I just purchased my first airsoft markers and some airsoft equipment from the NOVRITSCH brand, and I 100% recommend them. The products are excellent — the markers are high quality, reasonably priced, and perform very well. Shipping within the U.S. was fast. Unreliable site
Unreliable site, they communicate the shipping address incorrectly, creating great inconvenience every time because I had to collect the orders alone 4 times in a row from the courier's office, travelling more than 100 km EACH time at my own expense.

Excellent company and service!

Kannst du bitte deine Bestellnummer via der Trustpilot Anfrage, die du bekommen haben solltest, posten? Dann kann ich direkt prüfen, warum der Versand bei dir nicht wie erwartet geklappt hat.
Grundsätzlich stimmt’s: Bestellungen bis 12:00 Uhr (CET) gehen bei uns in der Regel noch am selben Werktag raus, spätestens innerhalb von 24 Stunden – es gibt aber Ausnahmen, z.B. rund um Black Friday, Weihnachten, Feiertage oder generell bei besonders hohem Bestellaufkommen. Genau das will ich bei deinem Fall konkret nachvollziehen.
Zum Store: Wir können leider nicht die komplette Online-Produktpalette im physischen Shop lagernd haben – und Click & Collect bieten wir aktuell nicht an.

I contacted Novritsch support regarding a faulty Smokey Wolf Tracer. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, professional and friendly. The support team carefully reviewed my case, asked for a short video, and quickly acknowledged the issue without unnecessary back-and-forth.
I was offered fair and transparent solutions, and the store credit was issued promptly. The whole warranty process was smooth, stress-free and handled exactly the way a premium brand should do it.
