We had an amazing trip to Abu Simbel, but, we had a problem arriving to the point of meeting. First of all, we booked the trip from Asuan, they didn’y told us that the point of meeting was outside Elephantine Island (where we were sleeping) and we had the option of point of meeting in that Island so is completely a lie.
We had a horrible experience looking more than 40 minutes the point of meeting and nobody wanted to help. I just thank the driver because was so emphatic and he waited for us, but the tour operator only making excuses and saying we were late because we wanted.

I worked with Elarya of NiceTours and she was very responsive, although one won't the cruise name till the last minute. Egypt is a great place to visit and has amazing historic sites and one can cover it via a river cruise from Aswan to Luxor.
Elarya organized Nile Marquise, which was a good cruise with above average food and entertainment.
stayed here for two nights. However, paying more for the delux River Cruise is a scam. There is NO upgrade as such for the room or any of the services one receives. Stay with basic. 3-4 day river cruise is plenty, which covers Abu Simbel also. Our Luxor guide Ahmed Anwar was the best.

Un grand merci a Nice tours pour cette magnifique croisière et en particulier a Zeynab qui a été extra!! Très attentive, prévenante, qui m a suivi tout le long de la croisière pour répondre à mes questions et s enquérir de mes visites. En bref, Zeynab est au top!
La croisière est très bien organisée, on visite des sites magnifiques, on mange très bien, le staff est au petit soin, la cabine est super et confortable.
J' ai passé 5 jours magiques!! Je conseille vivement cette expérience.

She is very attentive, accommodating, friendly and smart. I appreciate how she stayed with me (virtually) during the entire activity until I was dropped off to my hotel. The transportation was organized very well, and I liked the idea of Quad Biking in sunset. 🌅 It was so nice and relaxing. Thank you for our hardworking Zeinab who organized everything. Also, for Monde, who taught me how to ride and operate the quad bike, omg! Thank you very much for your effort and patience. You didn’t stopped until I can drive on my own. Thank you for teaching me well. It was a first time experience for me, but the activity ended like I was a professional one. 😂 Monde was very nice, friendly, and accommodating as well!

Lastly, to Merna, thank you for patiently waiting for me to provide the details you needed for the West and East Banks tour. I really appreciate how you answered my questions very detailed. You are funny as well, especially when you send me those GIFs. Merna is very friendly too! Also, our tour guide, Ahmed Ali, thanks for the detailed temple tour.

Overall, the tours were organized; transportation was provided accordingly; time was maximized; and most importantly, it’s worth every single penny.
Also, thank you for the free solo felucca ride. 🥰 It was so relaxing, and refreshing after a long day.. Thank you Nice Tours. I hope you cherish, treasure, and commend your employees. 🤗 They are really a gem 💎 in your business. J'ai beaucoup aimé ce voyage. C'était amusant de faire du chameau à côté des pyramides. C'est vraiment incroyable. La communication était très bonne avec l'entreprise via Marina. C'est une fille vraiment sympa.

We had a 3 days-2 nights nile cruise trip from Aswan to Luxor. It was very interesting and comfortable. There were many programs in the package we enjoyed very much. For example hot air ballon in Luxor and it was amazing, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Abu Simbel. The communication with Nice Tours was perfect. My communication assistant Marina Melad was very kind and helpful. We could speak always on WhatsApp that she was available all the time thanks nice tours I strongly recommend this trip

We booked a West and East Bank private tour with hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings. It was a super great and absolutely eventful day.
We had excellent care from Sandra from Nice Tours. Together with her team Samir and George she made the day unforgettable for us.
Our private guide Samir gave us a lot of background information about all the temples, the country and the people - just great. George our driver was very, very attentive and always there when we needed to move on. We never waited. Sandra, Samir and George are a super team and can really be recommended.
Thank you very much for this eventful day and the great care.

Nous avons effectué l'excursion Louxor Visite privée des rives Ouest et Est et montgolfière organisée par Nicetours.
Une incroyable journée très riche en émotions ! L'organisation était parfaite. Sandra de Nicetours nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires et a même pris des nouvelles à 5 heures du matin pour savoir si nous étions bien dans le bus ! Nous avons fait plusieurs autres tours en Egypte et c'est bien le seul tour où l'organisation était si bien. Concernant la journée elle même c'était vraiment super. Le guide parlant français était un vrai égyptologue passionné qui nous a donné de tres riches informations et a pris grand soin de nous pour que nous profitions au mieux. Nous avons été les premiers de la journée sur un temple c'était fantastique. La montgolfière était grandiose même si un peu touristique,nous étions trop nombreux dessus. Nous avons visité dans la journée tous les principaux monuments de la ville et ça vous le coup.

Very good experience. Nile cruise is wonderful. Also the hot balloon was amazing. The tour was well organised, they picked up super on time from the hotel in Luxor and took us to the hotel in Aswan. Arwa, our point of contact, was really kind, available and helpful. Very good value for price. Really suggested

Going to Egypt privately, without a travel agency, I was looking for a one night Nile Cruise, i.e. to be in Luxor the next evening after moving from Aswan with the visits to Kom Ombo and Edfu temples included in the programme. It is really not easy to find such a short cruise, because all travel agences or travel sites, such as a Tripadvisor, offer the minimum the 3-day cruises. So, this offer, found in Nice Tours, was tailored exactly to my needs (1 night/2 days). The organization was very good, we were picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel, as well as to the boat in Aswan by the agency’s people. Additionally, I was constantly in touch (via whatsapp) with Sandra from Nice Tours, the office maneger who asked if everything was ok and helped in case of any problems. It was really nice especially that my contact with her was limited to the whatsapp messages, and we have never seen each other. The payment for the cruise was done after picking us up from the airport directly to the driver who worked with Sandra (only 10% was paid in advance with paypal). I was a little afraid of such a payment form, but there were no problems and no one cheated on us. Full professionalism and good contact with Sandra, who cares about the customer and hires reliable people (drivers, guides).
My collaboration with Nice Torus was so good, that the day after arriving to Luxor I took a Nice Tour driver to take us for a few hour trip to the Western Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings and other attractions. Of course, the car can also be arranged in the city. There are plenty of drivers offering such a service. The Nice Tours offer was however very good (fair price, good car with A/C, and always nice and polite drivers) so it was really worth it. Good recommendation for the company and the menager Sandra!

I was on 2-nghts/3 days Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Nicetours helped include into the program just those places I was most interested in, including a very impressive additional trip to Abu Simbel from Aswan.
A representative Arwa was on contact almost constantly via whatsapp and phone. Some problems with transportation/route parts joints, when appeared, were solved quickly.
Staying on cruise ship itself was a very pleasant and important part of the tour and left very good memories. And of course the picturesque ancient temples visited in the cruise will be remembered for long. To me it was undoubtfully positive experience.

This is a terrible agency.
I have booked a 1 day tour from Sharm to Cairo. The Visa was not included in the package, so we had to go to the airport and do one. A day and a half from the pick up I have no news on pickup, flight schedule, nothing.. i write to the contact center to ask for info and they tell me I have to cancel the tour as there are no flights that fit their schedule (I have to cancel? Not them). So basically I have no way to make my tour, I’ve spent 2h and 28€ each to do the VISA for Cairo.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
Just incredibly terrible.

I can’t understand how GetYourGuide can accept this.
Waiting to see what happens with the refund (total money for 4 pax 1.120€).. let’s see

Comunque vi aggiornerò quando riceverò rimborso ….
