Cy is the GUY! Great customer service, email presence. He quickly unraveled a confusing (for me) subscription duplication, one of which it turns out had not been activated. My wife and I had each, unbeknownst to the other, initiated our account subscription after receiving a frame as a gift. All's well now.

My frame had stopped working
My frame had stopped working, and I figured I’d be stuck going back and forth for days but their team responded almost immediately. Not just a generic reply either, an actual helpful response from someone who clearly understood the issue.
They walked me through everything quickly and made the replacement process incredibly easy. No hassle, no runaround, no “we’ll get back to you in 3–5 business days” nonsense. It honestly felt like they cared more about fixing the problem than just closing a ticket.
Customer service like this is rare lately, and it definitely made me feel good about choosing them in the first place. Really impressed.

ich bin seit über 8 Jahren Kunde bei Nixplay, betreibe seither mehr als 8 Fotorahmen und kann diesen Rahmen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Support ist SPITZE und die Qualität ist sehr gut.
Decent frames, dreadful company and awful business model
I bought two of these frames as they appered solid, well made and had the ability to add large numbers of pictures.
The set up was not trouble free, and I ended up having to add them to a seperate unencrypted wifi, The whole thing felt far from simple and took longer than I expected. However once done, it seemed fairly stable and worked as expected. However the recent change to a subscription model means that these frames now only show a fraction of the pictures and adding extra is impossible as the only way to add pictures is via their app (No USB or MicroSD slot)
This feels like a bait & switch and a very poor business model..I cannot recommend these frames and feel frustrated and annoyed.

My experience was fantastic! Maris was a lifesaver-helped me work thru a few problems and set things up with the frame. Very, very knowledgeable, friendly and patient! So appreciative of all the help. 10++++++ rating!
I LOVE my Nixplay frame
I LOVE my Nixplay frame. It's so exciting to see new pictures of my kids and grands pop up all the time. I've only had 1 small issue over the past 6 years and customer services was easy to talk to and fixed it immediately. Grandparents, get this Frame!
Customer Service set me right
I had stupidly forgotten that I had a remote to control frame functions and my frame wasn't updating. Maris with Customer Service set me right and I'm enjoying my newly uploaded photos.

Great experience with Nixplay customer support. I had trouble accessing my account, but Maris from the support team responded quickly and guided me through the recovery process clearly and professionally.
Everything is now working again, and I was able to reset my password without any issues.
