Excellent Customer Service. …

I have had my Nixplay photo frame for several years now and had no problems at all. It is a great way to display photos that would normally be taken and forgotten and for family and friends to share photos by sending them straight to each others frames.
So I was interested to try their customer service when I had a slight problem to fix.
It was so easy to send a message and I was delighted at the promptness of the reply I received from Nixplay’s representative Joe. He set out clearly all the options I could use to solve my problem. In no time at all my frame was fully operational.
I would highly recommend Nixplay frames and their excellent customer service.

Great customer services from Nixplay

Was dealt with Cy over a duplicate payment issue and it was sorted out so easily. No dramas and just a good case of good customer service from Cy who is a credit to Nixplay. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with them in recent years and every time it might take a bit of time for a reply but when things get moving I am always left impressed. Thanks Cy :-)

I was unable log on to the Nixplay app…

I was unable log on to the Nixplay app either on my Android or laptop. After exhausting a number of conventional "fixes" I reached out to Nixplay. Martin responded in less than 24 hours with a friendly, clear solution that fixed the problem. Issue resolved.

Maris and Nixplay

Maris, a Nixplay technical support person deserves a 5 star rating. She solved my technical problem with my pictures. Nixplay itself deserves a 1 or 2 star rating. Nixplay provides no way to talk to anyone on the phone. My emails and chats were NEVER responded to when I said I needed to cancel my subscription. Chat would chat and then when I said I needed to cancel my subscription they would stop responding completely. I waited over 10 minutes for a response and it never came! I tried chatting twice to cancel my subscription that had auto renewed. I tried email. I got no response. I thought I was going to have to involve the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Then I realized I had an email contact for Maris in technical support. She was the only way I got my subscription cancelled.

Lovely gift

My daughters gifted me a Nixplay frame one Christmas and I’ve enjoyed seeing the carousel of memories. I’ve had to email their support team a couple of times and JD always get back to me quickly and solves any issues. Recommended!

I was unable to reset my password

I was unable to reset my password, I emailed support and received an email back from Joe asking what he could help me with. I explained my problem and Joe was able to assist me in being able to change my password and regain access to my account. Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind, I couldn’t be happier with the help I received and the timely manner in which it was given! Thank you Joe!!

Our Nixplay Frame was "Full"

We were not able to view any new photos and got a message that the frame was full when we tried. I didn't know how to delete photos. So I contacted the company and several e-mails with Joe and Par, I was finally able to delete excess photos, look at favorite older ones, and add new. It was a relief to get their advice as I was clueless. Thank you Joe and Par! Mary B.

I was having issues getting my NixPlay…

I was having issues getting my NixPlay set up in our new home when we moved. I sent an email to Customer Service at NixPlay and received a response after just two days from a person named Lou.

He gave me all the instructions I needed and my unit is now fixed and working wonderful

I really appreciated the help that I got and how quickly I got it.

So my Nix play was bought by My husband…

So my Nix play was bought by My husband as a gift! I take alot of photos ! Do bought alot of memory so it would hold the most photos !
Barley any photos show on screen of my family! And this company has locked very important pictures of my family!! My Deceased Mother… and other family members:( pictures of my Grand Kids Newborn!! Just Very Special photos !! This is unacceptable that this company felt they have the right to take away something I already paid for!! Its sick!! They have Stolen from me!!! Not only what I paid for but Memories that are irreplaceable and for that Im just heart sick and Im looking to actions! I will not STOP untill this is somehow corrected !! as I’m sure there’s many others that are very unhappy and going through the same!
