I ordered the wrong size. Contacted them. They are sending me a new pair for free!! So excited to get my order!!

Both shoes were false advertised. Cant spell, basically its TEMU at its worst. Inserts werent as advertised. Cheap thin foam you buy at the dollar store for arts and crafts. Zero support, zero comfort. And you cant even get a full refund back unless you send them back but YOU pay for shipping which is oversees and will cost you DOUBLE of what you originally paid. All you get is a 30% refund and can keep the shoes. Wtf am i gonna do with these? They're trash! I wouldnt even give them to the shelter or thrift shops! What a rip off!

When ordering from the UK it is important to remember to order one size up. I ordered a pair of ortho balance, when they arrived they were one size to small. I contacted customer service who were very helpful in exchanging them for a bigger size.

What made my experience with this company great is that the shoes I ordered I think they run small, as much as I hate returning items they were able to find a better solution for me

I received my initial order from Omegawalk only to find the fit was on the small size. I contacted their customer support team and received a prompt reply. The team offered me options to resolve my issue. I await my replacement shoes when I will be able to update my experience once I have worn the shoes. To date I can only praise the customer service I've received.

Please do not purchase trainers from Omega Walk! I received a pair as a birthday present in a woman’s size 7 (41 European) but they were way too small, my toes were poking through the fabric (they were more like a size 5). I was advised that I’d have to PAY to return them and lose 15% for a restocking fee. Alternatively I was told to keep the size 7’s, and pay an additional $12 OR $13 USD to have them send me a larger size (size 8). Firstly what company doesn’t want their stock back? And why USD when they were purchased from a UK site? Either way, the size 8s arrived and they may as well be the size 7’s there’s no difference whatsoever in sizing. So now I’m stuck with 2 pairs of trainers that don’t fit and to I’ll have to lose money returning them. Just awful, do not buy.

Really happy with the way Omega Walk handled my issue. I bought a pair of shoes, but unfortunately they didn’t fit me properly. I contacted them, and they were very understanding and offered me a refund without any hassle.

I’m generally a 5.5 and always happy to find a company that does half sizes. The order came quickly but the size was a little small for me. The team were super responsive and gave me a number of options to resolve 🙂

I bought a pair of omega - Ortho shoes for my mother who is 83. She was amazed with how light they were and also that they were slip proof. She did have issues with tightness on ball of toe and even though she does not have a bunion she did say they were tight. We are working on getting her a whole size bigger. So if you do have a wider ball of foot, order one to two sizes more or see if there is a wide option. But these are really the best out there… comfort, durability, lightweight, arch support.all there.

Also, their customer service is very helpful. Susan Brown (customer service manager) has been a real dear helping me with my mother’s issue. Quick responses, and very willing to have customer satisfaction.

No one should wear these shoes. There's no heel support. Fit is extremely small. Details said wide toe box. Very narrow.
My podiatrist strongly recommended not wearing them. The colour was nice. Received them within a week.
