Ordered my summer and winter road base layers from Nomad and I was little unsure what to expect as it was a first order. I'll be shopping there again. In particular the summer base over the last heatwave - good fit (you'll be a size larger than you would expect, but look at the fit chart, its accurate), well constructed, comfy, and wicks exactly as required. The long sleeve base is also comfortable and fits well. Delivery isn't the fastest, but it's coming from Hong Kong, so set your expectations accordingly and it will be along when you expect. Overall, good quality, excellent price. Really, what more do you want?

Die Trikots und Shorts sind top. Preislich halb so teuer wie Gobik oder Castelli aber sowohl vom Design als auch von der Qualität absolut vergleichbar. Die Lieferzeit nach Deutschland beträgt ca. 3 Wochen, aber es ist es wert darauf zu warten. Bei der Größe 1-2 Nummern größer wählen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen ist prompt, konstruktiv und sehr höflich. Ich kann Nomad Velo uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Må erkende at jeg var meget skeptisk i starten. Var gået 1 str. op ift. normal. Bibs passer men jersey`n er til den lille side. Men det dukkede op og er fint til prisen

I received my white bib shorts recently and love them, from the comfortable chamois pad and the smooth finished fabric. I ordered a large, 190cm tall and weigh 85kg, which was a perfect race fit for me. I ordered the white, rather than black, shorts to be cooling in the summer sun, perfect for my forthcoming cycling holiday in France.

De materialen zijn van goede kwaliteit en zeer gunstig geprijsd. De helpdesk reageert echter traag en de leveringen duren soms lang

I have several items of cycling clothing from Nomad Velo and rate them very highly . The items look great and wash very well too

Ho fatto un ordine di 4 articoli, 2 mi sono arrivati dopo 11 giorni, 1 non mi è ancora arrivato, 1 è ancora in fase di preparazione dopo 13 giorni dall'ordine. I 2 arrivati sono troppo piccoli per la taglia selezionata, prendete 1 o 2 taglie più grandi di quelle che comprate di solito. Pessima esperienza.... Ho avviato la richiesta di reso per tutti gli articoli, e annullamento di quello non spedito.

Horrendous company , do not give refund even though order wasn't processed. 9 days later order still not processed, replied with emails but fob you off. AVOID!!!!!

I purchased the bib shorts in cargo style; definitely size up and I was happy that NV sent me a larger size than I originally ordered based on their sizing chart. The quality is excellent but the reason I won’t order again is the pad doesn’t go far enough to the back. Both pairs were like this. It’s weird because the actual size of the pad is the same as my Ekoï bibs and they don’t do this. You can still use them, but until Nomad redesigns the pad placement I can’t recommend. Service is 10/10; quality is 9/10; can’t evaluate longevity.

Ordered 4 items, only 1 was shipped. Item arrived and sizing is very small compared to website. Then have to jump through hoops to arrange a return. Messaged multiple times regarding cancelling the remaining 3 items and issuing a refund only to be ignored.

I have ordered my jersey and bibs in April. It is July now and I still have not received products which I paid for. Customer service is supposedly “looking into to the issue” but they did not provide me any specific information about where is the order or when (and if) it will be delivered. I have asked to refund my money but they refused even though it has been already 3 months since I made an order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

So far so good. Bought one jersey and bib .. keep adding more as the quality / price value is great. Looks and feel good. Run a bit smaller but ordering 1 or 2 size up it's ok.

Rücksendungen auf eigene Kosten nach China. Ansonsten bekommt man einen gutscheincode über den Wert des items. Der Code funktioniert nicht. Auf die restlichen Produkte warte ich nun seit fast 4 Wochen. Absolut intransparent.

Good products received. However the customer service wasnt the best as asked for the sizes to be changed 11days before dispatch and still received the wrong size!

Makkelijk besteld een koersbroek en meerdere tshirts. Zeer snel geleverd. Geen klagen over de kwaliteit. Algemeen dus zeer tevreden!

Die Qualität der Ware ist in Anbetracht der sehr guten Preise wirklich gut. Die Abwicklung eines Umtausches wurde unkompliziert und großzügig gemacht. Bei der Lieferzeit sollte man etwas Geduld mitbringen. Wenigstens 4 Wochen sind die Regel

Not a great experience, the jersey I ordered took about a month to arrive, the jersey was of good quality and I like the design, but despite me checking the size guide before ordering, the jersey was too small for me.
I contacted Nomad velo, they responded quickly to give me three options in terms of next steps, I chose to keep the jersey (sold it on Vinted) and was sent a discount for my next purchase.

If this is too long to read I’m sorry but it’s just my honest take.

As someone who rides at least 4 times a week, I never had the desire to splurge on a brand new kit. I often was getting jerseys thrifted for like $5-$10 (one time I found a rapha jersey) and maybe one bib that was brand new. I decided to treat myself ordered a large mens jersey and a medium bib and honestly was like a kid waiting to get his Christmas gifts.

At first everything fit snug and I questioned if I ordered to small and maybe I should’ve sized up. Long story short everything fits pretty perfect. The jersey made me feel extremely aero. But my small small small issue of the jersey is where the zipper ends around the neck, I had one ride where it was just irritating the area. But literally it’s not a deal breaker at all.

The chamois on the bib is super thicc and comfy! Comparing it decathlon one I used to use it’s 10/10 times better. With the bib I usually go large but my issue with L bibs is the sleeves end up past my knees. I have a problem, big thighs, short legs. The first time I tried it on I tried putting it in like a regular pair of shorts but I ended up ripping a small small hole on one of the seams. Also, not a deal breaker. The hole couldn’t even fit 4 grains of rice.

Anyways! When it came to delivery it took like 2 weeks? Not insanely long.

My next kit will most likely be from here again I’m not gonna lie. Reason being, it’s affordable, several designs to choose from, and overall in my opinion a real great option for anyone looking to look good while riding.

Now my only issue is that I never ordered socks but that’s on me 🤣

I placed an order with Nomad Vélo on 28 May, and weeks later my order had still not been dispatched.

What has been most disappointing isn’t just the delay, but the complete lack of transparency and customer service. Every time I contacted the company, I received virtually identical template responses stating that my case had been forwarded to another team and was “under review.” At no point was I given a genuine explanation for the delay, an estimated dispatch date, or any meaningful update.

After waiting for an unreasonable length of time, I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. This was refused on the basis that the order was supposedly in their fulfilment process, despite the company being unable to confirm when—or even if—the order would actually be dispatched.

As a customer, it is incredibly frustrating to have your money taken immediately while receiving no product, no timeline, and no resolution. The repeated generic responses only added to the frustration and gave me little confidence that the issue was being actively addressed.

As a result, I have had to escalate the matter to my credit card provider to recover my money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Nomad Vélo until they significantly improve their fulfilment process, communication, and approach to resolving customer issues.

I ordered a Jersey and immediately tried to cancel the order but they would not respond. I am now trying to return the jersey and they still won't respond. Do not purchase from this company unless you are absolutely certain that you won't need to return the item or receive any level of customer support!
