Hade købt en tur til luxor med frokost og alt inkluderet en såkalt deluxe udflugt. Læste alle de fine anmeldelser og tænkte det tør jeg godt. Men nej det var min sidste tur med Nice tours. Bussen kom to timer for sent jeg skarv til dem jeg var klar hvor de blev af fik svar 45 min senere at han var på vej. Chaufføren kunne ikke engelsk og kunne ikke finde rundt. Vi fik vores guide på i luxor han var meget svær at forstå dårligt engelsk og hvet tredje ord var Jaa you know. Vi blev stressede og skyndt på fordi vi bar de to timer bagud så 25 min til at se et tempel er overhoved ikke nok. Da vi skulle spise som var inkluderet kom vi til et lille sted med dårlig mad og hygiejne tænker det var billigt. Vores guide skændes med chaufføren mange gange også højlydt. Vi hade af talt jeg skulle med båd over Nilen som det sidste og som den eneste men pludselig stoppede bussen ved en bro og guiden hoppede af uden at sige noget som helst og bussen kørte og vi forstod ingen ting. Så jeg blev snydt for min sejltur jeg hade betalt for. Vi kørte derefter tilbage til Hurghada hvor chaufføren kørte meget aggressivt og stærkt med hans telefon i hånden som gps det meste af vejen. Det der gjorde turen go var de mennesker jeg rejste sammen med tak for det. Men alle var enige det var den værste tur nogen sinde øv øv aldrig mere nice tours. Har skrevet til dem jeg ville have en refusion de har aldrig svaret.

Booked a hotel transfer through Viator with “Nice Tours” in Luxor. Meant to be picked up from the hotel in Soma Bay to drive 3 hrs to Luxor. Left double the amount of time to get to our destination just in case things go wrong. Go wrong it did… “Nice Tours” should call itself Terrible Tours! Not only did they not turn up at all, causing us to miss our connection and lose all the money spent on the tours we booked, but they’ve ignored all efforts we’ve made to contact them! The “Live Chat” is dead. The company telephone number is dead. Either constantly engaged or just rings. Facebook page is unresponsive. Instagram is the same. All those 5 star reviews on Tripadvisor? Highly suspicious! Avoid using this company for any tours or transfers! You’re more likely to lose your money than receive any form of professional service. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

EVITARE! Solo una FREGATURA. Acquistato tour privato in aereo ad Abu Simbel tramite loro 20 giorni prima, visto che i voli sembravano esauriti. Mi hanno garantito il tour e rassicurato sui tempi. Mi hanno chiamato IL GIORNO PRIMA per dirmi che non trovavano voli.. cosa chiara da più di due settimane.. ma potevano offrirmi il tour in auto (8 ore a/r). Per cancellare il servizio (attraverso getyourguide), non hanno cancellato loro per incapacità, ma ho dovuto cancellare io come fosse una mia scelta, così da non poter neanche scrivere una recensione avendo cancellato. Una truffa ben pianificata. Mi stupisce che Getyourguide non si interessi alla cosa, rendendosi complice.

