I actually picked the wrong size in these shoes Ortho Balance. For work and I needed to apply for a 9.5 they are not true size . Their customer service is very good when I reach out to them they responded quick . Can wait to wear my shoes.

Ordered the wrong pair accidentally contacted customer services which were very prompt to respond. Very helpful and kindly arranged for the item to be changed and sent the correct pair

Shoes came in as a child size. Even sent in the pictures to prove they messed up and still expected me to pay. Now my wife has to go without. Do not buy from this fake company

The trainers arrived as described and look great. However, they were a little too small. Omegawalk customer services have been great and have agreed to exchange them for a bigger size. I have been very happy with the service I have received.

I ordered the wrong size and customer service were absolutely brilliant in sorting my issue and the correct size was sent. The shoes are so comfy and my legs are less sore already

The original pair of trainers turned out to be too small but omega said that if I left a five star review they would send me a pair matching the measurements I have supplied them at no extra cost.
Here's hoping.

Size shoes chart not good . They sell cheap shoes plus not the chart size. Never order there!!!

I actually think most of the reviews on here are fake provided by Chinese bots but I can assure you this is true they are from China and drop shipped. Cheaply made something you just from Asda for an tenner and very small for uk sizes. Bought for work. Has the feel of cheap plasticky and will most likely fall apart and smell cheap. There No point trying to get a refund just go through your bank. Don’t think they will get through a shift at work if I’m honest. Oh well must be more vigilant and may have to go in person to buy work trainers.

These shoes are terrible and so is their customer service. I worse both pairs for one day at my clinic and they are horrible! Not made for being on your feet for 8+ hrs as advertised. They are cute designs, I'll give them that. But I spent $60 on these shoes and I am only being offered $20 back as a refund? I will be posting reviews everywhere I can to help someone else not get screwed like I did. These shoes were NOT comfortable, They were NOT supportive, nothing about the descriptions were accurate. I bought 2 different styles, so it's not like it is just two colors of one shoe or whatnot. NEVER again! It is worth it to go back to Hoka or save up for another QUALITY brand. There is no way that these are orthopedic shoes for the ailments or walking habits that they advertise they are for. And going back to see more reviews after my purchase, out fo curiosity, they are clearly AI generated to make their company look good.

Really helpful customer service, the pair of shoes I got came up small but I was able to easily exchange thanks to their helpful staff!

I've had nothing but troubles from these shoes!
Firstly they were too small even though I measured my feet and used Thier guide to buy the size they suggest.
I then had to pay an additional £11 for the next size shoe.
I wore them for 20 mins and the sole is already wearing out
I wore them for a day out after an hour I needed to buy gel insoles because it felt like I was walking on nails!
They are so poorly made that the insole lifted and kept coming out as I was walking!
The stitching in the shoe has now broken and after becoming increasingly more uncomfortable.
I also put a review on Thier website which has miraculously disappeared 🙄😡
A refund wouldn't be issued because they need to be returned unworn, which is ridiculous how can you know something like shoes is not a good product if it's not worn.
They offered a small refund of £8.66. so I've spent money on shoes that are not good !!!!

Do not buy it. Size comes very small. They ask to pay for return amd restocking fee to send another pair. Very poor quality. Shipping takes too long as it ships from China and not well packed. Scam.
