Naylors - Rochdale Omdömen 

I had an amazing ride on the simulator, Tash was there talking me through everything and was so nice and encouraging. I will 100% be back to go again for the simulator and of course a little shop around!

We were served by Ann on the riding boots, she was amazing! Really attentive and even went searching in the back for boots for us.
Sian put us through the till, she was really friendly and helpful.

Fantastic staff and very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside to this store is the lack of stock. I went in for a few things and came away with none of it as there were only very small sizes in stock or no stock at all.

FANTASTIC! Took Sophie to horse simulator & what an experience for us all! What a amazing FREE facility esp for a 11 year old who loves riding & horses! Special mention to TASH who was brilliant with Sophie & the HS & even gave her some hints about where to hold reins etc!
Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you x

Very reluctantly only giving a 4 star review and definatly not because of the service of any of the staff ,tash yet again was very helpful and professional in every way and yet again put me at ease on the mechanical horse, the reason for giving 4 stars is the constant lack of stock you have in compared to how it used to be,I myself was measured last wk for a body protector,sadly after all the time the lady spent with me you didn't have that size in so ended up purchasing one from equiflair,I took a friend with me to the store today same happened so she will be going equiflair, I was in medium she was x small , she also wanted extra guard fly spray ,and ear sound poms none in in either foam or sheepskin,I was going to pick up vet wrap none in ,and whilst chatting to 2 separate friends who both said it's like it's going downhill she has been waiting few wk for vit e to come in ,and another mentioned she had 300 pound to spend but was not doing as not much new stock ,really hope this is just a temp supply prob as it would be a shame for us to loose this store really hope someone at the top reads this and gets the shop back to what it used to be ,sorry girls from Bev not aimed at any of you

I had 3 sessions booked back to back on the mechanical horse for my daughter and her friend to build their skills.
This session was instructed by Tash who was great agin.
She shared alot of tips and advice and made everyone very included.
She gave special time to assist my daughter to lrearn her dressage routine for a competition on Monday which she won.
Many thanks to Tash, the service help and advice is fantastic
We will be back again

Both girls saw Tash today. She was really friendly and gave the girls great tips . Clara was one of the only children to select and finish the dressage . Cannot recommend the simulator experience or store enough ! Great environment !

A lovely trip to Naylors Rochdale was made even better by the very helpful and informative staff Nola and Sophie S. Nothing was too much trouble.
We found the staff in general very friendly and welcoming.

Came in today to look for some numnah, great selection and some competitive prices.
Decided then to browse rhe boots and was served by Sophie s. Who did a great job finding me some that fit given my irregular feet.
She knew what she was talking about and was extremely helpful and personable. A credit to the store

We booked on the mechanical horse for two girls who love riding and this really helped them. Tash was great, she helped set the girls off and helped the little one whose legs weren't long enough for the sensors. She gave great advice about how to correct the seating position and figured out the reason it was slightly off. The girls loved her her and she was so knowledgeable. I have no doubt that we will return. Keep up the great work, Tash!

Came to naylors in Rochdale today, my main purchase was riding boots, tash went above and beyond, until we found the right footwear, tash is a 5 star employee, thank you tash for your help today

Went in near to end of day trading to look for body protector, Sophie S served me and her attention to detail was excellent. Sophie called another colleague to check on the fit, their manner and service was truly outstanding!

Sophie s was fantastic in helping me fit a pair of new boots today, would Recommend going naylors for new boots, good make boots at a good price

Everyone was so friendly upon our arrival to Naylors in Rochdale, I had booked my daughter in on the simulator to gain confidence and try cantering, Hannah was great and had Lily doing canter comfortably and with no stirrups also, super experience for my little one, she enjoyed it that much she wanted to book again!!
Everything in the store was easy to see and set out great!

I have been a regular customer to naylors for many years even when it was a little shop.
The staff have always been knowledgable, friendly and always happy to help in anyway, they are an amazing team!
Unfortunately in recent months it has had massive stock issues, I’ve now had to be unloyal and shop elsewhere as they have stock issues. I can’t buy things that I need to provide for my horse on the daily and clothing range doesn’t seem any different than 3 years ago (which I’ve already had). Seems to be slipping slowly what used to be my number one go to.
