Price went down whilst they still had the order with them and they wouldn't reduce it.

What can I say, there customer service is one of the best ive ever known. Yes there little over some prices but all the equipment is great quality and everything from one place absolutely love all the products and the support and information you get

I have purchased from Novritsch many times before and they still manage to stand above the competition. Their products are of the highest quality, although a bit expensive. When I had to make a return for a faulty headset (that was made by a different company that Novritsch was selling) the support team was on point. Went flawlessly. Truly love what this company, 100% would recommend.

Although the prices are a bit high sometimes, I'm glad I chose Novritsch. I ordered 2 Storm Apocalypse grenades, bb's and a scope from them, they all worked great! The delivery for this was december 2024 and it was fast and good.
Then both grenades had a broken seal in 2025 juli, I repaired it 2 times but no luck. THEN I send a customer support ticket in to maybe get some help with replacement parts, they recommended me to replace some o-rings but that didn't help.

Then they offered a replacement for the grenades and I sent them the broken grenades and in a week I got 2 replacement grenades from the shop, with some awesome new stickers and even a patch!

Would spend my money here again🤑.

When I ordered a $300 worth of items . FedEx lost my package and delivered it to the wrong house . And I reported it to novritch and they help me to find it . And I’m happy for the big help it’s always a good quality product and responsive
