I would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered two pairs of shoes after carefully reading all the features on the OmegaWalk website and following their sizing guide exactly. Unfortunately, the products I received were nothing like what was advertised.

The quality is extremely poor. The insoles are thin and offer virtually no cushioning or orthopedic support, despite the website claiming exceptional comfort and support. One pair was too short even though I followed the size chart, and the other pair had inconsistent widths between the left and right shoe.

One of the pairs is even labeled “Fashion” instead of OmegaWalk, and I found what appears to be the same generic shoes sold by other retailers for a fraction of the price.

In my experience, these shoes do not match the descriptions, features, or quality presented on the website. I cannot recommend this company.

I needed a shoes for nursing and saw the advert on Google by chance . Im not a fan of buying shoes online, but they were so good looking that I couldn't help it. The shoe took about 10 days to arrive,BUT it was worth the wait! They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever put my feet in. A bit of a wide fit, but most are for me because I have very narrow feet. Had a slight issue with sizing, but customer service took care of that promptly! They went above and beyond for me.

Omega has been very accommodating in helping me get the best shoe for me. They were very helpful and emailed me right away every time I had questions. Would buy from them again.

Excellent foot support. Very comfy shoe, I got a 5 but feel as a work shoe it was a little tight. I requested to exchange on them to 5.5, and kindly the request has been put in place.

Good shoes, just if you are in Canada always choose one size smaller.

I have had a really amazing experience with customer service at omega walk and want to give them a massive shout out and would recommend their shop to anyone looking for high quality comfort, the shoes were better than anticipated (I bought them for work since I'm on my feet all day) and I'm considering a second pair now for everyday Thier that good!

Looked up the best shoe for my age and weight and ChatGPT said one of the best deals for me was omega walk. I looked them up, good reviews and I loved the style. Ordered them and they came pretty fast. They looked great, light weight, reminded me of my favorite shoe “on the cloud” very light weight. Ordered my exact size but they were a half size too small. Wrote to
Customer service to exchange the size and they immediately wrote back offering to send immediately another pair. I’ve never experienced customer service so
Quick and compassionate. Thank you omegawalk, I can’t wait to get the right size so I can start working out. Been overweight most of my life just had bariatric surgery and lost 25 lbs in 4 weeks. It’s time to get healthy and I’m happy omegawalk is on board like this.

Shoes are very comfortable. They are exactly what I was looking for. Customer Service was very attentive.

Ordering process was very simple and straight forward. Accidentally ordered a size too small and there were several options to get a new order placed. This company really wants the customer to feel valued and have a good experience with their products.

Just ordered two pairs of shoes and honestly I love how they feel. I did get the wrong size and costumer service was quick to respond and help me with my order. Instead of over paying for shoes like big brands. It is affordable and worth it.

Easy to place an order and delivery was sooner than expected. The shoe quality was very nice although the pair I ordered was too small. Customer service was very responsive with excellent choices on replacing the shoes. I would buy again.

My experience with Omegawalk has been notably exceptional. I love the choices of shoe styles. The prices are reasonable and their customer service is awesome.

My shoes seemed to take a while to arrive. However I did read the reviews on here and I ordered a size bigger which was the right thing to do. Tried them on and they feel fine, there light wait and seem comfortable. I will wear them for work tonight and will see just how comfortable they are and how much they will help my plantar fasciitis pain.
