Very disappointing experience with Nomad Vélo. I ordered two jerseys at the same time, but only one shipped initially but arrived 2 weeks later. The second jersey did not ship until about two weeks later, and only after I contacted them asking where it was.

The quality is also poor with cheap fabric. I had already reached out about needing a different size before the second jersey shipped, but they still sent the same wrong size anyway. Their responses were vague and repetitive, saying they would “look into it,” but they never provided a real solution. Instead of offering a return label, exchange, or refund, they offered me a 50% discount code to buy another item from them — meaning I would have to spend more money to fix their mistake.

After I pushed back and asked for a proper return, exchange, and partial refund, they stopped responding for days.

The customer service, shipping process, and warehouse organization were extremely poor in my experience. I would not order from Nomad Vélo again and would recommend other cyclists look elsewhere.

When the clothing eventually arrived it was ok quality wise but does look good with very good designs .The sizing is very poor and I would recommend going up two sizes. It did take over 4 weeks for the order to arrive which wasn’t ideal and when I contacted them they requested that I be patient and they are dealing with my request . I hope that they can manage to correct and speed up the delivery process because this will help in the long term.

Takes a while to arrive but when it does the quality is really good fits very well, definitely worth the wait

A nice cycling jersey which feels good en fine manufactered. Just had to send an email because the shippment was like “on hold”…. Once done that , it was deliverd in one week.
Very nice designs 👌💖🚴🏻‍♂️

Bought some bib shorts and was very pleased with the comfort and fit.

I was seeing a lot of advertising for nomad Velo, so I figured I’d give it a try why not it looked good. So I ordered a jersey and a base layer. Then I got a discount code for 25% off another jersey so I ordered another jersey. This was all on the same day. It took about three weeks to get the first jersey and I only received one of the three pieces which I thought was weird because I ordered them all on the same day but in hindsight, it worked out very well because I ordered the wrong size which was my mistake so I quickly sent an email because the other two items haven’t been sent out yet and they got it rectified before they send it out. Very happy with the Customer service and the jersey and the base layer that I have received are fantastic. I’m 6’4 and 235 pounds so for the jersey I need a 3X. So at the end of the day, I’m really happy I will be making future purchases from nomad Velo. It’s very nice kit! Thanks Shane

Ich hatte ein Trikot bestellt und war mir eben aufgrund der Bewertungen nicht sicher.
Somit habe ich dann die Lieferung Online verweigert. Das war am 11.04.2026.
das Paket geht also zurück an die Firma.
Ich habe bis heute mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten.
Auch der Konflikt über PayPal hat nichts gebracht, dass dort so lange über falsche Fakten diskutiert wird, das der Fall nun geschlossen ist!

Very happy with my Nomad Velo jersey. Excellent value for money and I think the designs are great.

I’d suggest going two sizes larger than your normal fit. The quality of the jersey is good with a very comfortable fit.

Customer service was good. They sent out a larger size with no quibbles. Don’t order if you expect next day delivery, but worth the wait.

la merce è arrivata dopo un mese, le aspettative erano molto basse perchè c’erano stati dei problemi con la spedizione e il pacco non arrivava più, ma devo ricredermi sul prodotto che è ottimo. I ragazzi di nomad velo sono stati disponibilissimi via mail nonostante io sia stato insistente, ma ne è valsa
la pena aspettare perchè il prodotto è super figo.

Happy with my jersey. 4 x 60-70 km rides and it has done the job. Fits well and with the easily available discounts, it was great value.

Placed the order and it took close to
4 weeks for the products to arrive(Australia).
Within the first week of ordering I wanted to change the sizing to XL from the original L orders.
I got some AI generated customer service with no real answer and no solution which is really poor.
It's important to have actual people to help and not bots.
The fabrics themselves are not bad but the sizing is not overly accurate.
Considering how long it took to receive and the service in between I chose not to return as i feel it would not be a simple process so I gave my jersey to my skinnier friends.
The marketing is very good but you get what you pay for and a little less from my experience.
I hope they sort themselves out.

Complete scam. Automated emails when you try and ask a question. Waited 5 weeks weeks and the order and never received anything

Very disappointed take 1 month to arrive and very poor quality (same things like Amazon)
Don’t waisted your money

I came across Nomad Velo while shopping for some of the more established, higher-priced cycling brands. The prices were considerably lower than many of the alternatives I was looking at, so I decided to give them a try, although I have to admit my expectations weren’t particularly high. I ordered both a jersey and a pair of bib shorts.

My first impression wasn’t entirely positive. Only the jersey shipped initially, and with the polished marketing and pricing, I was slightly concerned that it might turn out to be a dropshipping operation. The jersey arrived within about a week, but there was still no sign of the bib shorts.

At that point I contacted customer service and, given my concerns, wasn’t expecting much. However, this is where Nomad Velo really impressed me. I received a reply the same day, the issue was resolved quickly, and the bib shorts were dispatched the following day. They arrived within the week.

As for the products themselves, both items were better than expected, particularly the jersey. The fit, comfort and overall quality compare favourably with kit in the same cost bracket. While I wouldn’t put them quite in the absolute top tier alongside the most premium cycling brands, they’re much closer than the price would suggest.

Overall, Nomad Velo exceeded my expectations. The products offer good value for money, especially the jersey, and the customer service was surprisingly good when an issue arose. Not perfect, but a solid experience and a brand I’d happily consider buying from again.
