Service better than words can say!!

What can I say? I've been using Noveritch airsoft replicas and gear for about 6 months now. Everything has performed well above expectations. The one feeding issue I had and could not get my head around, Dominik came in clutch and was very professional and helpful. I have no ill words or thoughts about anything that I've gotten from this company. Great products, top notch service and overall awesome people. 6 stars because they blew the rest out of the sky!!!!

Recommended!

A teammember of my teenager who just started airsoft recommended Novritsch for a set to keep his gear clean. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and communication was very clear. They even added a patch and stickers. My son was very happy and the set was delivered in perfect organized state.

First of all I would like to thank Samuel

First of all I would like to thank Samuel from the Novritsch team for helping me right away replace my scope (mk2 rifle scope) that for some reason the left and right windage stopped working). He helped me get it replaced right away with a new one.

I have been ordering all my bb, most of my guns (pistols, snipers and the ssx303) from Novritsch and all I can say is they are the best you can get. Currently my ssg 11 hitting that 300ft mark with the piston weight and making a smooth bolt pull. My ssx303 used as a dmr can reach 275ft and I use as a combo ssg11 with ssp28 carbine kit, trully the best to carry games and cover all ranges.

Thank you Novritsch and (Team) for all your amazing customer service and for such and amazing products.

Just got a Tac338 fixed

Just got a Tac338 fixed, although they would not send me a box, they cleaned, fixed, and replaced the parts needed and ended up sending a box back. All for a cheap price too.

I had small issue with one of my orders…

I had small issue with one of my orders , just some screws missing for my red dot plate. So I had reached out to the support team and got a response on the weekend , and they don’t work on weekends so that was awesome and they completely replaced the item for me , really great support on their part.

Not good enough for 330€

Literally the worst gun I’ve ever bought

I bought an ssr4 mk2 on 13/07/2025 and literally the second time I used it it started having issues, first of all it was shooting 0.7 joules in semi and full auto due to tappet plate pme and a weak spring (I ordered the <1 joule version but usually here in Italy other brands sell guns at 0.9 to 0.95 joules)

Also it was making an awful sound and the motor heated up a lot, even adjusting motor height didn’t help

Anyway, I decided (stupidly) to use it a couple more times and the issues got worse

It started to have a LOT less range in full auto due to tappet pme getting worse and very bad air seal between the hop up, bucking and nozzle

After my third game with it the weak piston and weak tappet plate had enough and snapped

After opening the gearbox I saw the worst grease I have ever seen in my life, it was literally like glue, the shimming was so bad the spur gear was grinding on the gearbox shell

I also would like to know how you expect a gun with a NON SHORTSTROKED sector gear (full 16 teeth) and a NON SHORTSTROKED piston with a 30k motor to not pme like crazy and blow the piston pickup tooth out of the gearbox when you have a spring that is very weak

I then reshimmed the gun, dropped a
random piston in and a random tappet plate I had, short stroked the sector gear by 3 teeth and dropped a better hop up and bucking in it and the issues disappeared, apart from one

The motor still got extremely hot even after a near perfect shimming job, so hot that during my fifth game with the gun it melted, short circuited the etu and almost made my lipo explode

After that, I literally changed every single piece except the receiver and hand guard, hasn’t broken in 6 months (but of course this is after a full custom upgrade)

The 225 bb mags are good but they can only feed up to 28/30 rps because of their spring not having enough tension, so now I just use them on my secondary (25 rps)

My gun DEFINITELY had QC issues but this probably doesn’t apply to every ssr4 mk2 they make, I just wouldn’t risk it again

Now on day 15 of waiting

Now on day 15 of waiting, Novritsch company themself aren’t too bad just unfortunately leaving the review to the delivery service whilst it’s out of their hands once they send it on it’s poor that there is just one delivery service (which isn’t even a great delivery company) parcel still delayed and on hold after numerous calls I have been told that it’s not on hold and is on the way, updates have been stated that it’s released and is on the way to then be back on hold again, there really does need to be another alternative when it comes to delivery services

For UK shipments, we provide all required documents from our side, but the clearance process can depend heavily on UPS and the local customs authorities. In some cases, this unfortunately leads to the kind of inconsistent updates you’re describing.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we’re actively reviewing alternative shipping options for the UK, as we’ve also seen these issues more frequently lately. Usually, the process works smoothly — but when it doesn’t, it can be quite a hassle.

Es gab ein kleines Problem mit meiner Bestellung, welches aber super Schnell und freundlich durch den Customer Support geregelt wurde. Lieferung war innerhalb 3 Tagen da. Ausweisprüfung lief problemlos innerhalb von 3 Minuten.

2+ Weeks and Still Not Shipped – Very Disappointing Experience

I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating.

I placed my order on March 19th, and as of April 4th, it is still stuck in “Preparing Package” status — meaning it has not even been shipped after more than two weeks.

During this time, I have been in constant contact with customer support. While they do respond, it is usually only once per day, which has significantly slowed down the entire process. Despite replying quickly on my end, progress has been extremely delayed.

What is especially disappointing is that I was repeatedly assured that my order is being “prioritized” and should arrive in time. However, there has been no actual progress — no shipment, no tracking, and no concrete timeline.

This is particularly problematic because I have an event on April 11th for which I need this equipment. I clearly communicated this in advance, yet the order is still not moving.

For an order of this value, I honestly expected a much more reliable and efficient service. Delays can happen, but the lack of clear communication and the extremely slow handling make this a very poor customer experience.

I have heard that the equipment itself is quite good, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from this shop.

At this point, I can only hope that the order will still arrive in time — but based on the current situation, my confidence is low.

I’m really sorry about this. What you experienced is clearly not how this should have gone.

We are currently facing issues at our warehouse. Since our warehouse is run by an external provider, we can push and escalate, but we cannot directly control their day-to-day operations. In this case, the delay was caused by a mix of internal warehouse bottlenecks, staffing shortages, and the fact that some orders require handling from storage areas that need special equipment. That said, this is not your problem, and it should have been handled much better on our side.

We have already filed a complaint with the warehouse and expect them to improve this process going forward, because a delay like this is simply not acceptable.

I’m glad that, in the end, all your equipment arrived on April 10 and made it to you before the event. Still, I’m very sorry for the experience you had getting there. I really hope — and honestly expect — that any future order with us will go much more smoothly.

Very pleasant, efficient, replaced a part that wasn’t working right away. This is the second time dealing with customer service and I am grateful for their “customer first” approach. Wish more companies were like them!
