Ik had helaas een product dat defect ging, maar de klantenservice van Novritsch reageerde snel en professioneel. Mijn probleem werd direct opgepakt en ik ontving binnen korte tijd een vervangend product. Erg tevreden over de snelle service en de goede afhandeling. Zeker een aanrader!

Exceptional customer service allowing guidance on what is broken how to fix what is broken and how to stop it for breaking again. They are always willing to help you replace and or credit your account if problems happen and will talk with you each step of the way. Replay fast to emails even when the website says that it might take time. Also seems like each case is reviewed by someone higher up to ensure that everything is being done correctly.

Ich habe mir bei Novritsch mein neues Airsoft-Set zusammengestellt (darunter die SSR4). Die Qualität der Waffe und des Zubehörs ist absolut erstklassig, die Verarbeitung ist top und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt einfach.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den Kundenservice: Der Support (vielen Dank an Mathieu) antwortet extrem schnell, ist super hilfreich bei Fragen und kümmert sich sofort um den Kunden. Man merkt, dass hier von Spielern für Spieler gearbeitet wird.Das war definitiv nicht meine letzte Bestellung, ich kann den Shop und die Produkte zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

I really appreciated Novritsch's customer service, Samuel was very helpful and sent me very quickly some spare parts free of charge for my son's 4-year old SSP18 ! He even sent us a full bag of BBs to conduct some tests again FREE OF CHARGE ! Amazing service, keep the good work !

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Support. Der Alex war immer für mich da. Die Sendung hat sich zwar verspätet und ich musste in den Flieger aber das macht nichts. Die Produkte sind eh 100 % also nichts zu meckern.

Cannot buy spare parts for my pistol magazine

This is the worst Company... idk why they are even a company... don't buy from them! I ORDERED 3 GUNS AND ALL OF THEM BROKE IN THE FIRST HOUR I USED THEM!!!! I bought the ssg10 a3... the ssg96 mk1... and the ssp28. I was very gentle with them... and every time they broke right away. This was a terrible expierience. The same thing happened to my friend... his gun was broken out of the box. Do not trust the mags either.. they break right away too. Idk how there are so many 5 star reviewes.. I bet Novritsch is paying people to write good reviews... bc i hate this stupid scamming company... Oh yeah, and right after my ssp28 broke... i sent it back and they "fixed it" it worked fine for 10 mins... and then broke with green gas shooting everywhere. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM NOVRITSCH... THEY SUCK AND WILL BREAK RIGHT AWAY!!! STAYCLEAR FROM THESE STUPID AUSTRIAN SCAMMERS!!!!

A really friendly company with very high quality airsoft gear that will last and last. I've ordered from them many times. Only once did I recieve a product substandard, and thankfully their customer service very kindly sent me a replacement product free of charge. I would highly recommend buying gear from this company if you plan on getting into airsoft.

I purchased the Novritsch SSP5 plus 4 additional magazines.

Initially, all 5 magazines(including the one that came with the SSP5) failed to feed.

Samuel was a great help. He helped me attempt troubleshooting to find the cause of the feeding issue, and even sent me a spare magazine to test out. Ultimately, all 5 magazines had to be replaced, free of charge. The customer support was handled within a timely fashion too.

I was pleasantly surprised how much this company cares about their customers, and will definitely be a repeat customer. My experience with Novritsch has definitely not been disappointing. Well done, Novritsch!

Novritsch customer support got back to me insanely fast and gave me very simple and detailed instructions to correct my issue. I have to add my issue wasnt with a broken part, it was my lack of knowledge about said part that was lacking. Dominik from the support team replied personally and helped me in just a few sentences. Dominik and the rest of the Novritsch team are the reason why I purchase so much from the Novritsch company because I know they have my back on any item I purchase from them. I wish more airsoft companies would operate in the same manner. Thank you Novritsch and team!

I've been a customer for 5-6 years now, products are as reliable as Marui, but already reinforced. All parts are available, which is a very big deal, and customer service is fast and efficient. I wished they existed 25 years ago, it would have saved me tons of money.
