Ordered a jersey and base layer. According the instructions I needed a 3XL (I normally have XL), the 3XL fitted me perfect.
The base layer was in stock and was shipped immediately, for the jersey I had to wait 2 weeks.
Looks to be good quality.

I have bought 2 jerseys from Nomad nice light material,pockets at the right height,price a lot better than most sites for the quality.

If i could give a negative star rating I would.

Very good, nice cycling clothes. Everything fit and it fully met and exceeded my expectations. Not expensive but high-quality clothes with which I get many compliments :) I had to wait for the order but everything was communicated by email, and was easy tracking of the shipment. I would be happy to choose here again if needed

Do not buy from Nomad Velo.

I ordered two cycling jerseys in size Large, and the sizing was so far off that they wouldn’t even fit my 15-year-old son. These were nowhere close to standard cycling jersey sizing and did not match the expectations set by the website.

What made the experience worse was the customer service. After sharing photos and explaining the issue, I was told I would need to pay return shipping internationally for products that were clearly misrepresented. Their only alternatives were a 5% refund or a discount code toward another purchase — despite the fact that I had completely lost confidence in the brand.

Mistakes happen with products. What matters is how a company handles them. In this case, there was very little effort to make things right or show any concern about customer satisfaction.

Poor product sizing, poor support, and no reasonable resolution. If I could give them 0-stars I would. I won’t order from Nomad Velo again.

Meine letzte gute Bewertung hatte ich geschrieben, weil Nomad-Velo für eine gute Bewertung ein Jersey versprochen hatte.
long-Story-short: kam nie

So wie jeder Support.
Rücksendung war an sich gut gelöst.
Habe ein Gutschein in gleicher Höhe erhalten.
Bei Bestellvorgang und Aufstockung der Bestellung flog der Gutschein aber raus.
Rechnung voll bezahlt.

Bis Freitag läuft eine Frist, sonst gehts zum Verbraucherschutz.

Sachen sind sonst gar net so schlecht. Eher fast gut bei dem Preis.

Ordered 14 days ago, no follow up whatsoever from Nomad Velo. They're going to respond here and make up corporate lingo saying either it's shipped or they can't do anything since it's shipped out or something....

Rellay should've not bought a cycling jersey. It seems i'll never receive it.

Die Trikots sehen super aus, sehr cooles Design. Auch die Qualität passt. Der Preis ist dafür natürlich top.Einzig die Lieferung ist etwas langsam, aber das fand ich nicht so schlimm.

Ordered 28th April, nothing happened for weeks, finally received my item 3 weeks later after being asked to be patient by the customer care team who refused to refund me. When the jersey arrived (Men’s size L) it is tiny and wouldn’t fit a child. AVOID - do not bother, any saving you think you’re making over ordering from a more reputable brand, it’s not worth it!

State lontano, non arriva niente e non ti rimborsano,pessimo.

Google forms entered an incorrect shipping address. I asked the support to change it before shipping. They confirmed and did nothing. Package was sent back to original sender and no help from customer service.

SCAM SITE DO NOT ORDER!
Money taken of the account, order placed 4 weeks ago, status still awaiting shipment. Customer service non existent. They say that they are working on it but do not provide any dates. Also they are refusing to refund.

Ware kam an, allerdings erst nach 6 Wochen. Ein Trikot entsprach nicht der Farbe wie auf der Homepage, darauf angesprochen wurde ich hingewiesen, dass ich es zurückschicken kann muss aber die Kosten selber tragen (50€). Habe ewig hin- und herdiskutiert bis wir uns auf 15% Erstattung einigen konnten. Einmal und nie wieder!!

STAY AWAY!!! Just another Chinese scam page. They are pushing spring and summer collections, but can't deliver. They have shipped 1 out of 3 items, but have withdrawn the full order amount from my credit card.

9 days ago I ordered two items
When I track my order it still awaits shipment. This is too slow

Same-day delivery was promised on the website. It’s now been 13 days, and the package is still in China. My refund request is being completely ignored. Very poor service and zero respect for customers.

This is a total Scam. I ordered 2 items and have received nothing. I keep emailing and they reply saying they will check into it but nothing happens. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ..

I ordered 3 product on 21st of October and did not receive them. The order status is still "Ordered" and the answers form their customer services are inconclusive.
I asked for refund, but nothing happen.
Stay away - possible scam!
