Great end to a very busy one day tour to Luxor from Cairo. The director of hospitality Tony Androw was very nice and is interested in getting people a better travel experience.

Adam was a friendly guide throughout, walking us through the main attractions in Luxor. He was quite knowledgeable, being able to answer any questions we asked, while adding some humor to his explanations. I also liked how he and the driver were very efficient with the transit and admissions. However, if I have one concern, he frequently entered personal space, such as talking very closely to us and making body contact.

Gezide rehber Marwa ile beraberdik çok iyi bir deneyimdi diyemem ilk durağımızda bize eşlik edip açıklamadı ancak bunu beklediğimizi söylediğimizde bize eşlik etti ve anlatmaya başladı. Ardından Arapça da açıklamasını istediğimizde yardimcı oldu ancak tur boyunca bir gerginlik ve keyifsizlik hakimdi. Yemek dahil olan programda içeceklerin dahil olmadığı söylenmedi ve fiyatının neredeyse 3 katı bize ödetildi. Bunu biliyor olmamız beklendi ve özür dahi dilenmedi. Kendisinin de bizim de pek keyif almadığı bir deneyim oldu maalesef şimdi de iyi yorum yapmamız için bize ikramda bulunarak iyi yorum yapmamız bekleniyor. Biz de iyi yorumlara bakıp geldiğimiz için aldatıcı olmak istemem.

初めてのエジプト旅行でしたが、とても安心して満喫できました。まずクルーズが素晴らしい。料理もサービスも最高でした。またそれぞれ遺跡をめぐるガイドも分かりやすかったです。エジプトを知りたいという願望を十分満たしてくれました。また最後にツアーで疲れた体を休める場所まで提供してくださり、ルクソール近辺を散策することまでできました。丁寧な対応をしてくれたtonyにも感謝です。エジプトに来られる皆さんにお勧めしたいです。

Avoid Nice Tours. Poor execution of our trip of a lifetime.

We arranged this tour a few months back from home in Canada. Nice Tours is completely disorganized with everything being thrown together last minute. There are minimal details provided, which is very frustrating. The guides they hire are arranged last minute. Many of the guides told me that Nice Tours is difficult to work with. They hired a driver that was dangerous on our day trip to Alexandria.

We had a great time on our trip, but not because of Nice Tours. It was because the sites in Egypt are simply spectacular. The hot air balloon ride was incredible and definitely a highlight.

The cruise was ok, but I'm not sure if it was deluxe or standard? There is a big price difference for a luxury cruise and you can see the differences when you walk through the lobbies of the different ships. The food on the Nile Palace (aka Florence) was delicious and the staff were kind. I felt bad that they had to deal with the complications caused by Nice Tours, because the boat staff got the brunt of the complaints even though it wasn't their fault.

EVERY tourist we met on our adventures were equally as frustrated with Nice Tours, not just us. Everyone couldn't believe how well reviewed they are. It was VERY frustrating dealing with them at every step.

They book the flights only a couple of days before the trip which DOES NOT WORK during high season. Many flights are fully booked already. They don't tell you this in advance, they just tell you not to worry, but many people ended up having to drive 8-12 hours because there weren't seats. I know they do this because they do not want to get stuck with a flight if someone cancels the tour, which you can do up until the last minute. But there has to be an alternative solution.

Why 2 stars? The hotels that they booked were good. 2 of the guides they booked were wonderful (the rest were awful, unfortunately). The meals they provided were very good. For these reasons, I gave them 2 stars rather than 1.

I would highly recommend AVOIDING this company.

We booked “Private 6-Days Egypt Tour Package with Nile Cruise by Flights”.
You will never get the flights. They will not book them and wait until tickets are no longer available to offer you to go by bus from Cairo to Luxor (8-9 hours drive) and from Assuan to Cairo (about 14 hours drive!).
This can be considered a real SCAM, you pay for what's in the description but you get a very basic tour with no comfort. You'll feel angry, stressed out from trying to talk to them, tired because of lack of sleep and will lose a lot of time (there will be ENORMOUS delays in pick ups).
They will also try to cancel all the extras (hot air ballon, felucca, carriage,...). You will often skip meals. AVOID!!!

A fuir, ils ne sont pas sérieux. chauffeur en retard de 1 ou 2 h chaque jour, puis on récupère les autres touristes mais il ne sais pas vraiment qui et pas vraiment ou. donc on accumulé du retard sur la journée et on rate des visites chaque jour... et repas à 17h au final, mes enfants de 4 et 6 ans étaient affamés et fatigués par cette désorganisation et nous aussi. puis on nous informe que le vol du Caire a assouan pas possible ( ils ont sûrement même pas pris les réservations ) donc nous propose un bus avec départ a 4h du matin et 8 h de route pour nous rendre a Louxor pour croisière... on attend de voir la suite car ça sent la grosse arnaque !

Buchen Sie nicht, keine Empfehlung für dieses Unternehmen welches auch mit getyourguide zusammenarbeitet. Wir haben für heute 27.12.24 eine Privattour incl. Flüge von Kairo nach Luxor gebucht. Nicht grade günstig. Komisch war schon, dass diese "Firma" keine Daten für die Flüge brauchte. Abholung heute 6.00 an unserem Hotel. Wecker gestellt, mitten in der Nacht aufgestanden, 20 Minuten in der Kälte gewartet und dann kommt so ganz lachs eine Absage. Kein Flug Kapazität. Das weiß man nicht vorher? Total unlogisch, auf meine Nachfrage keine Antwort mehr. 600 Euro hängen jetzt für die nächsten Tage im Nirvana. Für dise Firma gibt es nur ein Zeichen, leider kann man die braunen Haufen nicht senden aber das sind sie...einfach nur sch....
Ich hoffe Ihnen begegnen Menschen, wie Sie welche sind.

