Shoes are extremely uncomfortable. Return policy is ridiculous. You might as well just keep the shoes after the 15% restocking fee and covering your own shipping as a return. Do not buy!

The company seemed very helpful, until they asked for a 5 star review on trust pilot in exchange they would waive the return fee from my order. They have since totally ignored all further emails. Very disappointing.

The selection of shoes on from this company is impressive. I heard wonderful things about them and decided to try for myself as I work long hours on my feet. Susan from customer service handled my questions with care and compassion. I would 100% recommend Omega Walk. Thank you.

These are amazing shoes, if you are working on your feet all day, these are the shoes you want. Extremely light weight but also very supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend..

First time ordering from Omegawalk and it was so easy. The customer service was very good and helpful. The size I ordered were quite small and after contacting Omegawalk they offered to send another pr free of charge. The shoe is lovely and the colour is as advertised. They felt comfortable when tried on with good support. I am a nurse so hopefully i can wear them for my 13hr shift with no aching feet. I would definitely recommend this company, once again great speedy customer service.

This is my 1st time purchasing Omegawalk footwear and when I got my trainers I instantly loved the look of them and when I put my foot into them for the 1st time the comfort, I melted and was so relieved, relaxed to be in them. They feel so comfortable and they put me at ease the moment i put them I wished I had brought the other colours. The other pair were smaller on right foot and I mentioned this to customers service are going to honour me a new pair to my white pair, I am so grateful and I can’t wait to get them! The trainers a fantastic and help with my plantar fasciitis. Thank you so much for helping Omegawalk customer service.

After receiving my shoes which came up very small for a size 5. My matter was dealt with promptly and the company are offering to send another pair free of charge.

Ordered my usual size but the shoes came up small. I was offered an exchange for an additional shipping fee as told I would only get a partial refund plus there was an additional 15% restocking fees.
I was advised that I would need to order in US sizing and told to measure my feet and use the conversion table that they sent me, I did this as per their instructions. US sizes are 2 sizes up compared to UK sizing.
I then received a pair of shoes 3 sizes up in a UK size so I now have a 2 pairs of shoes that are of no use to me.
When I contacted customer services I was told it was my fault as I had ordered 3 sizes bigger than my previous size.
I explained that I had ordered to their instructions and received a reply apologising for the confusion and asking for another £11 shipping fee for a replacement pair!!!
I have no faith in this company to get the order correct so I have had to accept a 50% refund. Ive lost over £40 and have no shoes.
Beware of sizing issues, shipping fees and refund policy.

I bought two pairs of shoes and they're comfy and soft. However, they're a bit too tight so I contacted the Customer Service which responded promptly and was really helpful in sorting my problem. I can keep the current shoes I bought and they send me the new ones with the correct sizes and I only need to pay the shipping and packaging fee. I am one happy customer. Thumbs up!

I ordered a size that wasn’t big enough so I had to get a new one. They answered really quick and gave me a bunch of options. I am very happy with the results. Great customer service. 🥇

I am a nurse and just finished a 13.5 hour shift. I am also suffering hot flushes. I absolutely hate my feet being warm so found these shoes. Ordered the ortho glide and wore them for the full shift. Absolute game changer. My feet didn't overheat. I'm converted. Comfy and cool is what a nurse needs and it's what I have in my shoes. It also took 7 days to arrive so all the negative reviews are moaning for moanings sake. I'm glad I ignored them. I had email regarding the sizing of the ortho plus trainers being too large and the response and solution was rapid. The sizing comments are correct. My ortho glide are size 5 and fit but the ortho plus are too big. Ignore the negativity and buy them.

The shoes are really comfortable and stylish. I ordered the wrong size but they were replaced for a new pair for free.
The customer service is great and I would definitely buy another pair of trainers again in the future!

I ordered the Ortho Balance shoes for working in restaurants and being on my feet all day. Unfortunately, they were too small. Thankfully, customer service was quick to answer my email and offered to send me a new pair free of charge. The process has been super easy so far and they have gotten back to me quickly. The shoes were very comfortable so I am happy to get the new pair in the larger size.

I ordered a pair of trainers that were too small for me. I contacted customer service who were very prompt to respond to me with a resolution, I am currently waiting on a bigger pair to arrive and will leave a review as to how they fair as trainers once I have use of them. I couldn’t fault the speedy customer service and solution so I am very pleased for now.
