 12 hr days these shoes make you feel like you are walking on clouds.

Ordered trainers on 30th July they arrived 7th August I went for 1 walk in them and found the sole was coming away from the edge, the rubber sole in the middle of the foot was more worn than my last pair of trainer which I had had 8 years.
I contacted customer support I was not impressed.... the said I had to pay for the return of the trainers .... this breaks uk laws, they said I couldn't have a refund.... I explained that under UK consumer law 2015 I was entitled to a full refund as I had
1 had the trainers less than 30 days and
2 they was defective as they was falling apart

Footwear should be able to withstand bring used outdoors, without falling apart.

The trainers do NOT meet quality standards as NOT satisfactory in quality
They do NOT meet trading standards
They was NOT fit for purpose
In the 30 days I can Reject the trainers if not fit for purpose
They FAILED advertising claims about the trainers as not as described
The Consumer foes NOT have to pay for postage to return goods with the issues described above

Their response was you can have 60% refund but we will NOT pay for postage.

What a joke Omegawalk do NOT buy anything from this Company

Seems to be that these are off-brand/mass-produced cheap shoes that are being bought and marketed as ‘orthopaedic’. Arrived with the stitching already coming apart, and could barely walk in them as the sides cut into my ankles. Feel cheap and plastic. Try to return them and you are told you can have another pair for free instead - obviously not costing them a whole lot to throw another cheap pair your way. Only managed to get a 40% refund on shoes (and socks that felt similarly cheap) that I will never wear.

Avoid at all costs !!!!
Shoes are cheap rubbish, small sizes and once you receive them offered a 30% refund email I received .......

I got fooled that this is a British brand when I was shopping for Orthopedic sneakers for my wife who has plantar fasciitis.
She couldn't make up her mind, so we ordered 5 pairs (worth £130) thinking that she could keep 2 pairs- one beige and one black, and return 3 pairs (pay for shipping) depending on the fit.
The shoes came from China, poor quality, light as a feather with soles that remind me of £5 fake crocs.
I can't return the 3 pairs that don't fit her as the rules are discounted shoes can't be returned!!!

Footwear was a small fit but Omegawalk dealt with it efficiently and promptly and replacement sent within a short space of time.

The ladies sports shoes that I have been sent are nowhere to be found on the website?
I don’t believe they are the shoes I ordered
Quality is extremely poor , shoe size is tiny there is no support whatsoever they are cheaply made shoes with no orthopaedic value and I feel that I have been scanned from a company that is advertising falsely and charging too much. Would’ve been better off with a pair of rubbish Chinese shoes from Kmart because that’s what I’ve got rubbish Chinese shoes.

Trainers were too small for me, company responded quickly and offered to send me a different size, great communication

Great service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size .They guided me in very good manner and send the new pair at no extra cost . Shoes are of good quality.

I have been searching for these trainers for months finally received them but I ordered the wrong size but this company very happily are sending the correct size also offered many options to return item etc I am so very impressed with their customer service I previously owned a pair they lasted for years helped me recover from a big foot operation I highly recommend this company and their products

Ordered first pair in my normal shoe size but first pair were way too small. Had to either pay for return and lose 15% restocking fee or I could get the next size up for just the shipping fee (£11 to the UK).
Second pair arrived and I broke them in for a couple of days at home and they seemed alright. I work in retail so am on my feet between 10/12 hours a day covering over 12k steps so seen as they were advertised as comfortable for nurses I thought I was on to a winner. Sadly I have now worn them for 3 shifts and my feet have never hurt so much during and after my shifts. I swapped from sketchers to these as sketchers are quite expensive but with these you get what you pay for sadly. I don't know how others have got "the comfiest shoes ever" but for me, these are not it.
Can't fault customer service as the were friendly with resolving sizing issues (but from other reviews it seems an issue with the brand being small).
Sadly now wasted almost £50 on shoes I don't want to wear as they are uncomfortable, should've just stuck with ol' reliable Sketchers!

I work in healthcare and spend 8–10 hours on my feet, with long periods of standing and walking throughout the day. These shoes have made a noticeable difference. They’re lightweight and have a wider front, which gives my toes more room and makes them much more comfortable than the conventional trainers I’ve worn before. I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in foot pain and tiredness after a long shift. Overall, I’m really pleased with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone who spends long hours on their feet.

Bought two pairs of trainers and was very happy with both. Had a small sizing issue but the company were amazing and handled it so fast and professionally. We will definitely use this service again and highly recommend to others. It’s great to have eventually found a good place for trainers. The customer service was amazing.

Good company to buy trainers from. Kept well informed about delivery. The team reply quickly to emails and are very helpful. Trainers are light and comfortable, but come up a bit small so would suggest ordering a size up from what you normally wear.
