Naylors - Rochdale Omdömen 

I had two parcels of riding tights that went missing from Naylors recently and I emailed customer service and recieved and email back the same day. Customer service were super helpful and kept me informed of the whole process. Unfortunately my items are out of stock in my size but I have promptly been fully refunded and I have ordered some different ones and am pleased with how quickly this has been resolved. Thanks customer services! 😊

I took my 4 year old Granddaughter for a session on Rocky the mechanical horse in Naylors (Rochdale) to try and help with her rising trot.
From the minute we arrived Amelia was made to feel special by Mel as she announced her arrival as a special little rider and Tasha who did the 30 minute session with Amelia was absolutely amazing with her. Amelia went for a ride on the beech and in the sea, followed by her first canter through the woods. Trotting is now out of the window and canter is her favourite gait.
We are so quick to complain when things don’t go to plan, so I just wanted to take the time to write a review about a fabulous experience the team at Naylors provided

Went into store ,on the 08th, to look for riding coat,for Granddaughter.
Didn't see what we wanted, but told more coats coming in. They took our telephone number and Granddaughter's sizes and said they would phone,when stock come in. They rang and we went in next day
Staff had put to side, choice of styles, colours and sizes.
Granddaughter able to pick what she liked, and we got one we happy to pay for.
She rode in it later, the weather was foul, but she was warm and dry.
At store Sian and Chris were lovely and so helpful.
Will definitely shop there again.

I absolutely love 😍 Naylors in Rochdale . Tash is a first class team member. All the staff are inviting , courteous with great knowledge about the wide range of Equestrian Products and Brands on sale.

Visited from Leeds with my daughter and her friend. After shopping online with you and being really happy with the products and delivery I wanted to go to the store. Great selection of items, lots of choice and plenty of sizing available! They also went on the horse simulator Rocky and this was with Tash from the store. She was fantastic, so patient and explained everything really well to my daughter. Really friendly and chatty and made the experience great. Did not feel rushed or anything and they absolutely loved it. Also every other member of staff were very welcoming, helpful and really friendly.
Hoping a store opens a bit nearer to Leeds soon! But will definitely be back to this store.

I asked a shop assistant for a certain size girth - she said if they are not on the rack then we haven’t got them - unhelpful !
Another assistant -Tash - came over to help me with a rug and asked me what size girth was I looking for , I told her and she went and had a look in the back and found the size i wanted . She was extremely helpful and a credit to your company .

Fabulous store! Could spend all day in there and a small fortune lol!
The staff are second to none and cannot to enough for you. This I would say is the best equestrian store around. Olivia was great fitting my little girls hat. The lovely Mel started up the virtual horse ride and gave my little girl a fantastic experience on the horse. If there’s something you need and they haven’t got it, they will get it for you!
Friendly, helpful and caring staff. I cannot wait to go back!

I ordered show things for my daughter of the website, unfortunately due to there being a problem with Evri, the stuff didn't get delivered until Saturday which was my daughters show day, so I went into full panic mode. I rang Naylors up and spoke to the lovely Nat, whome really did go above and beyond to help, she saved the day by going onto the shop floor grabbing all the show things that I needed, of which some items were even last on the shelves and she kept them behind the counter for me to come and collect. She then stayed in contact via email to chase up my delivery and explained I can return the items when they get delivered. When my Evri parcel came I just returned to store with no hassle and got a refund. Even tho I had a panic thinking we wasn't able to go to my daughters show, we managed to get there with the help from Nat. So Thankyou again you really did save the day.
Also Thankyou to Anne who served us and also remembered us on returning the other items and was lovely enough to ask my daughter how she got in.
Lovely experience and will definitely be back. Xxx

Went today with my son to use the Rocky the simulator, it was excellent Tash was amazing she helped my son out heeps and made the experience even better thank you so so much Tash x x

Natasha was a great help for finding me the correct rug size and also the perfect style for my black cob so the sun wouldn’t die him brown

The staff were very pleasant and helpful all who I spoke with were knowledgeable and happy to help however product range seems reduced from previous visits

Staff member Caitlin dean helped me get a good pair of fitting boots after it took us at least 6 pairs of boots she never made a problem out of going into the back so many times. And then she helped me find clothes for me and my friend and many other items she was great!

They were very accommodating when I came in looking for some new boots after a broken ankle and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the boots.

I made a complaint quite a while ago about the Rochdale store not having anything in store. Customer service assured me they would look into it. I decided I’d visit the bury store, to see what they had, what a waste of time that was! One small wall and 1 shelf, a token equestrian department at best. I’ve shopped elsewhere since, as it’s pointless going to Naylors. This morning, I thought I’d call at the Rochdale store to see if things had improved, as I’d seen online, they are stocking my bedding. My plan, like many others, was to stock up for winter, so I needed a lot. I called into the Rochdale store and surprise surprise, non in stock! The staff were absolutely lovely as they always are and tried to offer an alternative and even took my name and number, so they could let me know when in stock. I then got on to customer services to see what stores had any stock, they told me the Nantwich store had some in 15+ bags. I need 150! Also, Naylors won’t employ the services of a pallet courier, so I’d have have had to do several 3hr round trips just to get some bedding, I’m really getting fed up of this store never having anything in stock. The stock they do have is lots of the wrong size items, Headcollars and Bridles all extra full etc. The management/buyers are really failing this store. Please just let the store managers, who actually know the customers and their needs, purchase their own stock. I feel so sorry for the staff who always go above and beyond. Oh and please update your stock brands like snowflake easybed etc are needed and delivery services for a store that sells products 20kg+ is just basics! The star rating is not for the staff in stores, they deserve 5 for what they do!

Looked after by Chris who was very patient and helpful! Great to have an honest opinion and advice and then she came up with alternatives I felt comfy in - she “got” where I was coming from.

Myself and my daughter arrived and were greeted in a friendly manner, my daughter got on the horse simulator and was given great advice as she had never been on before by Anne.
Anne was very patient with her and gave good advice and tips on how to better her skills. We are going to book again.
