Ordered Omega Glides, came within a week. Had an issue with fit but customer support was there to help and we sorted it out quickly. Very happy with fit and finish of product

Please do not buy from Omega walk.These trainers are coming from china not the Uk. It is most likely drop shipped. I placed an order and cancelled it within 10 mins after ordering it.They decided to send the package anyway. I sent an email the same day but they didnt reply until 2 days after. I have been asking for a full refund ever since. They even said they are willing to give me 50% back and keep the trainers .The trainers came in my letter box yesterday 18 days after ordering. I emailed them to tell them that they need to send a pre paid stamp for me to return it. They act like I never contacted them before. They gave an address and told me I have to pay for the return, but still offering to give me 40% back and to keep the trainers. MInd you when i opened the package there was a horrible smell. I took photos and packed it back for return.

Customer service was quick to get back to me. I ordered shoes in my size, but I would recommend going one size up, as unfortunately one pair did not fit. Bizarrely the other pair had a better fit, although they are still a bit snug! I will say, that the pair that fits, is very comfortable! Customer service was happy to arrange a replacement in the larger size for the pair that did not fit.

Please do not buy from them it is a fraud . No one replies back, trying to get a refund back and are not replying, no one cares. The company it is not UK and the sites says yes but it is in Singapore, if I knew that never would’ve buy anything.

I ordered the wrong size and they got back to me so fast. They were nice enough to let me keep the wrong size and send me the right size. The customer service is so much better than I expected. I would order from Omega Walk again.

Customer service was excellent. I received prompt and helpful responses to replace the shoes I ordered that were too small. I would definitely recommend sizing up when ordering. Size 9 in the Ortho Walks fit more like an 8.

Terrible customer service.
Shipment never arrived and got a notification it was sent back.
I can’t even have an opinion about the shoes as I never received them
Avoid at all costs - scam.

An update on my omega walk shoes. Arrived eventually and very pleased with them. Boy criticism, if something is going to take a month to come, let the customer know. Otherwise very happy.

I ordered my size thinking is true to size but unfortunately it did not fit. Customer service made it simple to work with me, I do recommend to go up a size. Which is normal for ordering online. I do consider coming back and get another pair. Thanks!

What I value about my shopping experience with Omegawalk include:
1. how comfortable the shoes are to wear (as a nurse, I need comfortable shoes for work),
2. focus on product quality (shoes came in bag meant to preserve the shoe quality), and
3. the customer service experience I had. When I contacted Omegawalk about exchanging shoes for a bigger size, they responded right away. They told me to keep the current shoes and offered to send me shoes with the right size at a reasonable price of just the shipping cost.

I strongly recommend shopping with Omegawalk!

i ordered the wrong size by accident and i almost immediately received help. they were quick to respond and very helpful making sure i got my order right. even though i ordered the wrong size i was able to try them on and they are very comfortable. i am excited for my new shoes to arrive.

The shoes I ordered were a bit small so I message customer service and they offered to send me another pair of the correct size. I only had to pay for shipping $16. I could also keep the first pair I ordered so I gave them to my daughter. The shoes were comfortable and provide support to my heel pain.

Exceptional follow up to provide correct size despite shipping

The size of my shoes were a bit off and Susan with customer service was a delight to work with and I am expecting my new shoes soon!

Beware, products are shipped from China and not as described. It's not easy to return or refund. Customer care not helpfull.

Absolutely EXCELLENT customer service! I mean, every aspect of their customer service has been 110%! Prompt responses, variety of solutions offered, the entire process has been above and beyond anything expected. I recommend this company/brand to everyone!

I actually picked the wrong size in these shoes Ortho Balance. For work and I needed to apply for a 9.5 they are not true size . Their customer service is very good when I reach out to them they responded quick . Can wait to wear my shoes.
