DO NOT use or buy anything from the LOUPE company (previously epicurean club). They do not respond to any emails or phone-calls to redeem your voucher, but will take your money with no way of refunding it
NOW CALLED LOUPE. We have brought £700 of vouchers which was sold on the premise that you could exchange them for hotel/ holiday accommodation. We tried to contact them. They do not respond, they do not answer the phone or emails. HAVE THEY GONE BUST?
We were told the company now operates as LOUPE. The same applies no response. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS. DO NOT PURCHASE VOUCHERS FROM EPICUREAN CLUB OR LOUPE.
Absolutely atrocious. Myself and my wife were gifted vouchers, but we cannot go online or call to use them, and now we are coming up to the expiry date and they are still refusing to answer emails or pick up the phone...and no you cant even leave a voicemail.
It is absolutely scandalous the way they take customers money and then do not honour the service they have been paid to provide. It's no less then theft.
I wish I could give no stars. I bought my daughter and son in law a £250 voucher for a hotel stay when the company traded as Epicurian. They apparently are now trading as Loupe. They won’t honor the voucher or refund the money. It’s pure theft. My bank are trying to do something about it but just be warned, Epicurian/Loupe are thieves. Don’t give them your money.

Never use this company- the vouchers are impossible to redeem and the company name has also changed to Loupe UK. No response on phone or email.
I have been trying for the past two months to contact Epicurean who have ignored my emails and phone calls, I have written to them and the letter has been returned to me by the post office,a warning to anyone DON'T purchase their vouchers it's a scam no one will accept the vouchers .
We’ve been given a voucher for the epicurean club. Every venue I’ve called listed on their website says I have to book directly via the epicurean website to redeem it. When you do this, epicurean send you back to the venue directly to book. I’ve emailed epicurean about 6 times over the past 2 weeks, rung countless times (which always go to voicemail and never ring!) and left numerous unanswered voicemails. Someone has spent hard earned money on this voucher and we are unable to redeem it and it expires in a few weeks. This is fraud. Do not touch this company
Booked a hotel via Epicurean and received email confirmations. Few days later the hotel called to say the booking hadn’t been received and there was no availability.
Mistakes happen but despite my emailing epicurean twice asking for an explanation I have had no response. On the basis that the best test of a company is when things go wrong I’d say they failed
