I don’t have the words to say how thankful I am to the team at G4 Claims.
I have had such a stressful time recently with my car and they have been brilliant. I didn’t realise how much I loved my car until now.
I got a hire car quick, my car was collected promptly and I recently got good news regarding the repairs. Extra thanks to Nicole F, when I was upset today on the phone she was so kind, it’s very much appreciated.
The companies they work alongside have been amazing also. I can’t thank you all enough.

G4Claims has got to be thee BEST…
G4Claims has got to be thee BEST company to deal with,from my inital call made to the call handler( sorry it was either Rhianna or Rhiannon) after my accident on the 19th July 2023,nothing was a problem.The car was picked up for repair with a few days and a courtesy car arranged. My car was returned in around 2 weeks..
Highly Recommened !!!

Amazing Company offering 1st Class Service
From start to finish G4 Claims & their team were amazing. They were so helpful- appointing an individual claim handler, who was on hand with advice, even with the numerous scamners who were forever phoning & keeping me informed throughout. Excellent service & highly recommend. Really appreciate their support & help in turning an awful situation into a positive experience through their care & professionalism throughout. Top accident management company
Seriously this has got to be the best company I have ever had to deal with in a unfortunate situation through my car accident. Totally on the ball from day one 🙌 it's just day 3 and my car is already going to a repair centre, hire car coming tomorrow morning, claiming started on my injuries. The seamless efforts are second to none. A big thanks to Alan the field agent who is a top quality man. Nicola Rudder give him a wage rise and more drones for his work lol 😆

Faultless service
I have used G4 claims several times and referred a few people to which I received the £50 bonus. 💰 Couldn’t fault the service and the girls are all so knowledgable and friendly! They made it all so hassle free and I got a replacement vehicle and no extra cost or hassle. Highly recommend.

My car was hit in car park in Asda, two girls gave me the car which hit me details , I was put in a hire car straight away and my car repaired through the other insurance and everything was free! Brilliant service

Lorry ran into back of my van and…
Lorry ran into back of my van and smashed the full back side of my van. Was given replacement vehicle and my van was fixed and returned. They also dealt with my personal injury claim. All done very quickly and with no fuss great service

2 Non Fault Accidents - great service both times!
Had a claim through G4 claims in 2018 before I started working here in 2019 and then another claim in 2019 when we were going into a lockdown. Both claims that I have put through have went so smoothly with no issues and service was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone in an accident as you are provided with a hire vehicle throughout the duration of the repairs.
