I ordered a Jersey and immediately tried to cancel the order but they would not respond. I am now trying to return the jersey and they still won't respond. Do not purchase from this company unless you are absolutely certain that you won't need to return the item or receive any level of customer support!

I've ordered two of the aero jerseys and a pair of the carbo bib shorts and for the price, its as good a value as you'll find in cycling kit. Did a 100km ride in the bib this past weekend and it still felt fresh after 3 hours and the straps are really wide and supportive. Areo jersey fits great as well. I'm 193cm and 80kg and the size L is spot on for reference.

I recently ordered 2 Nomad Velo jerseys. I love them. They are available in beautiful colors that really pop. The pricing and fit are great. Quality at an affordable price. I've since ordered more to add to my collection.

Trotz der vielen negativen Bewertungen muss ich sagen, dass ich mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden bin. Das Trikot ist einwandfrei verarbeitet und entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Mit fehlt noch ein Reisverschluss am Trikot, aber für den Preis ist das in Ordung

Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Größe: Die Trikots fallen deutlich kleiner aus. Normalerweise trage ich Größe M, diese hat mir jedoch überhaupt nicht gepasst. Der Umtausch verlief allerdings problemlos und der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Man sollte lediglich etwas Geduld mitbringen, da die Trikots aus Hongkong versendet werden und die Lieferung daher etwas länger dauern kann.

Levering wel wat traag, maar dit zou tijdelijk zijn i.v.m de drukte.

Great Service! delivery was little late but quality was ok!

Found Nomad Velo website on FaceBook and was impressed with their huge selection of Cycling Jerseys so I Ordered Fux Fractal Aero Cycling Jersey - Fux Fractal Jersey Nomad Velo. Delivery was a bit slow. My size Jersey is Size M height 172cm weight 69Kgs was perfect firm fit. Material is of good quality and is great for riding in summer weather here in Australia.

Compré un maillot tailla S mujer, encaja perfecto y la calidad precio no puede ser mejor. Sin duda, volveré a comprar y lo recomiendo a todo el mundo, sobre todo aquellos que buscais calidad sin pagar demasiado.

So far the kit has been great. Bib shorts are a good fit and the size guide is pretty spot on for Australian sizing. Chamois is good quality and seems to work well on longer rides.
The real stars though have been the long sleeved undershirts - warm, snug fit (important in an undershirt) but still lightweight.
As a cycle commuter and a keen weekend warrior, I am pretty tough on kit and tend to wear each set once to twice a week for as long as it stays in shape.

My only less than great experience has been the delivery time which took longer than other companies I have dealt with.

The designs are really smart. However, the delivery times and customer service is appalling. It took nearly a month for the order to arrive and I had no communication from them when requesting updates. The material on the bib shorts are weird and makes a squeak when pedalling. This also send a strange vibration sensation through the legs. The sizing is also off, I am a large with every other manufacturer but these are very small on comparison. When I tried to return my two bib shorts for a larger size, they simply refused and said that I got the size I ordered! I now have two useless bib shorts I need to try and sell.

Would not recommend this company. Shame really as the designs are really nice.

Da tempo seguivo diverse marche di abbigliamento da ciclismo e, come capiterà per tutti, non sapevo se fidarmi. Ho acquistato un completo salopette e maglia. É andata bene, anzi molto bene. I materiali sono ottimi come anche il design...Il fondello della salopette molto consistente per le lunghe uscite. Le colorazioni vintage di stile.

Ich habe mir ein Trikot bestellt und bin mit der Qualität und dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden, die Lieferung hat leider etwas lange gedauert aber da kann ich darüber hinweg sehen.

Ordered a jersey and it took a few weeks to arrive, so had to reach out to customer services who did respond but not as quickly as one would have liked.i eventually received my jersey which was of decent quality for the money. I would maybe advise going up a size as the sizing comes up very snug, I am normally medium to large and the large was tight and just about got away with it!

Absolutely shocking - this company should not be operating in the UK. I still have not received any evidence that items ordered over a month ago have been shipped. The ‘customer service’ is a joke - just AI generated rubbish. I suspect this company is a scam and I’m sure a lot of people just walk away and cut their losses. This is the first time I’ve ever had to submit a chargeback request through my bank, thankfully this was easy to do and I hope it will be processed soon.

Fantastic material used in the clothing. Not too sure about delivery times or communication with Japan management however the wait was worth it. Sizing for US customers is questionable. I am 6 ft with 44 inch chest and normally take XL or 2XL. Here with Nomad I need 4XL although 3XL is a squeeze.
