I went to the Guildford store to…
I went to the Guildford store to enquire about the Floren coffee table which I saw online. A £900+ purchase.
The service in the store was excellent and the quality of the table was too so I placed an order.
After the order was placed it has been a disaster: the order was delivered with only the coffee table legs, no top. Then I complained about this and rejected the failed delivery. Helpfully the person on the phone refunded the delivery fee and reiusssd the delivery. But they didn’t provide any details that the table was now out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered for another month! I then waited weeks and heard nothing about the new delivery despite calling twice.
I then gave up and cancelled the order rather than being stuck in limbo.
Great products, terrible reliability of service and delivery.

Dear Dharmesh,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced following your order for the coffee table.
While we are pleased to hear that you received excellent service in our Guildford store, we fully understand how disappointing it must have been to face such difficulties with the delivery and communication afterwards. This falls short of the high standards we set for both our customer service and delivery experience.
Your feedback has been shared with our fulfilment and delivery teams to help prevent similar issues in the future. We appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention and regret that this experience has not reflected the quality you rightly expect from OKA.
Kind regards,
OKA
