We are primarily Airsoft players with decades of combined experience who managed to turn passion into a business that operates worldwide across all different time zones. We love the sport, and we actively go to the field, spend time with the community, and use the products we offer on a regular basis. Therefore, you can be sure that we only offer good stuff that is tested in the field. Prior to releasing anything for you to purchase on the website, everything goes through formal testing as well as several informal airsoft games in which we use and abuse the heck out of it. The NOVRITSCH Headquarters is located in Vienna, Austria.

Take out the biased standpoint.

There can sometimes be controversial reviews and reputation regarding Novritsch products. However, if you actually take the time to experience and thoroughly work with the products from an unbiased standpoint, you'll realize that they're actually quite worthwhile. Customer service team is also great, in comparison to the standard reply times you get from most companies. Always quite helpful and will be honest with your situations.

Disappointing service

Disappointing service after the metal slide and frame of a replica SSE18 broke when attaching an adjustable Universal Holster Adapter. The adapter itself can take a beating (robust), but the SSE18 clearly cannot due to poor quality. Novritsch is not offering any compensation despite my regular orders.

Thanks for sharing your feedback — I’ve looked into your case and the previous conversation with our team.

I understand your frustration here, especially given that you’ve invested more into your setup. At the same time, the damage you described (impact while mounted on a drop leg platform) falls under exactly the kind of force we warn about with this type of adapter. Since the mount attaches directly to the frame, strong impact can unfortunately lead to this kind of breakage, which is why it’s not covered under warranty.

Additionally, your order is already outside of the 2-year warranty period, which also limits what we can offer in this case.

Alex Stewart at Novritsch was awesome…

Alex Stewart at Novritsch was awesome to deal with. He answered any all questions I had about all Novritsch products. I have then since purchased a SSP5. I will definitely be a returning customer. Not to mention they are very quick to respond and shipping was even faster. Received my orders in two days.

Great company!

Great products and amazing customer service. I purchased an SSP18 lately, but it seemed the hammer unit was defective. I wrote to them and they quickly, in two days, sent me a brand new replacement unit free of cost.

That they are the best

I’ve been running Novritsch gear since 2019, starting back when the SSG24 was the only big thing on the site. Seven years in, my gear locker is about 80% Novritsch, and there’s a reason for that: reliability.

The service is great!

The service is great! Very friendly and helpful support. Great selection of spare parts, knowledge through the "Academy" and amazing customer service with repairs.

Best company

Hands down, the best airsoft company on the market! They sell a large range of very practical and well made equipment that can be used for a variety of different set ups. All my tactical gear sets are from novritsch. They always have exactly what I want. Can’t wait to see what they’ll do for the future of airsoft.

Good support of Customer Service

After the reception a thermal screen with a connection issues, the support agent helped me to to raise the issue and finnaly exchange quicly the failling part. All is working fine now. Thank You. Golgy
