I love Novritsch, and their guns. Customer support is great, reliable especially when it comes to knowing what the problem is based on the description. The guns are amazing I have the ssg96mk2, sse18, and the ssx23, and they all work amazingly no upgrades out of the box. They do their purpose very well and are amazing. Novritsch is a very good company would recommend.

Had few problems with my charger, lipo cheker and SSR77 Mags and they helped me with all of them.

They don’t send you right stuff. I bought a 500€ airsoft gun and got a 50€ gun bag instead.

So i bought the SSG96 Mk2 sniper and all went well with shipping and stuff. When i tested the weapon it shot way lower joules and FPS than was advertised. So i wrote to support from Novritsch and they where very polite and helpful. I showed Some pictures and video’s where we could conclude that there was a possible “airleak” in the system. After that Novritsch support asked me if i was okay with a repair at their shop for free. I’m really happy with their support and help i got with finding the problem and offering a sollution to the problem. 5 stars from me.

Ordered a SSP5 and loads of other parts with this gun used twice in two months and gun completely broke.
Contacted support centre spent 3 plus weeks trying to get parts sent to me so was am able to repair gun myself.
Refused and delayed at every point.
Considering this was supposed to be an uprated pistol breaking after 2 uses is disappointing.
2 year warranty is pointless was warned by other players and professionals about this with novritsch.

They answered quickly, and they were able to walk me step by step through my problems and help me figure it out. And They where very kind.

Had a small issue with a replica and after a few email they send me new internal Parts. Their response time is very fast and they really want to help you solve your issue. Many sellers can learn from them🤙🏽

After small issue with product the team was fast to make contact and and a outcome was sorted , service like that helps you come back to purchase again knowing that your looked after

I recently had to send in my SSR63, which is now almost 2 years old, because the ETU had broken. I was expecting a standard repair, but instead I was offered something far beyond what I imagined: a complete replacement rifle, since the spare part wasn’t available at the moment. On top of that, I even received a voucher to compensate for a small rail piece that had been attached to my previous rifle.

This is customer service at its absolute best. They didn’t just solve the problem – they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. After getting a prob with a shipment novritsch helps me to investigate what happend. After a while ive got a replacement shipping what is a very good service.