After 9 days of tours with other companies, today's Aswan tour was a shock. A very unpleasant shock!
1. Guide arrives almost an hour late while we were left to wait for him on the mini bus
2. He gives a cursory excuse for his lateness about a broken down boat. While I had heard the coordinator lament that the guide was in another village.
3. Guide spent all his time with us on his phone (talking and texting) except while in the temple when he gave his basic speech and was clearly in a rush to get through it.
4. He put us off going to the unfinished oblilisk saying it was too strenuous and most people don't go there.
5. We were told we had to stop to pick up another tourist whose car broken down. It turned out she (a woman traveling on her own with this same Nice Tours) had been chucked out of the car by the side of the road and told to get on our private van. With no explanation to her.
6. No Guide was there to meet her at the temple gates either. And she was lost hovering around us.
7. Our supposedly private van, that had our things in it, suddenly picked up other people as soon as they dropped us off at the temple. We reported it immediately to the Guide who tried to call the driver. Driver didn't answer. Eventually he came back and we took all of our things off the bus as we didn't trust him any more.
8. Driver denied he had let any people on the bus and was backed up by the Guide. On being told that we had seen them and the bus had evidence of things that were not ours, he arrogantly admitted that he had indeed picked up people - "so what?" He said. "Nothing happened:
9. We witnessed this poor lone woman get passed on to another tour guide who had his own group too as her Guide hadn't shown up. So after this company tried to insert her into our private family tour, they pushed her into another group. Only after we reported them to the tourist police that her actual Guide finally made contact and arranged to meet her. Almost 2 hours later than planned!
10. I told the guide and driver that the group with me were unhappy and they should make an effort to make things up. That was after the hour delayed start, the continued phone use and the poor woman traveler joining us. Nothing improved.
11. We weren't even offered water.

In conclusion: dont expect to be looked after. lateness is normalized, lying to customers happens at regular intervals, and safety is disregarded. My strong advice: avoid at all cost

Leider entsprach unsere gebuchte Tour in Assuan (Assuan Staudam, Tempel von Philae und unfertiger Obelisk) überhaupt nicht den Beschreibungen und Erwartungen:
1. Die Tour startete fast eine Stunde zu spät, sodass wir fast eine Stunde im heißen Minibus warten mussten
2. Der Guide sprach sehr schlechtes Englisch und sprach weiterhin sehr schnell und leise, sodass die halbe Gruppe nichts verstanden hat.
3. Nebenbei war der Guide ständig am Telefon und mit anderen Sachen beschäftigt, als die Gruppe zu führen
4. Mitten am Straßenrand wurde eine alleinreisende Italienerin einfach "aufgelesen" und unserer Gruppe zugeordnet, obwohl unsere Gruppe, als auch auch Sie eine private Tour gebucht hatten.
5. Mitten in der Tour auf der Insel Philae startete einfach ein Guide dieser Firma einen Streit mit einer unbeteiligten anderen Gruppe um eine Nichtigkeit.
6. Unserer gebuchter privater (!) Minibus wurde zwischenzeitlich genutzt, um eine andere Gruppe zu fahren, obwohl wir noch einige Sachen im Bus gelassen hatten. Darüber wurden wir nicht informiert.
7. Man wird ständig gehetzt und unter Druck gesetzt, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass man noch einen Parfüm-Shop besuchen soll. Das war weder in der Beschreibung, noch zeitlich eingeplant, eine reine Verkaufsveranstaltung!

Fazit: Wir haben die Tour abgebrochen und uns unmittelbar und nachdrücklich zum Hotel zurückfahren lassen. Völlig unorganisierte und unangenehme Tour! Uns wurden ständig Lügen aufgetischt (nehrere Mitglieder unserer Tour verstehen arabisch) und versucht, uns und andere maximal auszunehmen. Man kann nur von diesem Touroperator abraten!

Avoid This Company at All Costs – Untrustworthy and Shifty Practices

We booked a 2-night Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor with Nice Tours back in July, looking forward to what was meant to be a highlight of our holiday. Instead, it turned into a stressful and infuriating experience.

In early December — barely two weeks before our trip — Nice Tours abruptly cancelled our cruise with absolutely no explanation. No apology, no justification, no attempt to offer an alternative. Just cancelled.

What makes this even worse is that, at the very same time, they are still advertising the exact same cruise, only now at more than double the price we originally paid. The timing and circumstances make it painfully obvious what is happening: cheaper, early bookings are being discarded in favour of customers willing (or forced) to pay inflated last-minute prices.

As a result, we were left scrambling just days before travel, trying to find alternatives in peak season — unsurprisingly, with prices now massively increased. The stress and financial impact of this should never happen to paying customers.

