Amazing quality and great customer service!!

Not what it’s made out to be. These trainers came from China, are poor quality for the price, no heel support & very thin soles. Would not recommend.

Amazing quality, and amazing customer service, extremely helpful, efficient and great communication.

The size I ordered is too small, and customer service has been responsive and very helpful. In the works of getting the correct size, and am satisfied with the service and purchase.

I bought couple of days ago it is really nice quality also comfortable and lightweight which I was looking for. I also impressed their customer service .

Great customer service and great product. The shoes didn't quite work for my foot shape (which is highly irregular) but they are very sturdy shoes with a comfortable upper and solid supporting sole, arch and ankle. Very easy to slip on & off quickly and super cute. I adore the lavender, very stylish. These are great shoes for work, casual dress or play.

Super comfortable shoes! I ordered the wrong size, and they are super transparent on refunds and or exchanges. I would love to keep purchasing from omega walk!

First time customer.
I received my initial order from Omegawalk on 15/7/26 only to find the fit was slightly on the small size. I contacted their customer support team and received a prompt reply. The team offered me options to resolve my issue. I await my replacement shoes when I will be able to update my experience once I have worn the shoes. To date I can only praise the customer service I've received.

Not worth the 2 week wait! Cheap trainers with cheap insoles in them.
Very hard sole with no cushioning or arch support. Only managed wearing for 30 mins before having to take them off!

These shoes are amazing. I always have heel pain when I walk but the pain is gone with these shoes. I would highly recommend!!

Very responsive customer service and very easy to reach. I really like the look of the shoes, but needed to get a different size and they were so helpful in having me get the size I needed. I can't think of another company that has this good of customer service. I will continue to buy from Omegawalk.

Ordered shoes from this company but they ran too small, customer service helped by giving me options of exchanged/ partial refund or for me to ship it back to them. They also offered for another bigger size replacement to be shipped out which i took and i am excited to see how they feel and how comfortable they will be when walking in!

Omegawalk responded quickly to my request in exchange for a pair of shoes that did not fit correctly from their company. Despite Omegawalk not having a direct contact phone # for customer support Omega's response via email was promptly returned and efficient. Omegawalk answerd my questions and the company followed up with a viable solution that was a win for my situation. Thank you Omegawalk..

Slow postage and poor refund policy.

The shoes that arrived looked like a cheep version of the ones that I ordered. It took 3 weeks for them to ship from China and when I asked to return because of the poor quality, I was advised that I would have to pay shipping and there would be a 15% 'restocking' charge. I would not recommend buying from this company.

My package got lost in the email, and omegaWalk made it their mission to get back to me on timely fashion and they did weekly checks in with me about the lost package and also recommended ways I can help locate the missing package. Thank you Omegawalk for your quick response and support! Definitely would buy from you again.

Very great customer service! I ordered a size too small and reached out for support. Susan quickly responded and provided me with the steps on how to get a bigger size. The cushion of the shoes are super soft, I can’t wait to get my correct size and walk in them !!
