Knocked out of the park!
I was having difficulty uploading new photos from my iphone. After contacting Nixplay, JD was assigned to my case. After a few email exchanges, JD sent a step by step tutorial that worked. He knocked it out of the park. Kudos to JD and the support team at Nixplay.

Fantastic product but even more amazing was the support I received - no AI bot giving platitudes - clear concise instructions on how to reset and update my frame - thank you Joe 🙏

Poor and unresponsive support
I am genuinely shocked at the positive reviews about Nixplay. I like the frame and have had it for about 3 years. I paid for the premium subscription for $29 when they started the paid program. I received some confusing messages when the year ran out and they claimed that my credit card didn’t work to resubscribe so they’ve cancelled my account, but I can reactivate my account for $39/ year. I have reached out to the company 6 times now for support since their first message and I get zero response. I reached out also through LinkedIn and even went as far to copy the CEO! Still no reply. I think this was a scammy way to increase their price without transparency. They give the impression they do not care about their customers at all. I would never recommend them.