The booking was made via Tripadvisor and Viator, and as a UK-based customer, this behaviour strongly appears to constitute false advertising and a breach of contract under UK consumer protection law.

Based on our experience, Nice Tours cannot be trusted. This feels like a deliberate and unethical practice rather than an unfortunate mistake. Cancelling confirmed bookings without explanation while reselling the same product at a higher price is not how a legitimate company operates.

Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and potential financial loss — avoid Nice Tours at all costs.

Betreff: Beschwerde über Tagesausflug von Hurghada nach Kairo – Bitte um Rückerstattung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

am 24.11.2025.um 01:00 habe ich gemeinsam mit meiner Mutter an Ihrem Tagesausflug per Bus von Hurghada nach Kairo teilgenommen. Leider entsprach die Durchführung der Reise in keiner Weise der Beschreibung oder unseren Erwartungen. Daher möchte ich hiermit offiziell Beschwerde einreichen und um eine Rückerstattung des Reisepreises bitten.

Bereits die Hinfahrt verlief problematisch: Statt der angekündigten 5–6 Stunden dauerte die Fahrt ganze 8 Stunden. Die lange und äußerst anstrengende Reise war besonders für meine Mutter, die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen ist, sehr belastend. Während des gesamten Ausflugs wurde auf ihre Bedürfnisse kaum Rücksicht genommen.

Für die Besichtigung der Pyramiden – dem Hauptgrund unserer Buchung – blieben uns anschließend nur etwa 1,5–2 Stunden. Eigene Zeit zur Erkundung hatten wir nicht. Stattdessen wurden wir von unserem Guide ständig gehetzt und von einem Bus in den nächsten gedrängt, was für meine Mutter zusätzlich sehr beschwerlich war.

Im Gegensatz dazu wurde für die Parfümvorführung und den Besuch eines Papyrusladens über eine Stunde eingeplant, obwohl diese laut Beschreibung nur rund 20 Minuten dauern sollten und das Interesse der Teilnehmer daran sehr gering war.

Auch der Besuch des Ägyptischen Museums war enttäuschend: Wir hatten lediglich etwa eine Stunde Zeit und wurden erneut gedrängt. Anschließend mussten wir jedoch fast zwei Stunden auf andere Teilnehmer der Nilfahrt warten – Zeit, die deutlich sinnvoller im Museum hätte verbracht werden können.

Insgesamt bestand der Ausflug überwiegend aus Warten, Hetzen und Sitzen, statt die beschriebenen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erleben. Unser Guide konnte uns keinerlei hilfreiche Informationen geben, wirkte lustlos und desinteressiert und reagierte auf Nachfragen oftmals unhöflich. Von einer professionellen Betreuung konnte hier keine Rede sein.

Besonders unangebracht war zudem, dass der Guide uns mehrfach drängte, ihm eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung zu geben. Als wir dies ablehnten, wurde er sichtlich verärgert und unfreundlich. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel und verstärkte unseren negativen Eindruck erheblich.

Die Rückfahrt verzögerte sich zusätzlich, da der Fahrer zunächst noch tanken musste, wodurch weitere wertvolle Zeit verloren ging.

Hinzu kommt, dass ich für diesen Ausflug einen gesamten Urlaubstag geopfert habe – und am Ende nur enttäuscht wurde. Statt Kairo zu genießen, habe ich den Großteil des Tages damit verbracht zu warten und mich über die schlechte Organisation zu ärgern.

Aufgrund der erheblichen Abweichungen vom Programm, der fehlenden Rücksichtnahme, der mangelhaften Organisation und des unprofessionellen sowie unangemessenen Verhaltens des Guides sehe ich den Reisepreis als nicht gerechtfertigt an. Ich bitte daher um eine angemessene Rückerstattung.

Urlaub ist das schönste im Jahr. Also hat ein Reiseveranstalter, dafür zu sorgen dass es kompetentes Personal zur Verfügung stellt.

