I called to cancel my subscription with NAVAMD. I only canceled due to skin sensitivity, I gave it a 2 month trial, and had to stop due to a rash. I have very sensitive skin, it had nothing to do with the product. Today, Nichole assisted me, she was great, thorough, and very accommodating.

Inashia was amazing at understanding my situation. Assisted me in every step of the way. The product is amazing and effective. I will be call her again as she gave outstanding customer support.

Shelia was absolutely amazing!!! She was so understanding & encouraging! She's a very valuable part of your team! I wonder if she's missed her calling, she would be an amazing counselor or motivational speaker!

Great product - I have the best skin I've ever had, at age 47! Nicole, the customer service rep. with whom I spoke, did a great job helping me reduce my shipments. Not as much is needed as the company seems to think LOL.

I ordered the prescription face cream and everything went smoothly in regards to ordering. I've received two shipments thus far but I have yet to use any of the product! I called to cancel my subscription and spoke with Nichole W. Nichole was very nice, professional and a great help. I decided to go ahead with the cancellation and she was still so pleasant. Other companies try repeatedly and don't take no for an answer but she was respectful and I appreciate that. Thank you, Nichole.
