Amazing after sales care
This is the first time I have had to deal with Nixplay with an after sales issue.
We have a photoframe that used to belonged to my mother, who has since passed away. We were looking to perform a factory reset and sell the frame.
The problem is it was logged in with my mothers details, and still had photos she wanted on it, and the login details I had, where no longer recognised as being valid, this is where I emailed my issue, and was lucky enough to receive a reply from Martin, one of the customer care team.
The professionalism, apathy, genuine care and ability to help out shone through.
I had multiple emails back and forth with Martin, who was able to help and carry out exactly what I was hoping, without jumping through hoops or being passed between multiple people or departments.
I cannot say enough how grateful I am, and believe this type of after care is rare these days.

Troubleshooting our Lola frame.
I purchased a Lola for a family member who recently passed away. I contacted Nixplay customer service for assistance in reprogramming our Lola since we could not access the previous account. Lou with Nixplay customer service was extremely helpful and got our Lola back up and running. Lou even followed up with me after our initial communication to ensure our Lola was working properly. We LOVE our original Nixplay and can continue loving our Lola. Lou was wonerful!

Support Is Quick and Thorough!
I've been a Nixplay customer for ten or so years. Up until a couple of days ago I never had any issue with any of my devices. But when the screen locked (first time ever) I contacted support and received a clear email from Maris in their support department on how to correct the issue. That fix took no more than two minutes, but I also had some follow up questions about the frame settings and options I had not explored before. So over the course of a couple of days I had an email exchange with Maris and every time I sent off a question, I quickly heard back from Maris. So over my ten plus years I'm quite pleased with my Nixplay frame and now having had an interaction with customer support I'm equally pleased!

I had to contact Nixplay support…
I had to contact Nixplay support regarding my late father’s photo frame and account, and I honestly could not have asked for a kinder or more compassionate support experience.
Par from technical support responded incredibly quickly, helped unpair the frame from the old account, clearly explained everything, and treated the situation with genuine empathy and care throughout the process.
The only challenge we ran into was that once an account is permanently deleted, shared albums/photos can’t easily be copied into another family member’s permanent library for preservation. I do think a future “family archive” or transfer feature would be incredibly valuable for situations like this.
That said, the support itself was outstanding, thoughtful, and deeply appreciated during an emotional process. Thank you again, Par.

Par was a great help to me regarding unlocking my account. Even though I had to wait for an email, once communication started the response was fast. My issue was resolved quickly. I’m happy to be using my Nixplay app again and loading my pics!My whole family enjoys my Nixplay when they visit, especially my grandchildren who happily watch it like a device screen. Ha ha