Hiermit steht Nice Tours in voller Verantwortwortung.

Er stellte sich nicht vor, verabschiedete sich nicht und bedankte sich nicht.

Er wirkte arrogant, gelangweilt und genervt.
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dieser Reise mit Nice Tours und ihrem Reiseleiter Mustafa.
Der Guide ist respektlos und distanzlos. Er bettelte mich ständig um Zigaretten an😡Hält sich nicht an vereinbarte Zeiten. Er sagt 20 min für den Parfumshop und dabei sind es über 1h.

A fuir grosse arnaque

Nous avons réservé une activité spectacle son et lumière au temple karnak avec dîné et ballade en felouque.
Nous sommes monté dans le taxi, après 5n min de route, il nous dit aller chercher nos billets ( nous avons attendu seule dans le taxi pendant 40min).
Au spectacle nous devions avoir un guide ( nous avons reçu un audio guide)
Après toute ces aventures nous avons loupe le début du spectacle.
Nous avons pas eu d'eau alors que c'était mentionné dans l'activité.
A la fin du spectacle, le taxi et venu nous rechercher pour nous emmener au restaurant.
Sur place restaurant avec une belle vue, mais repas très médiocre poulet et riz ( les boissons n'était pas comprise et le dessert non plus)
A la fin du repas le taxi et venu nous rechercher pour nous ramener a l'hôtel nous prétextant qu'il était trop tard pour faire la felouque.
Nice tour comme de super personnes nous ont dit qu'il était désolé pour cette mauvaise expérience.
Je ne prendrai plus d'activités avec eux , il sont vraiment à FUIR

Die gebuchte Tour fand nicht am geplanten Tag statt. Dies erfuhren wir nur, weil wir den Veranstalter nach der Abholzeit fragten. Dafür brauchten die jedoch erst mehrere Nachrichten/Anfragen von mir.
Die dann erfolgte Abholung fand ebenfalls nicht pünktlich statt. ERst auf meine Anfragen wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Auto angeblich kaputt sei und ein Ersatz kommen sollte. Dies dauerte dann auch noch sehr lange. Am Flughafen kriegten wir keine Unterlagen, so dass wir erst auf meine massive Intervention hinein gelassen wurden. Den Flug konnten wir dann nur noch so gerade eben bekommen.
Der Reiseführer war nicht sonderlich motiviert, wollte dann auch noch einfach nachmittags aussteigen, weil wir gerade in der Nähe von seiner Wohnung waren. Dabei stand noch der Basarbesuch auf dem Programm, sollten wir alleine machen!

I don’t know if Nice Tours bought their good reviews, but I completely disagree with them. Our cruise for 16 people was a disaster from start to finish. On the first day, they booked us on an afternoon flight instead of a morning one as promised, so we missed the Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and Philae Temple — and even lunch. Their “compensation” was a five-minute rush through a Nubian village and a ticket for the Philae light show, but we arrived too late to join. In the end, we never got to see Philae Temple at all and also missed the dinner we had paid for. The following days were just as bad: our guide showed up late, we had barely 30 minutes at each temple, and communication was chaotic. They constantly changed plans and ignored messages. On the final day, they even forgot to send a driver to the airport — without arranging transport ourselves, we would’ve missed our flight home. Overall, Nice Tours was disorganized, unreliable, and full of broken promises.

Wir haben bei Nice Tours eine 4-tägige Nilkreuzfahrt gebucht und stattdessen ein einziges Chaos erlebt. Nichts war richtig organisiert – und am Ende wurde aus den versprochenen 4 Tagen eine 3-tägige Tour, ohne dass wir eine Rückerstattung erhalten haben.

Die Kommunikation war katastrophal: Telefonisch war nie jemand erreichbar, über WhatsApp kamen Antworten nur sehr spät und unregelmäßig. Die Firma ist so verschachtelt, dass man keinen festen Ansprechpartner findet – jeder verweist auf jemand anderen, der dann aber wieder nichts entscheiden kann.

