G4 Claims were extremely helpful after a recent “not at fault” car accident. I had never been involved in any accidents thankfully, but had no idea how to go about dealing with it. I was recommended by a friend to try G4. The team were excellent from start to finish, organising a local body repair company, helping with injury lawyer referral and keeping me fully updated on the progress of my claim. Lauren was extremely helpful and guided me through the process, nothing was any trouble for her. I would definitely recommend the team at G4, they took the stress out of what was an unfortunate accident, made sure everything was taken care of for me.

Robyn made my experience so quick and easy. The full process was completely stress free and dealt with efficiently. I was provided with a hire car exceptionally quick and i was very satisfied with the turnaround time, extremely happy with the service i received and can’t thank Robyn enough!

Excellent and very efficient service. Lauren handled my claim and was helpful and informative. She quickly arranged for a like for like hire car and for my car to be collected and taken to a garage. G4Claims are top of the league when it comes to customer care. I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. Katie from G4 claims helped guide me through each stage of the claim. She listened to me and gave great advice that supported us. I had a courtesy car the next day which reduced the stress of having no car, due to it being written off. This was a hassle free process and prompt.
The accident happened so fast, I quickly got out the car removed my baby from the wrecked car and got to safety. People came out their homes and cars to help.
I was very lucky as one of the people who came to help was Katie from G4claims who'd happened to be passing by.
I was bewildered and didn't know what to do. This lady advise me what to do and stayed with me for support. She offered to help with my baby as we were both in shock but my baby clung to me. Once the third party and I had exchanged details.
K and her family, helped us empty our car of our belongings and took us home. I am forever grateful for the compassion and support this company has provided.

My experience with G4 claims has been amazing I was so worried after my car had been hit with no fault of my own I got in touch with Katie Houston who was absolutely amazing with me and pointed me in the right direction, The same day I got a phone call from Lauren who was also amazing and again really helped me both girls kept in touch and sorted out my claim , got me a courtesy car booked and delivered to me and had my own car booked in and collected to go to the body shop . I can’t thank these girls enough for all their help as I had no clue where to start as the other vehicle drove away from the scene . Thank you so much for everything you both have done for me 😁 xx
