Awful delivery experience

Sadly the delivery of the product was my worst experience of my buyout, and since there is no secondary option for delivery, I am sadly forced to do a negative review.

I did an order and the delivery (only option) is ups, the destination is in Thessaloniki Greeece.
It took 10 days to come in Greece, and although from ups, told me that I will get ie yesterday, they gave the package to another delivery company cause ups had a lot of work, this other company they have no idea when they will bring the package.
Till today 13 days passed and my package is still somewhere………..!

UPS is by far the worst company for Thessaloniki, and yet they give this as the only option, which we pay to get delayed over and over again. Well done Ty

Not again worst exporting goods ever

Order number #2102464. Yet again novritsch can not export orders correctly, second time in a row. UPS will not allow it to clear customs without correct paper work. They are planning to charge me £16 a day for it to be stored in there wherehouse. I would have expected this company to have this sorted by now as it’s a well known brand. Shocking that staff haven’t been trained again. If I get charged £16 a day, ill be charging novritsch double that a day if they don’t sort this asap

Hi Marie,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your shipment. Recently UPS changed their import process for UK deliveries again, and they now require the recipient to sign the customs document themselves before the parcel can be cleared.

I checked your order and saw that we already sent you the required paperwork by email asking for a signature so we could forward it to UPS. However, I couldn’t find the signed document returned to us yet, which is why the process hasn’t moved forward. As soon as we receive it, we can pass it on to UPS so they can proceed with the clearance.

We did have a working system in place until the end of last year, but UPS updated their requirements again. We’re actively working with them to make this process simpler and smoother for future shipments.

If you resend the signed document to us, we’ll forward it to UPS right away to get this moving again.

Ich bin stolzer Besitzer der SSG96 MK2…

Ich bin stolzer Besitzer der SSG96 MK2 ,der SSG11 ,Der SSR90 Gen 2 und der SSR63 A3 . Ebenfalls habe ich viele Produkte wie den Ghillie suit mit Hose Jacke und haube ,wie die Antifog + Passende Brille und Hose + Jacke der Kreuzottertarnung , Pouches und Westen und ich muss sagen egal ob anfänger oder Langjähriger Airsoft Spieler . Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei und die Qualität ist wirklich sehr beeindruckend . Novritsch hat 1 A Produkte und einen 1 A Support , Hört nicht immer auf die YouTube Rezensionen oder Hater . Kauft euch einfach mal eines der besonderes Replika's und ich werdet nicht mehr los kommen ,Novritsch hat mehr als 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Verdient!

Exceptional Company

I now have both the SSE18 and the SSR63 A2. The SSE18 has preformed exceptionally over the last few years. I only recently bought the SSR63 A2 and so far it doesn't disappoint. Additionally before purchasing the SSR63 A2 I had some questions, and their customer support was, both fast and useful.

It was also a fun surprise to recieve a note with stickers and a patch in addition to my order.

Very good customer support

Very good customer support, ordered a v4 Lipo because the v1 was out of stock, after ordering they had stock again, contacted support and they changed my order within minutes.

Ordered one of Novristch's ssx23…

Ordered one of Novristch's ssx23 recently and I'm pleased to say their customer service is excellent!
I live in the UK and had never ordered from overseas before, they helped me every step of the way, prompted me to take action on things I needed to do and even filled out customs forms for me to ensure smooth delivery. UK companies could learn a lot from Novristch.
The only slight downside to the whole experience was entirely out of Novristch's control as my package got caught up in UK customs with UPS, I think you roll the dice a bit as a friend had ordered from Novristch and his package arrived 5 days later (mine was just over 2 weeks)
I'll definitely be shopping with Novristch again. Thanks again guys !! 😁

I’m sorry to read that you had such a negative experience. Unfortunately, with the information provided here I wasn’t able to identify your exact order in our system.

If this was your first order with us, please note that we always have to complete an age verification before processing. Since you ordered on Saturday, the earliest this check can be handled is Monday morning. Only after that can the order be forwarded to the warehouse, where it enters the packing queue. Especially after a weekend, there can be a higher volume of orders waiting to be processed. That may explain why your parcel was shipped on Wednesday.

Regarding the comment about “no service,” I’m not sure what you are referring to. We do have a dedicated customer support team and aim to respond within one business day, doing our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.

If something was left unanswered or not handled to your satisfaction, please send us an email and ask for Mathieu. I’ll gladly review your case personally and see what we can do.

Do not buy!

As like many I watched Novritsch on YouTube. So I wanted you to buy his ghillie suite as advertised on his site, I decided on the pattern and bought the suit at £145 (blackfriday), which isnt awful, but the jackets build quality is shockingly awful. Its only taken a month and a half for the buttons (why they chose buttons over zips I dont know) have ripped off, this is due to them getting stuck and being difficult detach.

For the premium price they are asking for, for these wearable gear, I seriously cannot recommend anyone spend that money, when there are far better alternatives for a similar price.

This also extends to their other gear which use similar button styles to attach. so far all of them have torn off or are hanging on for dear life.

Hatte eine Defekte Tappetplate und ohne lange zu schnacken haben sie mir im rahmen der Garantie eine neue zugesendet.
Mithilfe der Videos auf YouTube auch ohne Probleme einbauen können.

Von daher gibt's nichts zu meckern
