I had a parcel delivered that went missing from my doorstep. Customer services were great, offered me a full refund.

I have some family that has ordered these and absolutely love them.

There customer service has been really good and has helped when the shoes didnt fit my insoles.

I got the Easy Step, light blue in 8.5. They fit perfectly and are so so comfy! I've been looking for comfy shoes to wear at work for months! went through a few different pairs the last few years. Finally got these ones and they're amazing! I'm on my feet 8 hours a day and these shoes were a life saver for sure! I'll defiantly buy more when this pair wears out!

Great comfortable shoes and excellent customer care.

Shoes have fallen apart after a few weeks.
Had a partial refund as the shoes werent as described and they dont offer full refunds as an option, and the return shipping is on the buyer to pay with a return adress for a dropshipping company in China. Since then, the shoes have fallen apart after 3 weeks of non consistent wear. Stitching has ripped, large hole.
Don't reccomend poor quality

This shoe is so stylish I can wear it to work. Super comfortable. I absolutely love this brand. These can definitely can last all day.

This shoes is very light and comfortable during a long hour of work. I also had problem with the shipping during the purchase, but their team helped right away to solve my problem. I definitely recommend for others , and I'll definitely come back next time to buy more.

Absolute rubbish shoes how they have the cheek to advertise them as orthopaedic is beyond me they smell awful of glue and the soles are cheap plastic, slippy and dangerous. Worth about £5 that's how cheaply made they are .

Shoes were too small despite ordering a size up from my regular. They were described as having a wide toe box but they don't and there are spelling mistakes on a very prominent label on the tongue. Most of the reviews on their own site are just a string of keywords; not genuine reviews.

This is a rip off company selling sub standard shoes you would find in a market place for about 10.00 what ever you do donot buy x

The customer service was great! There was a complication when I received my order and they were very quick to respond, super accommodating, polite, and very helpful with resolving the issue! I would definitely order from them again in the future!

Shoes are good but I am size 5 normally, but the shoes I ordered I needed 5.5 , which I found out after ordering. Team extremely helpful listened to my issue and resolved straight way. Really pleased with service and product.

I ordered and am trying to check in on the status and suddenly the URL link wont work. I think they took their site down. Ill be disputing with my back cause who am i going to contact now?

I seen these shoe on the web site. Im so glad I order them. These are the most comfortable shoes ever. They are true to size so get a size up. I promise you will love these shoes. I tried them on and it feels like your walking on air.

When I ordered the Ortho Balance/ All purpose shoe, I was so excited! It only took about a week for them to arrive and when they did, they were everything I thought they would be. Both Stylish and extremely comfortable.

This company delivery a great product and delivered in the time stated. When I received the goods the sizing wasn't great but they arranged for another sizing to be send to me without any issues and cost. I was very impressed with the service and will definately be ordering again. Thank you so much.

I love my Noveras! Style AND comfort at the same time. Wow. My feet are well supported and my back doesn’t hurt anymore if I stand for a long time.
And the customer service is out of this world. I sincerely recommand Omega walk.
