Excellent service from Novritsch. They helped me with an issue on my SSP5 and allowed a free return for repair. The replica was fully serviced, lubricated and thoroughly tested. Very professional support.

I thought it would be tough to get new scope specially the countrey it is already far and because only way was by messaging but it was easy and no problems. So would keep buying from this site

Shot a few mags and pretty much every internal part broke and fell out of where you would put the mag. I’ve already replaced them and they have broke a third time. When it was working it never really shot far at all. It was pretty bad accuracy as well. It’s been sitting for about a year because I’ve had to replace things and they broke again.

They sent a lot of "gifts" like stickers and all which is cool but I can´t give them a good review because the main product isn't as it is supposed to be. Prescription Glasses Compatible Goggles that doesn't fit ANY of my prescription glasses, they just push them against my nose and it's really unconfortable. I got ones from AliExpress that are way much better and have more space for my prescription glasses. Now the return process is terrible, I can only returt if the item is unopened, unused, in the original package. How am I suppose to see if the goggles fit without using them with my glasses on? Ridiculous.

They charge a lot for shipping and it took way more than other sellers from other countries in the EU. No option for regular shipping.

I also got a defog unif from AliExpress, compared with the one from NoobRich and it's exactly the same (without the brand) at less than half the price. I'm so dissapointed.

Una empresa de airsoft de un jugador para jugadores. Sacar de la caja y jugar. El servicio de atención tambien excelente. Compre una réplica SSQ22, el cargador no iba bien y me mandan uno nuevo. Todas las compras que he realizado la calidad del producto excelente. Espero que llegue pronto el SSX10.

Delivery was very fast to the UK.
Had a slight issue with my new SSR9 DSG (a loose body pin) but an email sent off was replied to within a day with the very simple fix, and it was perfect and only took 3 minutes to carry out the fix.

Hi, currently iam an owner of 5 rifles they are producing, all of them are a big satisfaction to me.
I had one case of return ( Pistol, AEP ), which was really not fulfilling my expectation, after many rounds from technical team trying to help me fix my problem, we agreed on returning of AEP and all the accessories bought with it. All the service to my satisfaction! thx team

The first things i have ordered from the novritsch.com site, were: a pistol, battlebelt, velcrobelt, and an open mag pouch. that was all i have paid for an yet, i have gotten lots of awesome stickers, a signed letter, and a NOVRITSCH patch, all for free. And all the things i did order and pay for, we're extremely good quality. and i could find courses and tips for most of the equipment. 5 stars.

Je ne recommanderais jamais assez novritsch, sans parler de la qualité des réplique et des équipent qu’il propose. Et aussi leur envie de sans cesse améliorer le monde de lairsoft que nous aimons tant. Les rare soucis que j’ai eu ils ont su faire preuve d’une réactivité sans pareil. Je n’irais jamais ailleurs que chez eux. Merci encore à toutes l’équipe novritsch… ne changer rien.
