Alan from my local body shop Springhill recommended using G4 as not at fault claim for damage made to my car.
I contacted G4 and spoke to Lauren who arranged for the garage I selected to carry out the repairs and also arranged a rented vehicle for me to use while this was in for repair. They kept me informed of the progress throughout. They dealt with all the finances therefore I didn’t have to stress. Excellent service from Lauren and the team. thank you ☺️

The local garage that recovered my motorbike recommended using G4 as insurance companies typically take your bike away and write it off even if the damage is minimal.
I contacted G4 and they dealt directly with the 3rd party insurers, got the bike fixed at the garage I wanted and kept me informed of the progress throughout. They dealt with all the finances and recouping of the costs. Excellent service from Lauren and the team.

Katie Houston dealt with my claim straight away - by getting my car booked in to get the damage examined the following day, sorting a hire car out for me, having my car fixed within 3 weeks of starting my claim and sorting my personal injury claim. Dealing with Katie has made the stress of a difficult situation easy. I really cant recommend Katie enough, through every step she was there to explain the process and give me updates on how things were progressing. She really is a credit to G4 Claims, I really couldn’t have done this without her.

I found out about g4when I went into paisley autocare to get a quote for repairs required after a no fault accident.The body shop manager Hugh Miller told me about g4and I decided to let them handle everything.A couple of days later iwas told to take my car to the bodyshop and to collect my courtesy car It was a higher spec than my own car.the repair only took about 4 days and Hugh kept me informed each day. He even sent photos of what they were doing each day.they returned the car in pristine condition.overall i am very happy with the service provided by G4 and paisley autocare

My not at fault claim really was made easy. I called G4 the Monday after my accident and from then on I barely had to do anything as they handled everything for me. And saved me having to pay the excess I would have if I'd went through my insurance. My file handler Nicole frame got me sorted with a hire car the next day and kept me up to date with everything along the way. Even took the time to explain things to me in in simple terms and was always available to answer any questions as I was unsure about certain aspects. Great service and anytime I called whoever answered was always pleasant professional. Would definitely recommend them to friends or family who are in a similar situation as I was.