We are still in Egypt while writing this review and completely furious about the HORRIBLE experience we had with Nice Tours. A detailed overview below. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

NILE CRUISE
Where to start?
Well, first of all, the worst organization ever met. We only received at 9 PM of the previous day the plan and the schedule for the following day. Moreover, there was no flexibility whatsoever in meeting customer's needs.
- We did not know the name of the boat, where to board, what time, anything.
- We did not receive in advance a more detailed program.
- The second day we had the visit to Edfu temple with a horse carriage as a transportation. Some other guests and us did not feel comfortable with using a horse carriage for ethical reasons and raised our concerns to our guide and asked if it was possible to book a taxi instead, but unfortunately we were answered that it was not possible to change the plans and pick another option, otherwise we would have been excluded from the guided visit. We had no other option and no flexibility at all, so we had to skip the Edfu Temple visit and we think that was really unfair.
- Hot Air Balloon: no details or any draft of schedule was provided until 9 PM of the day before the experience, where we were told that the pick up time would be 3:30 AM. Again, we raised our concerns and requested to postpone the pickup time since we would have had a very intense and tiring day ahead. After trying to deal with this for 2 hours with the WhatsApp line, we had no other choice than cancelling the hot air balloon experience. This was very disappointing as we were never informed that the hot air balloon would be in the middle of the night. Again, very poor organization, no flexibility and no customer care.
- Valley of Kings and West bank: this was probably the peak of our disappointment. We were picked up at the cruise by our guide, who was very pleasant and kind at first, but unfortunately turned out to be really unprofessional. Once arrived at the Valley of Kings, she gave us a quick and superficial overview of the site and disappeared as soon as we entered the first tomb. We had to ask other guides for information about the other tombs because we could not find her anywhere. We finally found her while she was sitting and chatting on her phone at the Café, minding her own business, and we reported to her our disappointment in not having enough information and not having any details about the schedule or meeting point. Also, she tricked us into believing that we could have visited at least 6-7 tombs, but then revealed us that it was possible to only visit 3 of them. On top of that she also requested we would pay her 5€ each for the company for purchasing the access to Tutankhamon's tomb (which was extra), saying that the money was for "The company". Honestly, that seemed pretty strange to us.
- Our Nice Tour shopping bag: this is probably the most unbelievable and upsetting part. At the beginning of the tour, we got on the van with a bag full of gifts for our families back home: magnets, tea bags, spices, incenses and Egyptian treats we bought at the Nubian Village. After being invited at the Nice Tours Café and given 2 yellow shopping bags, we decided to use one of them to carry our gifts. Unfortunately, we left the bag on the van that drove us to our Hotel and realized it just today. Once realized that we forgot the shopping bag on the van, we got in touch with our tour mates, the guys that were on the van with us, and they confirmed that the shopping bag was actually found and the tour guide told them that she would have the bag delivered to us as soon as possible.This didn't happen as we didn't receive any update from anybody from Nice Tours. We also got in touch with Nice Tours in WhatsApp to explain the situation but with no success.

2 hours Safari Quad Experience in Luxor

On the morning of November, 9th we booked the experience for November, 10th at 1:30 PM and we got a message of WhatsApp the night before at around 10:00 PM saying that the experience was cancelled due to unforeseen maintenance of the bikes.

This was the most ridiculous, stressful, upsetting vacation experience of our life and as a result of all these issues, our vacation was significantly disrupted and ruined.

The only positive aspect was the guide Abanoud who was great and supportive the whole time.

The only good thing car didn't smell of smoke else The worst travel experience I've ever had.was promised a guide who could speak english, he couldn't understand most of what we said, was joking around and didn't have much to say about the place, was more interested in us shopping at his uncle's shop
He toured for about 15 minutes. The other guide was there for 20 minutes and kept insisting to change $. Then at Aswan inspite of mentioning we needed vegan food, they wanted to serve meat. The place wasn't ready. So tired and had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. After the feluca they walked us to the hotel where the car was abd hurried us to take the stuff. In this process forget the mobile cable.
The worst is yet to be shared....
Upon realizing the cable was in the car in 10 mins and informating nice tours we were told by Basma, the car was already in kom ombo (which is 30 minutes away) and they needed $15 to have it returned. When i refused and told them I'll have to complain they said they'll deliver it in aswan in the night.this was 28/09/2024."please wait patiently" were her words.
My friend realized, someone had open her suitcase and taken her emergency funds while the suitcase was in the car.
Basma said she'll do an internal investigation and update when we complained.
Then she leaves a message the driver will deliver in the morning. She always kept saying we are investigating about the money. When we checked in the morning,she said by the time you reach aswan airport you'll get it, then she said cab driver in cairo will hand a new one - they sent a picture of a bad quality cable upon request, which i refused. No update on the money. They promised to take me to the shop next morning to get a new one - never happened. So we told them to have rhe cable sent to cairo .we were supposed to receive it at 2am on 01/10/2024 and the whole day of 1st and 2nd they refused to respond and update. Only question she asked - when are you leaving. She was stalling for us to leave. When one of our friends spoke to her, a but firmly then she finally said they didn't find the money .
The cable never reached us. No response or no answer the calls.

If you use there service, be extra careful of your things, expect minimal tour guide experience. It's definitely not worth the hassle.

Don't expect them to support you in anyway.
