G4 Claims delivered what they said they would with no hassle. Nicole Frame (our contact) was helpful and attentive. Sadly our car was written off but we obtained a good settlement from the third party’s insurers. The whole process took about six weeks but we had a more than adequate courtesy car for the duration. A happy ending to what could have been a difficult time.

Girls at g4 claims were very helpful always kept in touch with updates. Very quick response would definitely recommend

I called g4 following being involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault and the girls were amazing. I dealt with Cherelle and Rhiannon, they kept me right with everything and nothing was ever a problem.
I had a courtesy car delivered the following day which was even higher spec than the car I was driving.
I’m currently still waiting for things to be settled but I can’t fault any of the service I’ve received. I will 100% be recommending them and hopefully won’t have to use them again but if I’m unfortunate enough to be involved in any other kind of accident I would definitely make them my first call.

From the first call to the last, I felt that I was in professional hands. The claims handler was extreamy Professional and helpfull. The curtacy car was of the same size and specifications as my own and not a small hatchback.
G4 even helped me with several physio appointments due to the nature of my accident.

hi there I would just like to thank you so much for everything you've done to help me during the process of getting everything sorted for me after the accident. 1st class service as well. Great turn around from booking my car in and getting it back absolutely perfect.

Dealt with g4 claims a few years ago. Someone crashed into the back of me and gave me their details however they completely ignored my calls and texts. I spoke with g4 and they done everything for me . The only thing I had to do was go to the doctor as I had whiplash. I ended up with £3000 even though the women denied hitting me .

Have used G4 Claims twice and recommended them to all my friends and family. Service is first class, repairs on my car top notch! Such a smooth fast service. Keep doing what your doing :-)
