Tour to Luxor Temple and Karnak was very informative and the time allocated to each was just right. The lunch supplied was good and both the driver and guide were very welcoming. We also visited Nice Cafe for refreshments afterwards with Tony.Would recommend.

We stopped at the new The Nice Café before our hot balloon ride, it was both cozy and relaxing after 5 hours in the car. Tony was very helpful and also bringed us great coffee. They also had free wifi and clean bathrooms with all the necessery stuff - like toilet paper.

A personal touch, it is neat and the people are nice. Tony took time to help us and was very friendly

We felt completely deceived by this agency. They initially told us that ALL guides and drivers were included, but later asked us for additional money for some entrances that were supposedly covered.

They also suggested that we pay for all monument tickets through them with a "small commission," which turned out to be around €50. It’s much better to buy your tickets directly at the ticket office.

One of the guides even tried to scam us by charging us again for tickets we had already paid for.

The tour was supposed to be private, but we ended up sharing a bus with a lot more people. The cruise was also not the category we had been promised.

The worst part was their complete lack of customer service. Whenever we raised concerns, they ignored us and offered no solutions.

The only positives were the friendly cruise staff and one of the guides, who was very nice. Unfortunately, the rest of the guides barely explained anything.

I strongly recommend avoiding this agency and looking for a more honest and reliable option.

Not recommended at all. They always try to scam you with the prices (never buy tickets from them). We also requested a private tour, but they put us with more people. A 0/10 experience, not recommended.

I thought the drive down was excellent my driver mahood was fantastic , the cafe was welcoming with coffee and other delights , our host Tony was very accommodating and caring , really nice atmosphere in the cafe , if I could give more than 5 stars I would

Ugh, this is ANOTHER false advertisement by a dishonest Egyptian tour company. The 4pm Luxor kayak trip was advertised for 1.5 hours, but I was in and out of the water by 45 minutes at 452pm. Then, it was claimed that a late arrival due to their driver going to the wrong pickup address led to the short kayak trip. There is still no adequate explanation for 1.5 good kayak trip that should end at 530pm rather than 452pm. Refund for false advertisement is requested for unused portion of 1.5 hour trip.

Our trip to Cairo was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. It was nothing like what was promised in the tour description, and we were left frustrated and disappointed.

First, we were forced to wait 50 minutes in cramped vans on the road, only to be transferred to a large bus, completely contradicting the promise of a "small group" experience. Due to these delays, we arrived in Cairo much later than planned.

The itinerary was also changed without explanation. Instead of visiting the Pyramids of Giza first, as stated, we were taken to the Egyptian Museum in the city center. Inside the museum, our guide was completely unprofessional—he left two people behind, even after being told they were in the restroom. Throughout the entire visit, he rushed us, constantly telling us to hurry up and move on. We barely had time to look at the exhibits, let alone listen to any proper explanations.

At lunch, things got even worse. The guide tried to force us to pay for the headsets we used in the museum, even though they were returned there and never mentioned as an extra cost. It felt like a scam.

When we finally reached Giza, we only had about an hour before closing. The guide then divided us into two groups, claiming that some of us had invalid tickets. Those with valid tickets were allowed inside, but without him, because he had to stay outside with the others! This meant that even those who got in had no guide at all. The entire visit was rushed, and before we knew it, we were told to get back on the bus to return.

Overall, this tour was a complete failure. We received no real guidance, the itinerary was changed, the organization was terrible, and the guide had no interest in actually doing his job. Even when multiple people expressed dissatisfaction, he did nothing to improve the experience.

I do not recommend this agency to anyone. It was an absolute waste of time and money.

Perfect organisation of the trip. Everything on the time . Everyone is so kind and helpful. Comfortable transport , luxury Caffè and unexpected gifts. Very recommended !!!
