First off the airsoft gun I've got is amazing, and I asked them a question great service, I will be buying again

They responsies very fast to my issue, keeping in mind I contacten them surfing the weekend. They offered me Some options toneelspeler the issue with a leaky magazine. None of them worked and then they offered to send me a new magazine without any hassle. I could keep the detective one. Perfect service.

We always love all of our products but received a damaged scope that was promptly replaced. We had excellent communication and the replacement scope was in perfect condition. The process was seamless. We will continue to use this website for our future purchases.

I have bought many products from this brand and although they are in a different country the service is impeccable. I have had to email them for advice on repairs and there service is amazing. So many companies have reduced their customer service to an infuriating poor standard. Novritsch show that good customer service is still available and shows how crap others actually are.

Ben er goed over te spreken, kwaliteit en waar voor je geld. Out of the box niks te klagen en met beetje tweaken van hun eigen producten kan je het maximale er bijna uit halen.

Tevens ook een hoop geleerd van hun, ondersteuning via de klantenservice in combinatie met filmpjes. Fijn en duidelijk.

Benaderen van de klantenservice via email werkt super, ze nemen de tijd en denken in oplossingen. Ze komen je ook graag tegemoet vanuit service.

I have now ordered two Novritsch products, and had great experiences both times. Shipping was quick and products arrived in great shape. For my previous support case, I had Samuel and he was great with answering all of my questions. This time, I had Dominik and he was also amazing and answered all my questions in a speedy and timely manner.

I have had to contact support twice, and have always had a great experience. I would gladly recommend Novritsch products/support staff to anyone in the airsoft community. Post purchase support seems to be a strong point of this brand.

I bought a SSR4 but it was broken by the delivery date. After that I tried to get a refund but the customer service is horrible and to this day I didnt get a refund never gonna buy anything again at this store.

Fantastic product, beautiful build quality, over the top customer service, walked me through every step necessary to get me my gun, really good stuff.

Had an issue with a magazine leaking which was promptly solved by the customer support (Samuel). 10/10 customer service. They Sent me out a replacement valve and my problem was solved. Very polite and professional customer support.

Weapons SSR4 and SSP18. Both great so far, as I was able to test them. Also ordered some equipment, such as the holster for the SSP18. Had to do a little tuning as I taped a bit of valcro (the soft side, not the side with the hooks) inside it, to reduce noise made by the pistol, as it had a bit too much play. Maybe Novritsch will think about an update like this as well.