Statt professioneller Betreuung herrscht Inkompetenz und Desorganisation. Versprochene Leistungen wurden nicht eingehalten, und bei Problemen zeigt man null Kulanz. Dazu kommt, dass uns im Verlauf mehrfach falsche Informationen gegeben wurden – man fühlt sich schlicht belogen.

Fazit: Eine absolute Enttäuschung. Wer Stress und Frust im Urlaub vermeiden will, sollte auf keinen Fall bei Nice Tours buchen.

Nice tours, une agence à fuir. J'ai prit des places pour ma famille et moi pour une visite du caire au départ hurghada avec un guide francophone. 250€. Le jour j, 30 min avant que l'excursion commence on me demande un supplément de 100€ pour avoir un guide en français. Alors que mon ticket mentionne bien activé en français. Sous 40° nous n'avons reçu aucune bouteille d'eau. (8h de trajet + 8h sur place). Finalement après plusieurs menace, on nous place avec une famille qui a un guide francophone mais dans des bus séparé.
Nous avons courru toute la journée avec le guide, pas le tps de faire grand chose tellement il était pressé. Arrivé au pyramide on nous propose par le guide une balade à chameau, 25€ par adulte et 15 pour les enfants de même pas 30 min. ARNAQUE. C'est pas plus de 5€ normalement. On nous fait payer également pour prendre des photos sur les chameaux avec nos gsm.

Le repas était compris ds le prix. Resto attrape tourist. Repas plus que mediocre et on devait payer boissons à part. 3eur le coca. 3x le prix des autres restaurant. Le guide qui nous presse de manger pour partir.

Vraiment cette excursions a gâché nos vacances et je le regrette vraiment. Du début à la fin une grosse arnaque

The tour of the Pyramids was good, then we were taken on a couple of sales tactics, where without explanation we were taken into a private room in a purfume shop, and a Papyrus picture shop where they wanted £30 for Papyrus picture that you could buy for a fraction of that everywhere. We obviously didn't buy either but it wasted valuable time and some people would feel pressured into buying the stuff which in my opinion were not worth having. If it wasn't for this aspect we would have given five stars.
We also visited the Musium but time was cut short due to the wasted time in the shops, we'd have much rather been visiting the things we booked.

Booked a 4 day nile cruise and the day before it was cancelled. The only reason we knew it was cancelled was because we messaged to confirm the pickup time.

Ruined the trip to Egypt! Beware !!!!

Avevamo programmato un tour al tempio di Philae (soundandlight tour). I signori non potevano prelevarci dal hotel e quindi ci hanno organizzato il prelievo che ci ha costato 40 euro. Una volta arrivati sul posto, ci hanno informati che il tour non si fa più perché c'era un party. Quindi 40 euro spesi inutilmente. Ci hanno detto che il tour si poteva fare il giorno dopo. Ma anche il giorno dopo ci hanno avvisati all'ultimo che per mal tempo il tour non si poteva fare. Peccato che mal tempo non c'era. Ci siamo sentiti derubati e presi in giro. Una brutta esperienza.
Ci vuole serietà nel fare questo lavoro. Soprattutto per il fatto che le persone possono avere una chance solo una volta nella vita per fare questi tipi di viaggi.

Taxi n'étant pas là à notre arrivée, lui demandant de venir nous chercher, désagréable, il n'a pas voulu, j'étais malade, j'ai dû marcher jusqu’au taxi et ce qui est surprenant est qu’il est passé en partant à l’endroit où je lui ai demandé de venir me chercher, le conducteur conduisait tellement mal.

A 1 heure près, on a fait le tour du cadran.

The tour was good today and we were treated good at the cafe which looks really cozy . Tony , one of the staffs ushered us in and treated us well. Thank you Nicetours.
